Best Day Ever for my 12 Dancers going for their new Pointe Shoes!

We went on the last possible day before dance started and ended up having to wait outside for 45 minutes because they were only letting three parties in the store at at time. This was great social distancing procedures, and gave us comfort that they were taking guidelines very seriously. once we got inside, my girls needed 8 pairs of shoes combined. The woman helping us worked very quickly to get us in and our, and they had all the sizes we needed.

Staff is very knowledgeable. My daughter has always received excellent fittings for pointe shoes and they have non capezio styles available too. Leos, tights, and other merchandise great quality.

Good selection but a little overpriced. I bought two little leotards and it was almost $50. The sad thing is I found out a month after that my granddaughter couldnt wear them now not able to return them because I had them over a month so now Im stuck with them.After posting my review the store contacted me and said that they will make an exception and I could exchange the leotards I bought which was quite a surprise for me. Glad to see there are still stores around with great customer service!!!!

The costumes fit my girl perfectly. Very helpful staff, helped us pick out the right shoes. It is an expensive store though.

Has everything you need for dance classes. They know the local studios and what that want the students to wear. Prices are medium range - you can sometimes find online cheaper but nothing beats trying something on in person...

Great clearance section at the time of my visit, both staff members were very helpful and pleasant. Convenient location and parking. Store itself is organized and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend to dancers and their parents for high-quality dance apparel and accessories.

DO NOT GO. Incompetent help, workers stand around and stare at you and do not offer any help. We bought two pairs of shoes and when we got home only one pair was in the bag. We had to go all the way back to the store and her excuse was its a little hectic. They just opened and do NOT have their act together. I will say, after we flagged down a worker (who was just standing doing nothing) she helped us out with getting the proper sizes.

Nice people, but not very good at sizing pointe shoes. They sized me wrong 3 years in a row. I wouldnt suggest going here for pointe shoes.
