The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Uree is very knowledgeable in programming and fitting the devices. She takes the time necessary to answer questions one may have about their devices, ensuring the devices feel comfortable and are working properly. She always makes you feel important and not just another patient! Kudos to the entire staff at this location!
Very friendly helpful not pushy won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. Would recommend these folks to anyone without a doubt Super nice folks.
They took me right back and attended to me professionally and empathetically. I was very well taken care of.
Great service. Even let my try for week. Place where people care and hears what you say. If you have hearing problems this place might have the easy solution.
My insurance recommended I go here for assistance in purchasing hearing aids. The secretary was apparently new and kept speaking in a low voice after she was repeatedly being asked for her to repeat herself. She would raise her voice and then lower it making no attempt to speak louder. Seriously?! You work in a customer facing position whose main poc are deaf or hearing impaired patients. Speak up...we are here because we cant hear! Very frustrating to have to constantly have a go back and forth just to check in.The audiologist went over my copay and plan info using information that was not specifically to my plan. Seriously?! You dont even have information specific to the patient and youre giving them pricing???I got up, said Ill think about it and left. Appt lasted maybe 8 mins. What a joke.
Very pleasant experience! Karen very helpful and efficient. Uree taught me all about my new hearing aid. No complaints. Very relaxed but at the same time, most professional!!!
Super nice people. Handled all paperwork for us. We simply showed up, took hearing test and visited for a bit and returned within a week to pickup hearing aides.
Super nice and caring people. Very knowledgeable and thorough too..definitely use again!!
Always super friendly, easy to get an appointment, very helpful. Cant ask for more. Thank you very much for the good job you are doing.

They were absolutely wonderful to my husband who has Alzheimer’s!!!!!!!! So kind and patient!’ I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!
I talked to several different hearing aid specialists before making the decision to purchase them from Hearing Life.I really appreciated Urees patience in helping me learn to use the hearing aids properly. She even stayed late on several occasions to accommodate my work schedule. My husband and I were both impressed that she let me try a pair for a weekend…Wow!!!I purchased the blue tooth device along with the hearing aids...I absolutely LOVE the blue tooth. I have told several friends about the professional and friendly service I received and suggested they make an appointment to have their hearing checked as well. The Free batteries for life was just an added unexpected bonus!
Everyone is very professional, courteous and nice. The Dr is very professional.
Always great
Courteous and knowledgeable staff!!
Hearing Life called my 89 year old father to set up an appointment to do a checkup on his 6 month old hearing aids. He was skeptical and he asked me call and find out more. The person I talked with on the phone knew my father’s medical history (relating to his hearing loss), his address, phone number (obviously) and other private medical information. I was even more skeptical they knew so much, but daddy wanted to have his ‘ears’ adjusted so we kept the appointment.I wasn’t impressed with the cheap furniture in the waiting room, the lack of space in the patient rooms and generally was not comfortable with anything happening in the 2 hours we were there. The first person we saw did a hearing test. He was pleasant. This man looked at how daddy’s hearing aids were sitting on his ears and offered to ‘shave them down’ to fit better. Up until this point we were not feeling anything shady or unprofessional was going on, I was more or uncomfortable with the lack of any kind of medical office feel to this store front suite. When the first man took daddy’s hearing aids to complete the adjustments he suggested, another man in a long white coat (aka, doctor’s coat) came in to get us to ‘go over the hearing test results’. My BS alarm lit right up. First of all, the guy was NOT old enough to be an actual doctor, there were no college or accreditation documents anywhere in sight and he just had a general salesman type vibe. Daddy and I sat down on the side of the desk opposite the ‘hearing aid specialist’. This H.A.S. suggested that while daddy’s hearing aids were being adjusted he wanted to make sure daddy could hear everything that was going on, so the H.A.S. had an ‘extra set’ of hearing aids for daddy to borrow. Long story short, this guy tried really really hard to sell us his $7,000 hearing aids. I asked him about his accreditations / education, etc. He responded with “I am a licensed hearing aid specialist”. I am not personally familiar with this kind of license, so I kept the conversation going …. He is not an audiologist or an ENT doctor, or anything medically licensed at all. He didn’t even know the difference between an audiologist and an ENT doctor. (I am fully aware of the difference as I have several children who have seen both kinds of doctors during their lives. In addition, I have a bachelor’s degree in sociology with an emphasis on the elderly, more specifically issues pertaining to elderly women, being fully aware of elder scams is my thing). Basically this guy puts on a white coat, giving an unsuspecting elder the illusion of being a medical professional. The current elder population generally does what a doctor asks them to do, because the doctor knows best. Hearing Life is taking this almost guaranteed response of an elder and ran with it. Luckily daddy had me with him and I called BS pretty quickly, saving him a LOT of money. I wish I had been able to help the other woman in the office while we were there. This nimrod convinced her to get the $7,000 pair of hearing aids, to be financed by care credit, a medical use credit card. I was sick when I heard how this H.A.S. preyed on this woman. I will continue telling this story to anyone who will listen to hopefully shut these jokers down, or at the very least give a potential ‘patient’ a heads up about what to expect. Their pretend license should be taken away, indeed!
Hearing test. Nice people. Adjusted hearing aids.
Does a great job assisting customers with their hearing aids
Incompetent staff.
