I had a spring break yesterday when I got home. I knew that it would take a day or two before it would get fixed. I contacted Nick at Gaurenteed Overhead Door. His estimate was cheaper than anyone else plus. He was able to show up the same day I called. Very professional. We called Guaranteed Door after having some problems with our garage door. The gentleman showed up and was very polite, he explained why we were having the problem we were having. Had to change the springs on the door and also found a bearing that was worn out. He did not replace anything without asking our permission first and he also performed a tune up on the door as part of his service. Garage door spring breaks at 5:07pm. Most everyone is closed, but these guys say 24 hour service, so I give them a call. Nick answers right away and agreed to stop by on his way home from another job. He shows up in 30 minutes. 1 hour later I have new springs, a lifetime warranty and my entire garage door inspected, adjusted, lubed and working great. All for a very reasonable cost. I recommend them to anyone, but if you are near Midwest City you would be crazy to call anyone else.

My garage door had been giving me fits for some time, I had another company out to fix the problem and it worked better for a few months but started doing the same thing. I called up Guaranteed and they sent someone out. After looking the door over I was told the garage door wasnt installed correctly, but it wasnt a major issue and could be fixed with a little adjustment. After performing the service on my door It was moving alot quieter and not jerky like before. They repaired the problem quickly and had very reasonable prices. I was a little hesitant because of my experience with the previous company, but it has been almost 4 months and the door is still operating smoothly. I highly recommend this company for any garage door repairs or service.

I about had a heart attack when I heard a loud bang in my garage. Literally thought a car ran into my house, but Im glad that wasnt the case. I didnt know what the sound was until I tried to leave and my garage door wouldnt work. I got on google and just searched garage door repair near me and these guys were right at the top of the list. They were out the same day and got the door spring changed out also found some of the wheels we about to fall apart so we replaced those as well. Great job guys.
