I recently toasted a Fender tube amp. I was already shopping for a new amp because I figured the amp was done, when a friend suggested I try Nexus. I looked them up, and just reading the reviews, I had to give it a shot. Ken looked at it and said it would not be a problem to repair. Price was fair and his work and knowledge was impeccable. He’s also just a real nice guy. Will 100% be going back. I feel lucky we have a shop like this so close.

I used Ken multiple times over the years for my tube amplifiers. Hes the best around. Dont know what I would do without him. He knows his stuff and made my 52 year old Super Reverb sound better than the day it rolled of Fenders showroom floor. If you need an amp tech, this is THE GUY! And he hasnt closed. Hes just moved down the street next to Z Hair Studio (he used to be on Bridgeport Ave in Devon just a little up the street from where he is now).

Over price to fix a a jack $70,00 I couldnt pick it up my unit in feb went to pickup march 4th he said was too late and have sold my unit that worth at least 225,00 to somebody else...told me that was a policy for 30 days...I was supposed to pickup feb 5th....but feb was 29days ...feb 5 to march 4th its not 30rd days for me thats stealing

Did a great job repairing my Turntable. A little pricey, but you know its quality work and done the right way. Worth it.

I actually randomly found the number for this place to ask a question regarding a record player input into a Tuner. Although the person I talked to wasnt going to make any profit out of the phone call he treated it as if I was a long time customer. It was much appreciated and I will certaintly go to them in the future

I took my 1970 SVT amp to Audio Nexus LLC in Milford, CT he dont know how to fix that bass amp he cap it all wrong  it sounded worse after he work on it and had it for a month. I had to take it to someone else to put it back the right way he scratches it all up broke parts on the amp strip out screw holes a 1970 blue line amps are worth a lot of money he dont even no what they are worth  I made a big mistake taking it to him live and learn guessI Just got my 1970 SVT amp back from the place in Mount Kisco New York and it sound great clean and lots of lows he fix it at a good price to he knows how to work on vintage ampeg SVT amp and High end audio.
