Lately I have been shopping at the Crest on Douglas in MWC 2 or 3 times a week. I have been there with my Therapy Dog before and had no issues. No one threw us out. There are no signs about dogs service, therapy or other. However, today, as I was going to checkout, the manager informed me that only trained certified service dogs can come in there. My dog went through 12 weeks of training and is a certified therapy dog. I didnt bother to explain that, but I did ask if I could checkout. He stated he wasnt supposed to, but would allow me too, like he was doing me a favor to take my money and kick me out. Of course, there was another dog there, barking like crazy. It likely was not a service dog. I dont think he threw them out. I started not to post this, but it sits wrong inside me. Anyway, they have lost a loyal customer because I am never going back there or any Crest ever again. There are too many grocery stores, some closer to me. Besides that, I am a 100% Service Connected Vet and can go to the Commissary. I bought bacon with mold on it there before. Should have been my clue to stop going there after that. So later for Crest. Easy to navigate, clean, friendly! I have shipped at this location for years. There is a deli, bakery, and bank on site. This location has armed security on site. Also great parking and finally large baskets, people eager to help carry grocerys, and mobile baskets (for lack of better words) for assistance to those who need assistance. Thanks for employing, and bringing money to our city!

The store is clean, spacious and organized. I love that. 🙂I had a peculiar experience today.... but I think it was an unfortunate fluke. I cant say for sure unIess it happens again in the future when I visit with a similar shopping necessity ...

Crest has great prices and I love that everything is usually front faced and organized. Its such a beautiful sight to see things clean, clear, and in their spot.

This store is fully stocked. Try not to shop on the 1st of the month. Its busy. Be prepared to wait for check out due to low staffing. An issue everywhere.

My uncle Nick owns this chain! I remember when it was just one store, and its wonderful to see what it has become! Still the same personable staff and one hell of a selection. As always (50 years) the store is clean and up to date.

This store is my favorite because of the employees greetings and salutes. I feel like Im part of the family but the store itself has a more diverse selection of grocery items that I use.

They were out of my egg casserole, it goes fast and they only make 1 pan. They need 2 pans on the weekend.

This is one of the bigger Crest stores, I was able to find everything I need and still get cashed out much faster than at Walmart. Plus the cashiers and baggers are always friendly here.

Giant store with large variety of foods. Lots of people in this area shop at Crest. Self checkout worked fine. Milk products seemed a little higher than comparable grocery stores in the area.

Love Crest! They have this awesome island of cheese!! Normally you can find everything your looking for, but they do sometimes vary on availability. Wasn’t impressed with their bakery today, bug was in a loaf of bakery bread.

One of the going-extinct grocery stores that still has a fresh meat counter! Customers can order as much or as little as they want. Thats a boon for single persons!

It a large store, fairly clean but the customer service could use some work. Tina, the cashier they put on the self check, was very rude to my baby and I when we went shopping. I hopped in the self check lane to try to get out quickly and was yelled at for having over 25 items. Having self checks for only under 25 items is fine, but I could do without employees getting in my face and being rude about it.

Crest is a local Oklahoma grocery store. Midwest City has two locations and this is the larger of the two. I really like this store because, not only do they have some of the best prices in town. Also, they have an excellent deli that makes fresh bread and u can also get sliced deli meats here. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Great place all around!!

I am on a crutch yet 6 employees watched as I tried to maneuver the cart out the door. Not one asked if I needed help. There are only about 10 customers in the store so it wasnt because they were busy just lazy and no customer service performed here. Very disappointed!

We need one in McAlester, Oklahoma. Love this store, just wish it were closer.

Douglas location is way more better than reno its cleaner, the meat department section is fresher

This is a great place unless your meat shopping. recently they have started charging to cut or slice your meat. this started because some guy goes in and gets 60 pounds or so sliced for jerky. yes they should charge a little extra for that because its a huge amount. but to tack on $2 extra for everyone is ridiculous...and he only has to pay the same not more?? Wow. i will be shopping elsewhere with my $300/week. goodbye crest. hello Winco. they can take my money

This store has a huge selection of products. It is clean and bright, and easy to navigate. The aisles dont have the obstacles that are present in some other stores. Every employee I have ever come in contact with has been pleasant, friendly, and professional. I love this store.

This was my very first time shopping at crest. The experience was so amazing I know it wont be my last. The employees were super helpful and friendly. They gave tips about getting the most from the shopping trip. Very friendly and fast cashier. Overall 10 out 0f 10 for me cant wait to go back.

I bought a slab of ribs in there Deli. Got them home and they were not fit to eat. They had been under the light so long that the meat was like wood. My dogs wouldnt even eat them. The sad thing was I ask if they were fresh and the gal lied to me. I wont be back.

I have to update my review from a year ago...we have always chosen Crest over others for years..however today was the worst experience we have ever had there ...isle after isle was either half empty or completely in disarray.deli department was empty and took forever to get anyone to help...our sacker was soo busy talking that she threw our eggs in the basket and I had to finish sacking our groceries..the parking lot had food and trash all over the place. They were out of the usual stuff we purchase..and they have raised the prices on things twice as much as just the last time we shopped...very disappointed and dont think we will be back after this

I have shopped at Crest Foods for several years! I love their low prices, and the store is always clean and employees are very friendly and helpful ☺️. They are open 24/7, so I never need to worry about finding a store thats open. I drive 30 miles to Crest Foods because I know its worth the drive. They dont make me wear a mask, either! 😁😁❤️❤️

Great prices all the time and killer sales too nice clean store well organized. Also some sales are buy more save more so you have to purchase the required amount to get the deal and some have limit on total allowed but they clearly state it on the sale tags, some people just dont pay attention.

Shopping at Crest is ok but they definitely go overboard with price gouging right after a holiday when they lower prices then jack it up to cover loss of money after the holiday sales.

I am a regular at Crest Foods. I prefer buying my groceries there, however I have had a few issues over how they occasionally change a price on an item you have added to your cart and the price was changed to a higher one before you checked out. That happened to me probably 3 or 4 times over 20 years of shopping there. The majority of the time their prices or the lowest in town. The people they work there are friendly. I always shop at Crest Foods.

The selection is ok. People are good. The one the that I really enjoy is the door greeter. If you’ve ever been to this Crest you will probably know exactly. “HELLOoo!” Its unmistakably his and it puts a smile on my face.

I know its a critical balance, BUT, during times like these, we need more checkers.They do a great job of stocking needed products. All in all, they do a terrific job.

You have to park a mile away from the store and only park at the intrence.Then when we go inside there entrance there is always employees standing near the basket s not doing there job or playing on there phone . The fruits and vegetables section is very smelley it hits you in your face when I walk in the store and when your in the store it is very big and you have to walk alot to get what you want

Im retired now. Ive worked in half dozen food stores in my life time. I started my first was a Bag Boy. My last was a Manager in Paducah Kentucky. I know a bit about this type of Business. That being said. Crest market on Douglas st. In Midwest city is. Well Heres my review.This is the cleanest store Ive ever seen. Most well organized. The isles are always, neet and shelves are faced, as to say nice and neet. The selection is great. They have always had what I shopped for. The prices are lower on most items I purchased then any other store. They always have plenty of help. Lines are short. Theres normally two baggers in each check out lane.The whole staff is the most friendly Ive ever seen in any store. I do not know how they do it. From 1-100 being the best. I must give them a 99. NOTHING BUT GOD IS PERFECT.KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK GUYS N GALS. TRULY, RICHARD DARNELL

They are usually decently priced, the problem comes in when they have something on sale. About 50% of the time it doesnt ring up on sale or the sale price is not accurate. See attached picture from today (8/23/2020).14 ÷ 2 is not 8.So basically check your receipt.
