It is a great place for kratom and good pricing. However the website is down you cant purchase anything nor will it let you log in. The phone lines are down and they are closed with no explanation as to why. Not really sure what is going on but really frustrating

Normally Id give them 5 stars. Ive been a weekly customer for 2 years- Ive spent literally thousands of dollars there. For the most part service is great...except for recently. Website is down and phones arent in service. Theyre supposed to be opened today (Saturday) but having stopped by only to see their Closed sign up and their lights off with zero explanation no one knows whats going on. Not even a notice on their door. You cant even reach out to them via social media because the have no facebook and they havent used their twitter since December 2020. This all feels HIGHLY unprofessional.

The Kratom they have is tested multiple times and also very strong effects are achieved without a lot of product. They have kratom concrete with 2 different strengths.. I have a big tolerance and it only took my half of a chewable tablet.Employees are so kind and informative PLUS THEY SHIP THE PRODUCTS IF YOU REQUEST.

You have to be careful where you get your kratom from, this is the only place I 100% trust. I know its top quality and pure. They are also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Best prices around by far and great customer service. Unfortunately they close early pretty often and do not inform anyone on their site, other than that I love this place. It sucks to get there and be SOL cause they closed early, and its happened on more than one occasion. Google said 8pm so anything before the advertised closing time would be considered early.

I have chronic pain due to cancer treatment. I was on opiates for years due to that, but once I discovered Kratom I switched as I had enough of the extra fatigue brought by the opiates (medical marijuana doesnt work for me).I have tried many (and I mean MANY) Kratom suppliers over the years, local and online.I can say that Artisan Botanicals by far has the best quality product that I had ever tried, and their prices are really good. Their staff is very nice and knowledgeable.My only issue (and that is why I dont give them 5 stars) is that their online card payment processing doesnt work properly. Even if I live 5 minutes drive away, Id rather have my order shipped than have to go in a public place, get cash from an ATM, then go pick up my order. The pick up part I dont mind, its the getting in a public place to use an ATM that bothers me. I had lung damage from chemo so I am very high risk, and since the pandemic started Ive been isolating as much as possible and do mostly online shopping.If they fix their online payment processing, Ill edit this review to a 5 stars.

Artisan botanical extracts have saved my life I had surgery and I can’t swallow very much the only thing I can take are the extracts. Please don’t take them away have a sign a waiver or something to where you’re not responsible but please don’t take them away.

Kratom really saved my life! Im sure when I first started, I annoyed chase! Alot! With tons of questions and freaking out. I was so scared. He answered every single question. Without hesitation, without aggravation! He is probably one of the best people up there. Staff is great (excluding one) but Ill always feel partial to him as he is the one who helped educate me and had me try different strains to find the right fit! These are great products especially for people in a lot of pain. I know several people that use these extract chewables and rely on them to live a good quality life, and use them responsibly. Please reconsider removing them from your inventory. This is my go to store for Kratom when my online supplier is sold out. I have never seen this store sold out yet. That is a huge plus. I just left there and had great help from the 2 people I saw in there. I will definitely be going back. They are super friendly and nice every time I go in there. I promise you its the best experience youll receive at any establishment offering the same product. The knowledge from everyone is amazing. Ive been to (not gonna mention names cause they know who they are) places where the people working dont have any information on their own merchandise. Also its the best quality for the price. The people are very friendly here. They have decent prices, it is still cheaper for me to buy online but when my online supplier is sold out this is my new go to store. They offer you a free drink and snacks while you are waiting. Thats really sweet. I more than likely will not be going anywhere else when I need to restock. I like the white, so vb I obviously have not tried any of the others they offer, but the quality of the white is pretty good. It really helps me with body pain.

Ive know Adam, the founder and owner of Artisan Botanicals & CBD for quite a few years. I know his personal story and he knows mine and my husbands.
