She took us under her wing to help us decorate our 1st home and we have been so happy with her help and her knowledge on decorating and quality furniture. Everyone I dealt with at classic home furnishings went above and beyond. From making decisions on the furniture to delivery I could not have asked for a more pleasurable experience. When delivered I was informed of perfect placement and they even answered questions about the best pieces to accent the room with. The whole staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the look on my wifes face when she came home said it all. This is the most disorganized and dishonest business Ive ever dealt with. Weve had an appointment scheduled a week in advance for Saturday afternoon. The owner of the store had completely forgot about the appointment and then lied about being busy, etc... The family of four waited for her to come on Saturday and she did not have professional courtesy to handle the appointment correctly or call in the event of not being able to make it.

The staff at Classic Home Furnishings are extremely attentive and thorough and I could not have asked for a better experience. I dealt with the owners when it came to both furnishing my home and also when it came to ordering blinds/shades. Julia, one of the owners, checked in with me throughout the entire process to ensure I was completely satisfied. We have been shopping at Classic Home Furnishings for over twenty years now. We always find beautiful accent pieces and the best quality rugs anywhere. Everyone is always incredibly helpful and a professional.

Interested in the sale, then they couldn’t care less. Spend over $6,000. For two sofas. Not even a follow up call. When I raised a complaint I was completely blown off. I will never ever buy anything from them again. I would much rather support the small, independent stores, but not this one.
