The guys at In-Town are the absolute best. Jeff and his crew are extremely professional running a very clean Shop with exceptional service. So far I’ve had an AC recharge, An engine Tune up, and a Transfer Case replacement. Couldn’t be more happier with the service. Jeff gets your car done in a timely fashion at a fair price. But the part that is extremely rare, is that his shop cares for your car. They don’t cut corners and they treat your car the same they would treat theirs. Just left Intown Auto in Milford and had to share how impressed we were. My husband got a flat tire and put on the spare but wanted them to order a new tire for us, check the spare and check the muffler which was rattling. When we arrived to pick up they said our original tire was still under warranty and we should have it replaced for free where we purchased it, they fixed a minor problem with the muffler, and told us our spare was great.Here’s the amazing part- They charged us NOTHING even though they took the time to put it up on the lift and look it over and fix the minor problem. Not to mention giving us advice about our warranty info.Mechanics can get a bad rap for being dishonest and overcharging, and this business was the exact opposite. I hope they can get some more business out of this. They certainly have ours!

This place has always been good to me. Theyre fairly priced and efficient. I live across town but go to them as opposed to somebody closer because I know Im getting good service.

I cant say enough about my first experience at In Town Automotive. I recently purchased a pre owned Audi S7 which needed service and Chris took great care of me. This is my first Audi and I had a ton of questions. He was very patient and went above and beyond with his knowledge, kindness and information. Kevin was my mechanic and he used every precaution to keep the vehicle clean. Not a thumb print or smudge anywhere!! I picked the car up yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mike who couldnt have been a nicer guy. 30 years of being in business tells you something. Im from the old school where a hand shake means everything and I got that feeling the minute I walked through the door. If youre not using In Town Automotive, youre giving yourself a disservice. Love this auto shop. I completely trust him with pricing and caring for my car. There are times when Jeff has taken a peak, told me he couldn’t do it (I have a Diesel engine) and suggested something else, but didn’t charge me a dime. I always bring my car here first whenever I can.

Was turned on to this place by my Girlfriend and wont go to anyone else now. Jeff and his crew are very good at what they do and never over priced. I live in Middletown CT, and willing to drive that far to get my car worked on by someone that doesnt try to rip you off. If the work that needs to be done isnt worth it.

My husband has been going to Intown for a year now and I didnt believe some of the calls hes received from them - hes a stickler for getting his Toyota checked, it has over 100k miles on it so any little noise or sound and hes bringing it in to get check (its a good thing since he travels for work a lot so I want him safe too) - the guys at InTown have taken his car in and called him telling him the car is fine and there is no work needed - WHEN have you gotten call with that message? this hasnt happened once - this has happened three times! Talk about honesty - so now Ive been bringing my car in and am happy I have - they are honest and tell you up front whats going on and there are no hidden agendas. It may sound crazy but its so nice to know there are honest merchants out there - especially being a woman and dealing with a mechanic - you put all your trust in them and with your hard earned money and its just nice to know that I can come back and not feel taken advantage of and trust that I am getting the best service possible. Ive dealt with a few local mechanics and have had some horrible situations, especially after an accident and knowing insurance is involved - ugh!! so if you happen to have the same horror stories then give Intown a shot and see for yourself.
