I recently purchased a 2014 Yeti 575. Bob was extremely helpful from my first phone call to when I picked up my new bike. Bob provided excellent customer service for me. He spent over 45 minutes on the phone talking about Yeti and answered any questions. My first 2007 Yeti 575 developed a cracked frame and was warranteed by Yeti/Bob with no questions asked. I received a crash replacement discount on a new bike. I can say the new 575 is one sweet ride. I love riding this bike. I highly recommend Souhegan Cycleworks. Bob runs a great small town bike shop.

Souhegan Cycleworks is a great local shop. They are good mechanics, and they are not bike elitists -- they seem capable of understanding casual riders as well as serious athletes. We bought a new bicycle for my daughter here, and she ended up with a well-fitted bike that is right for her. Theyve also taken good care of some of our older bikes.

A great local bike shop. Bob, the owner, is extremely helpful and is happy to spend whatever time you need. Last year I bought a MEKK carbon road bike on-line since I got a great price (no one around here carries MEKK) - had it shipped to them and Bob put it together and tuned it up. He has worked on several other bikes for me and given me lots of great advice. I try to buy as much gear as I can from them not only to support a local business - but because no matter how big or small the purchase, they always take the time to make sure I am making the best selection possible. I feel comfortable asking any question - they are not elitist at all.
