I recently moved to a home in Milford and wasnt paying attention to my propane -- ran out Friday night. Called Mr Wilkins on Saturday morning to inquire about getting some delivered. They had nobody on call for the weekend but he made calls to his drivers and found one willing to make a delivery on Saturday night. What a relief when the heat started going up in the house and my feet started warming up. Really appreciate the empathy heShowed and glad I have service with a business that cares about people. Thanks very very much!!

Terrible service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They lie to you saying they will deliver and yet never do. Always say next day. Don’t waste your money. This family owned business is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He didn’t even give us a chance he said have someone else fill the tank then said he’s going to take it? MR HOWARD LEARN SOME RESPECT

Their website claims they have 24/7 emergency service. Ive been trying for hours to get anyone to call me back. Finally a tech called back and said he doesnt do repairs, just delivers fuel. Useless, wait of time, false claims on website.

This is a smaller establishment without the advertising and some of the perks of the larger companies around here, but when I desperately needed oil last year my big company that I had been with for several years could do nothing to get it to me for days. One call to Wilkins and I had oil the next day. They will have my business as long as I am here in Milford.

Spoke to owner Howard Wilkins who stated they would come and provide service to heating unit. No show. I called again to have service...no call back after speaking with office. I will not recommend this service to anyone. Unreliable and not dependable.
