I tried the burgers today and awesome and the staff so fast

This is the worst Wawa Ive ever been in. When I asked for a bag the girl at the counter told me I had to buy one. When had I ordered through the app they would have given me the bag with no questions asked. The employees are arrogant and rude. I understand the place is busy but that does not excuse their behavior. Never go here if you can avoid it.

I ordered 1 egg, spinach and roasted red peppers.I rcvd fried egg, spinach, with ice cold wet red peppers. The peppers literally thawed out over my hot breakfast.I wanted to vomit!

Ban on plastic or ploy to sell reusable bags? I am paying customer, and had to carry everything out cradled in my arms. Regardless, I won’t be returning. Rude staff and generally inconsiderate people there. I suggest to avoid.

Good gas stop, many pumps, clean restroom, rather small when its busy which is usually all the time. Coffee ☕😄☕🥰☕

Usually wawa is pretty good but tonight I went and got a panini and they gave me the wrong one completely - it had peppers on there too which now I won’t eat at all. I got a mello yellow from the soda machine and it does not taste like regular mellow yellow- idk if they are using an off brand or what but when u get a certain soda you’re expecting a certain taste.

Didnt have what I was looking for. Food I ordered was terrible. Service was bad. All in all, probably one of the worst Wawas in the state.

The staff are always so kind.The coffee barista named Paige always makes my coffee perfectly.

I ordered avocado and spinach I didn’t get either on my sandwich it gets wrapped up and take it home and there’s a bunch of lettuce old lettuce at that on my sandwich not what I paid or asked for and I call & explain to them my ticket clearly says spinach and they stay can you bring it back up here and I’m on my way to work unacceptable and some of the employees are so rude I don’t even address them anymore you think they hate their job not ordering from there anymore.

Only Wawa in town! Really never too clean and thinking because they stay super busy BUT..... Java is always FRESH! Yeap, Love the Coffee, and the Reward program is getting better. Every Friday in March is FREE COFFEE DAY 4 MEMBERS!

Wawa is my favorite of all the fuel/food/coffee places ive been in 150 different wawas. always clean -friendly -consistent - but some wawas have outstanding workers. generally I stop in for gas coffee and breakfast lunch or dinner food. the nite staff is awesome. the cashiers are always so upbeat and the counter people are so qwik. Roe always says hi and makes whatever i order perfectly. the milford wawa is in my top 10 stores. store # 851 by wawa top 10 by me. thanks for the awesome service

Me and my family stopped here for a quick bite because we were driving home from vacation. The food at the stand where the employees make sandwiches, salads, etc was good! Also the place is clean and lighting is good too. The employees were nice but need too be a little more friendly. Other than that this place is pretty good.

The best coffee

This is a typical Wawa, so the store is good. I got gas and while I was pumping they were running a video with the Wawa talking about all the extra cleaning they were doing because of coronavirus.I went inside to the mens room, and not only are they not doing extra cleaning, theyre not doing ANY cleaning. It was the most disgusting rest room Ive seen in a long time.

I stopped in today to get some soda and chips i went up to the cashier her name was Madison. I never had a problem out of any body here, but she was so rude towards me, having an attitude with me the entire time. She seemed like she didnt want to be there at work. Very bad customer service skills, and i will not be coming back there anytime soon. No one should be treated like that when all i said was Hello how are you.

So disappointed. Ordered a caramel macchiato just a half hour ago the woman who was making it didnt make it right at all. Theres not even caramel in it. Some people depend on their first cup of coffee.

Not family friendly! No changing tables. How is that even possible these days?? Then when I was frustrated and asked the woman at the front, as I held my baby with a poopie diaper, she just said no changing table and walked away from me when I asked what I’m suppose to do.

I work third shift. I no longer go to this location. The deli workers are always slow. The workers could care less about lines backing up.

By far the dirtiest bathroom, slowest workers/cooks, etc. of any Wawa I have ever been to. The workers look miserable. The parking lot and flow of traffic is ridiculous. Someone literally took my smoothie w/out a ticket and the employee not checking the orders. This place is too busy for its own good.

I love Wawa. This place/location is always busy but at the same time plenty of staff. The bathrooms are pretty good also, at least the time I have to use them. So pick your poison, coffee, snacks, milk, gas or bathroom stop, this is the place, 24/7

In the past week, I have spent over $35 daily at this Wawa, buying gasoline and $12-15 dollars of food and sandwich items. This is the 3rd time my food order has been TOTALLY messed up, items costing upwards of 8 dollars where I havent gotten what I ordered or paid for. I guess customers are supposed to check and pick apart the food before they leave the store to make sure they are getting what they paid for. I wont be spending any more of my hard earned money at this store.Keep your darn $1 coffee, I lost much more not getting my food order correct. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the sandwiches and food. Customers have a right to get what they paid for.Shame on Wawa Milford!

Stopped at the Milford wawa grabbed lurch. Ive had the same sandwich from wawas from all over the country . Usually really look forward to them. Not here. The bread was stale tasted almost sour. I always add miracle whip instead of maynaise they didnt even put it on our sandwiches. Tomato was old not fresh. Gross gross gross.

When we pulled into the lot, the entire area was covered in miscellaneous food and trash. The gas pump did not stop automatically so our gas tank overflowed. When we looked into the emergency spill kit, it was already used, and covered in gasoline from a previous spill. Then, when we went inside to inform staff of the situation, we waited for 10 minutes and no staff came out to take care of it.

Every time I come to this wawa. The customer service is always top notch! I’ve never had any complaints or mess-ups. Done right the first time

I go to this Wawa every morning never had an issue before. The magnetic strip on my credit card wore out and Im waiting for another card. The cashier refused to punch my card and manually to the computer and then when I asked why she told me that it was against the law. I know this is false because I own a company that excepts credit cards and sometimes we have to manually enter them. Then when I confronted her about the lies she told me she said well its actually against the company policy needless to say from now on I will be shopping at our local convenience stores that I actually want my business

I swear this is the busiest Wawa ever! The staff are super polite and the store is always clean. Just had a fresh remodel done!

Typical Wawa with large convenience store, decent bathrooms and sometimes the cheaper end of the spectrum for gas. Very busy and opened around the clock. Valero stations just outside of Milford to the North can be cheaper, but bathrooms are iffy. Depends on your needs.

One of the best Wawas. Well positioned in the area for ez in and out. Clean, well stocked has what I want for the road. Gas is often pennies higher here

Not sure if the people working the deli counter are just lazy or incompetent. Ill be impressed when they learn to follow a literal step by step guide on filling a custom food order.

We love wawa! Unfortunately very disappointed that when we saw a woman smoking by the pump we informed her to that it was unsafe and could cause a fire/explosion. She said tell someone inside. We pressed the call button and informed the attendant. They chuckled and said, Okay, well take care of it. Noone came out, or asked what pump. Disappointed it was not taken seriously.

Always like Wawa for friendly staff and good coffee. Good spot for a sandwich too.

The wawa itself is nice- but they get a one star rating for lack of a changing table for babies.
