I drive 30minutes out of my way to get my vehicle serviced here. I have never had any issues with “upselling” services and I have no doubt the work is done professionally and accurately. THE MOST TRUSTWORTHY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN THE STATE!I docked a star because they called to let me know the jeep was ready for pickup. They told me they closed at 6pm. I rushed the family through dinner, loaded everyone in the car and rushed to get there. I arrived at 5:38 pm and no one was there. The woman working the reception desk said they left for the day and and they were closed. Thank god she offered tohelp me pay out and get the jeep keys. My schedule wouldn’t have allowed me to come get it for another week. But I still have no actual receipt for services.

I just purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee with less then 8000 miles on it. Very soon after I got it home my tag light was out, followed by my front headlight. The headlight would be on one day and off the next. Then I stopped to get mail out of mailbox put the Jeep in park got mail, got back into and put Jeep in drive only to go nowhere! My wheels were spinning in the driveway. I looked at the dash and it said to unlock the park brake (which I never put on). So I released it and boom it works again. I have only bought one other vehicle used and had nothing but trouble and this one is not starting out too well.I took the Jeep in for a new headlight and now they tell me it’s an electrical issue and I needed another appointment! Please please please fix my Jeep so I can enjoy driving it instead of being disappointed! Vehicles are so much money theses days and you need a reliable vehicle!

Was able to tell Mike James exactly what we were looking for and he found one in another state, got it brought to Milford, and had most of our paperwork set up and ready so we came and out the door in a new Jeep quickly. Found all the rebates and the best deal for us too!!

John is absolutely great! He works in service and I wouldn’t want to use anyone else, to not promote this guy to the manager or builder supervisor would be absolutely silly. I would love to take this guy to my company, he is a straight shooter, and won’t bs about pricing, policies, or process on each procedure. He went out of the way to help me.I had to add to this, and knock the stars down to 2. Shops clean-1 star. John’s still great- 1 star. Service manage not so good. He’s a real good dishonest kinda fellow, really a bad apple among the batch.

Worst customer service yet. Tried scheduling an appointment for over two weeks with no response from anyone at all. Their personal assistant or the online chat is completely useless. Seems like an automated response system. Wasted 20 min talking to god knows who was told rep would reach out to me to confirm time and date for appointment and no one called. Tried calling them directly and left messages with the service lady who doesnt believe in returning phone calls.

Had a recall on a keep and had been waiting months from the dealer we bought it from car was broke down more than it was running called IG burton and spoke with John MacDonald and he stated if we could get by without it for maybe up to 4 weeks they could put in a request for the recall part as the vehicle being broke down. 3 weeks later they had part and one day before 4 weeks was up they had it done along with other things I asked to be done. The dealer we bought it from wouldn’t even offer us that they just kept saying they would call when part came in so IG Burton in Milford will get our business from buying cars to having service done from now on for going up and beyond for the offer to us so we could be able to drive our jeep again

I went in for a oil change today. The service for the oil change was good. They were supposed to give me the free gas I didnt get when I bought the vehicle, I waited close to 15 minutes & I didnt get the gas. Im regretting buying the vehicle. They arent honoring their obligations. Something as simple as gas, I didnt receive. They told me my first oil change was free instead they used my jeep wave program which they werent supposed to use on the first oil change. Maybe someone else has had better experience with them fulfilling their obligations

Terrible experience buying our 2021 Jeep here. Nobody will return our calls or texts inquiring about our temporary tags and when the permanent ones will arrive. After talking with a few other locals, they said the same thing about IG Burton lack of customer service .
