I hadnt been to a brick and mortar store for about three years, but with the recent legislation making it harder to have juice delivered to my home changed that. Looking at my local vape shops vapor shark stood out as the most professional and reputable - and they didnt disappoint. The staff was extremely personable, helpful, and kind to me, they made the process of getting what I needed easy, and comfortable. If you go to this Midwest city location, I recommend asking for Jason. If anyone asks in the future, this is where Ill confidently send them to spend their money.

Overly priced house juice that doesnt even taste that great to be as high as a price they are. Their accessories are okay, most of the time. Their mods and accessories are cheaper then Vapor Express. Problem is, I got a mod from up there, and it quit working within 5 months. Good deals on accessories but, its not worth the price. Its was the same when I was going there when it was called Vapor World and they had that coil building station at the front of the door more near the windows where they have a pool table now. Their accessories are cheap for a reason, their juice is highly priced, not worth it either considering their house juices arent that great.

Very limited supply of our normal fluid, didnt have our coils, and the guy checking us out automatically signed my husband up for an account, after wed decided we wouldnt be returning, and never asked if wed like an account. It may have a good selection for some people, but we wont ever return, which is unfortunate because while it was Vapor Shark, it was our favorite location.

New employees are far more welcoming than the last group.. I believe these were also a couple years older too. Anyway, for the first time I felt like a customer, not a burden to be rushed along. I quit coming for awhile due only to the environment, but Ill be happy to come back more now.

The employees that work here are very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. When I did ask a question that the gentleman helping me didnt know he quickly got an answer from the manager. Who was also quick to help. I have been going to this particular store for the last 3 years and all of the Vapor Worlds seem to be the same. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are decent and they are all clean. And it seems like they always get new products in.

Its in a good location but the owner change is not great the gourmet juice is Hella expensive and increases your wait time considerably as they have to mix it which leads to a consistency of flavor problem. I now vape with no flavor. Convenience is why I come here and nothing else.

Well worth the 30 minute drive past 4 other vape shops. I came here for the variety and discounts, and stayed for the warm welcoming service! Thanks so much guys!

They have switched owners again. The staff is no longer knowledgeable. Happy hour is gone. They were are out of everything I asked for, juice, batteries, and coils. I will not be back.

So my husband went here the other day to get the same vape I use which we got a good deal on and its a vapresso plus ( I highly recommend this for its long lasting battery and big tank). Normally we get our juice from nightmare vape as their juice is always on point and they always have the juice I want. My husband decided to by juice here while getting the vape and they were out the 1 and 10 for the third time in a row we went here for it. He ended up getting a 4 and 11 and asked for 6 nicotine. I just now used the 4 this morning and I am in nicotine withdraw.... I thankfully have enough of my juice from nightmare vape and I feel better vaping that and the withdraw went away. When you buy juice and ask for nicotine you dont expect to go through withdrawal. Ive been vaping for over 2 years now and this is the first time I have had this problem so I know it was the juice.

Whoever took this franchise over. Does not know what they are doing. So sad. I went in there to buy batteries. Just batteries. Needed i.d. Not to mention there reward system has been down almost for the whole year. Embarrassing for the company

Very polite staff. Must have a mask on to enter. No mask you will be asked politely to go out and put one on to be in the store.

This place gets no stars from me. It is a huge shop, in a prime location. Doesn’t matter, they never have the coils or juice u need. Terribly ran company. It is embarrassing. I feel bad for the employees that work there that consistently have to tell customers that they are out of product and they won’t get any new coils that i need in for two weeks!!!!!

Been going here for about the past year, they have a large selection of mods, tanks, coils, and juices. Their prices are fair as well. Very friendly environment and the transactions are quick as well.

Just wanted to shout out Vapor Sharks new owners and their menu! Finally a reason to start making my own juice.

My go to vape shop. The store points you get for purchases is nice and adds up quick. They are pretty popular so sometimes they are out of the popular juices and coils.

They “highly recommend” a device then when you bring it back because you’re not satisfied with the performance they won’t exchange it. Terrible policy. A device that constantly burns every coil you install apparently isn’t defective enough

Large store with knowledgeable friendly staff. Very relaxing environment with pool table & tables and chairs for social networking. Handicapped parking & accessible. Always busy with customers but plenty of staff so not long waiting time to be helped. Clean well stocked store with specials and sales most all of the time. Very reasonable priced, quality products. No pressure sales and very patient and friendly knowledgeable staff.

So first this isn’t a hater move @ all!! Love the house juice and good prices “on the juice”..... but I do hate when I’m looking for a product - like my geek vape alpha tank glass replacement... to be told that they do not make any replacements for it... after buying packs of coils for the tank....and told they can’t do a refund for me... literally the same visit here!?!?!?! Any Waze through all this and being disappointed and trusting their knowledge that there’s no replacements available. Thanks guys there is a replacement available and I found it I’m glad your staff really knows what there talking about.... on the other hand I am glad I didn’t get my refund ....good looking out fellas...

I love vaporshark. I bought a nord not too long ago from here and I had issues with it a couple days later. They replaced the pod for FREE and gave me 2 extra coils. The customer service is outstanding. I tried other vapor places before, but none of them even compare to vaporshark. Keep up the good work guys!

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READI had foot surgery and have been on crutches for almost 6 weeks now. I read on the website that if you call in advance they will come out to your car and bring you juice, etc, collect payment and bring out change/receipt. It is an AWESOME service!! Tiffanys customer service is outstanding! She made my drive up experience pleasant and fast. If you are handicapped or have kids in the car try this service. You wont regret it.

The employees have always been nice to my husband and I. Theyre fast paced, but there have been a few times Ive seen that as a flaw instead of a good thing. I want to get in and get out too, but that doesnt mean Im going to try to quickly pick something from a menu or the wall of too much. Though I do appreciate the flavors they have available.

Went in this place during there anniversary sale and the employees are very rude and they will not honor the discount on everything even though sale says entire purchase and wouldn’t sale me coils due to supposedly out of stock but employee told us they have the coils in the building but not counted and refused to see if they could count them but employee wasn’t knowledgeable of his job. Over all poor experience and will not go back.Thank you Adam for your response unfortunately I will have to leave my review at a. 1 star because you never asked what you could do to make this right. You only wanted to inform me that you needed to train your employees better. I’m not looking for freebies I just want you to make this transaction right.

Staff was quick and courteous. Store had everything I was looking for. Google maps took me a crazy back way to get to it. Its accessible from the main road, directly behind the gas station that is on the corner. Other than that, the store was perect.

I absolutely loved this place and its immediate service. The guy who helped me was very helpful and attentive. Was even better for getting discounts for being a first time customer and being a college student. I just ended up stopping there once I saw the place before getting gas, and dont regret the choice at all. Will definitely be coming back for anything i need in the future. Only issue i have is that you guys need to upload or take pictures of your in house liquid flavors. Ive been trying to look everywhere but cant find anything and have no idea what my flavor was again lol. But all-in-all this is the best place to go for all your vaping needs

Great place awsome service and premium quality juice

Im giving this place 3 stars because they have many good flavors of vapor juice however I came here on a Saturday and they only had 2 people working and were very busy. I understand that you are a busy business however, I came in and waited 15 minutes to even start to try any flavors, and then more and more people were coming in therefore people walking in were sometimes getting served before people who were already there. Flavors are good though so Ill probably be back

The guys are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any and all queries you may have, honestly the only vape shop Ill use and I drive 45 minutes just because of the welcome atmosphere knowledge and selection. The pricing is very reasonable and the happy hour deals make it even better. If youre military they offer more perks and rewards than other shops in the area. They also have a lounge where you can just sit and unwind while trying different flavors from the vape bar, you wont be disappointed in choosing to come here.

Great location for affordable Vape Products in the Mid/Del city area. Gucci juice is one of my favorite flavors from there. Happy hour is a great time to go, as they have deals on their flavoring. All in all was pleased and would shop again if in the area.

This place is large and has good customer service! I love that Sunday is all day happy hour! The prices are good. The only complaint (and why they did not get a 5 star from me) is...they have been out of stock of what I have needed in the past when it comes to wiks and tanks. The juice is pretty good with a large selection. I will drive a little out of my way to go here on Sundays. I have been to quit a few Vapor Stores and this one is on my list of favorite.

The level of experience you get here is varied. They have a daily happy hour to get juice half off which is very nice. There coils and hardware is not the cheapest though. The ambience is okay for a former car lot thats been turned into a vape shop.Overall, its definitely a nice place if you have had a bad experience somewhere else as we have been coming here for the last two years without any major complaints.They do occasionally get your juice wrong, so just check to make sure (they have numbers on them now)
