The notary at the UPS Store was very rude and biased, she needs a cultural diversity course on how treat people, both my wife and I are public servants for the State of Delaware, we deal with people daily. We had documents to sign, the other customers were treated way different than us, she treated me like if I was undocumented because my signature on a form wasn’t the same as my license which was issued 10 years ago and is computerized, she was condescending and down right rude, my wife is a notary herself and she was beside herself, she lost two good clients and we will NEVER come back to the store, absolutely rude and ignorant employee. Employee Labeau need to be more colorblind and treat people with respect. By the way I am an American citizen by birth.
One star is too many. Good luck arriving during posted operating hours, 9/10 the door will be locked. Not open on Saturdays. With shipping being a time sensitive operation, I really don’t know how they’re still in business!
Heather has always been very professional, prompt and helpful when it comes to all of our business mailing and printing needs.
Heather was more than efficient. Courteous and quick. Love the Mail Center in Milford, De
Not the most welcoming place. Next time Ill drive to Dover or south to Lewes to get documents notarized.
Helpful. Always my go to store. They have everything when it comes to msiling stuff or office stuff.. Even odds and ends stuff
Quality print work and excellent service. I highly recommend the Mail Center.
Charged me 2.50 just to print a shipping label out. Pretty ridiculous.
One Day I’m Charged $1.50 To Print And The Next Time It’s $2.50 To Print ONE SIDED PAPER For A Postage To Ship. I Have Record And Receipts. I Was Charged $3 For Two Prints And Another Day $5 For Two Prints. I Told The Young Lady I Would Purchase My Own Printer @This Point. Just Trying To Support A Local Small Business But The Inconsistency And Loyalty Isn’t Shown To Customers. No Thanks. Make A Price, Set It @The Price. Thanks. Save Your Receipts!!!
Have used this location many times now for dropping off Amazon returns as well as other services. They have been friendly and great. Not sure why everyone is saying you have to pay to drop off prepaid UPS packages as you do not (at least not anymore)
Heather and Richard are always a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to ensure all packages, mail or documents are handled in a professional manner. I had wedding invitations printed there and they turned out amazing! Such great customer service! Id recommend them to anyone! There may be a small fee for things but its worth it for the best care!
Been using there services for many years now they are first class is you need help mailing something go there they will take good care of you.
This is not a good center to get your mail at we paid for the full year at once we got mail and also packages now that it is the holidays the owner Richard said we can not get anymore package he would refuse them which is not fair because in our paper work for the account when we first got it said nothing of the sort and we as well as others have had package there before now its a problem? i think it is discrimination is not far to the customer if you know the holidays are here you should prepare for large mail also if the package or packages are taking up to much space that is why the clients number is listed so you can simply call them and say hey can you come get you mail .... also they have let other people pick up your packages that are not on the agreement in which i feel you should not conduct business in that way and the owner has a real nasty attitude
It is refreshing to see a small business that goes out of its way to please the customer. These guys always come through for me when I need to ship stuff. The new store location is great-better parking and more convenient for drop-off packages also. Highly recommend this store!
This business is a crock. After using this business to send out my prepaid UPS shipments for years, I find out today that now they want $1 for every package dropped off at their location. Well, it is not the $1 that pisses me off but the fact that they want to charge for something that should be free. Ive already communicated about this with UPS, so Im hoping that UPS either opens up their own UPS store or at least refuses to pick up from that location. Without UPS propping up their business theyd be out of business in a month. And to that I say good riddance.
Fast and efficient.
Honest people if you do business with them you will be helping honesty to be spread
I was here once before and was happy with the service but this time I was disappointed. I was running late and got there at 12:45 only to find that they were closed. According to the schedule on-line that I saw, they should have been open until 1:00 pm on Saturday. If that schedule is wrong then its my bad but if not then they really should either stay open the full time or post an accurate closing time. Since I had to ship it today I had to drive to Camden which was very inconvenient.
Please Note! $1.00 handling fee added to all packages shipped at this location, even prepaid. For example: if you have a free/prepaid box youre sending back to Amazon, dont go in without your wallet- they still charge you a $1.00 fee. A free nearby alternative is the UPS drop box basically across the street (!!!!) located at 771 Masten Circle, Milford. Go across the intersection, past the McDonalds, turn right and youll immediately see a tan medical office building with brick trim (across from county bank) and the UPS box is located outside but under roof in a porch-type area in the middle portion of the building :-]Then, get yourself a coffee with the $1 you just saved.
Great service. Lovely people. Drop your Fedex and UPS mail here. Thank-you Mail Center!
Free ups return was free, unlike what other postes stated. They even taped up my package. Great service and fast!
There are two things that will make me NEVER use a business again. One is deceptive business practices and the other is rude behavior. The Mail Center in a combo plate of both.I had purchased a $10 item at Reagan-Watson Auctions. They use The Mail Center for shipping the items purchased. The UPS estimate on this shipment was $22.00. I was charged $88.00.I contacted the company via email stating that I understand that they must make a profit but this mark up seemed to be excessive. They responded in a very belittling and defensive way. When I pushed the matter further, they became down right rude.Dont give them your credit card number. They will run your card and ship the item and then, tell you the price after they have shipped the item. In fact, I didnt even know the price until the item arrived and then it was too late.
Always super happy with the customer service. And I have NEVER been charged for a prepaid package.
I had the best experience here. Such a great shop!!!
There IS a FREE drop-off across the street where the old Hapern Eye used to be at Masten Circle behind County Bank if you have a free UPS shipment label that is. Why pay a service fee at The Mail Center when you can drop off in a UPS drop off box? Save a buck, and send your FREE shipment back that way!!!! The Mail Center is a rip-off when it comes to free UPS returns!!!!!
High prices..
Mail Center wants to charge you a $1 for handling your FREE shipment to UPS. I declined. Then I asked for the FREE plastic window envelope to put my shipping form in, but the lady said I cant unless you pay the dollar. I said, But those free from UPS. To which she responded, Why should I give you my supplies? Me: Because they are free from UPS. They dont cost you anything. Mail Center Lady: Well, then you can order them on your account. Since she was so snide, I said Yes I can and walked out. You can decide if you want to deal with them, but they will charge you for a free service. I guess they dont want to be in the UPS business.
Don’t believe old posts! Just dropped off my amazon prepaid package without any additional charge.
Great customer service! 😎
Paid for passport photos that could not be used because they were zoomed too much into my face.
Convenient, helpful, efficient
