Like all ways if they dont have it you cant get it alse where the place looks really good compare to the old lication much much better and cleaner not that they didnt clean .This is the place for bolts and nuts

Came in with a part to ask for them to help me determine what thread pitch I needed for a part. They gave me American measurements on a part thats in metric. Was a waste of time to go there for me.

Went to the 2 large stores looking for a .25x28x1 inch socket cap in stainless. Called the local hardware and they to didnt have it. They recommended I call this store and they had it! I am always looking for stainless replacements and am thankful this store exist, and that I am now aware!

I needed to replace some bolts to correctly complete a car repair. I drove all over town looking for these bolts (HD, Lowes, 4 Auto-stores even Fastenal). Just a wild goose chase. Got a tip to try this place. What a pure gem! Tired of driving around I called first they were very friendly over the phone and they were able to quickly confirm they had the bolts I was looking for In stock.Once I got there my experience was just as good, again very attentive staff. They quickly double checked the bolts I need. Sealed all the bolts in a tidy clear heat sealed plastic bag. Had them ready to go in an instant.They allowed me to purchase what I needed for this small job not some jumbo bag of 25 or 50 count. Also prices were very fair actually better than others for some other things I picked up while I was there.Staff was knowledge without being condescending.This place will be my go to place for fasteners here forward. Awesome place. knowledgeable staff and ridiculous selection. if you need any bolt nut etc they got it. i needed two hardened steel bolts that are sold as a set for 16 but these guys practically gave me to me for a buck a piece. diy mecca

As an arboriculture company we are in need of high quality hardware for tree care. This is often very difficult to find. However, the nutty company has it all.Just recently something was not on the website and with a quick phone call to them we were assured they had it in their physical store and would add it onto the order if we wrote it in the comments section. Sure enough they delivered on their promise and shipped the order that same day.Great customer service and quick turnaround time. That coupled with free shipping over $100 and they cannot be beat.

I shop at their retail location several times a year for fasteners not found at regular hardware stores. Always fast courteous service, usually even the really odd stuff is in stock, and they always are willing to answer questions about special applications such as which kind of stainless, what grade, what finish, etc.
