Excellent quality and professionalism. Why buy your protein anywhere else when you can stock up (cheap) on the fresh quality tips, wings and breasts. So much better then going to Market Basket or Harvest Market. The owner is a cool guy and the meat plans are great if you have a family like mine!

Everything, and I mean everything is good! Great steak tips and marinated chicken for the grill. The prepared foods are spectacular too. Must have the brisket! Must have the pulled pork! True Texas BBQ.

I bought 2000.00 with of meat the first year and we were like so happy. When we ran out we decided to do it again, well I am not a happy camper the grade had changed Hamburg was brown, roast chicken dont bother hardly any chicken. Boneless chicken was tough. Will not buy meat package ever ever again.

I cant speak for their meat plans as I have never tried it yet, but regular retail is quite pricey. However, the quality is well worth it. Too many flavors of marinated tips to name, and the hot dogs and burgers are fantastic. Beware, some of the staff are very good salesmen and I have walked out of there buying more than I intended, but that is ultimately my fault ( btw the pies are great too lol). Anyway, if your in the Milford area and looking for a full service butcher shop, I recommend The Happy Butchers.

Great selection of fresh & marinated meats, sausages, and mixed salads. Friendly staff.More expensive than the chain grocery store, but quality and freshness is also much better here.

Meats look good but skip the lunch.......$13 for mediocre quality lunch platter. No thanks. I get better frozen meals for half the price. They have a Boars head deli but dont make sandwiches!!?

Not sure about the quality of purchased meats, but going there for lunch as a first time customer was aweful. Meat quality was sub par, the mac and cheese was bland, and to pay $13-17 was not worth the quantity they gave you.

Absolutely incredible meat. I had the steak tips, and Bratwurst, and they were completely amazing. Its a bit on the pricier side for meat, like $11/pound for the steak tips, but its worth it as a treat.

Charged me over $9 for a purchase under $4. Ive been in this location 3 times, Im always the only one there. They cant stay open by being honest, so they just steal enough from each customer to keep going. Rude service, bad attitude, steals money... Dont waste your time or money.

The meats might be fantastic but when we made a choice and learned it was too expensive the young man at the counter said its been rung in already so we couldnt decline it. It was frozen so not custom and their staff carried to the register so I fail to understand the issue.

The first couple of years we got a meat plan for 160.00 then we added a little to it as we didnt want hamburger or stew beef so it started costing $180 then each time it went up.. We went about every 4 months. in Oct it cost us $300 for Delmonicos that we asked to cut 1and 1/2 inch and when we got home they were less then an inch we also got some chicken and chops??.. So we just went back to restock and I said to the butcher whom has helped us each time and does not remember us? I want to spend $200 well after he cut 6 Delmonicos and 6 Strip Steaks and 12 pork chop he said what else I said what am I up to ($) he said $300 but I will give you a deal. 12 steaks and 12 chops shouldnt cost 300 dollars?? We are moving on Tex sorry but the cost is unaffordable.

I love this shop. The quality is first-rate. I normally avoid pre-marinated tips at the big-box groceries because theyre usually mushy from sitting in the marinade too long. But my wife really wanted some so I tried three difference types - all were fantastic. The meat had a great texture, it looked like real tri-tip, and tasted great. Their bacon is delicious and its the same price as grocery store stuff, even less when on sale. My wife loves the chicken-spinach sausages. Im getting 3 Boston butts tonight for the smoker and cant wait to try them. And they have an awesome baker who brings in these incredible bumbleberry pies - pricey, but worth every penny, especially if you know how much work a good pie takes.
