Selection is ok, not one of the largest I have seen, at the mall so location is good, not much for decoration.
Not much there. Not good for Halloween
Very clean and organized, had a lot of things in stock and on display, but not everything. There were a few items I was browsing for that werent there yet, although lots of boxes in the back for unpacking, Im sure. What Im not sure about is if the things Im looking for from the website will even be available on store. As far as prices go, its hit and miss. Sometimes youll score a really good deal, sometimes youll get what you pay for and a fair amount of time youre overpaying in terms of the quality youre getting. But thats how specialty stores roll, take it or leave it I guess!
Well organized selection. My grandson enjoyed the animated decorations. Not just a costume store.
When calling about a item the representative hung up on me not once but twice. Also I had lost a personal item that’s of great value when I went in the store and when I tried to call them about that they hung up on me again. Apparently customer service doesn’t like being called for anything.
Very nice and the employees are very nice
The incompetence in this particular store and the Spirit/Spencer Gifts company in general is unheard of.The employees at this Newtown location Nicole and Thomas are a case in point.My guess is you only need a pulse to be hired.Spirit isnt concerned with hiring the best applicants or properly training them.

My grandma went here and she got me a 20% off of any item for my birthday i got the jumping spider it should be here Wednesday i cant wait to get it and ill maybe come to this store soon
