Annmarie was so nice to deal with in the office! Very communicative throughout the whole process. The granite is gorgeous in my new kitchen, couldnt be happier

Fast fabrication and expert installation at an affordable price.

Absolutely AWFUL!They delivered my bath vanity top about 6 weeks early, with no notice and did not cut any faucet holes. I had them come take it out because the bathroom was in the middle of a remodel. When they came to take the vanity top out they broke it. and left a pile of garbage/granite pieces from their truck in the snow on my lawn! They told me they were coming to reinstall at 10:00 am. At noon they were still were not there with no call saying they were running late. By 4, again still no sign of them, with little explanation. Finally they told me the truck had broken down and they would send someone else. When he got there he did not have the tools to cut the faucet holes. After another hour someone came with these tools. The vanity finally was put in 8 hours LATER than they promised.....they are inexpensive but not worth the stress and headache they cause with their VERY POOR customer service and lack of communication! Saving $100.00 was not worth it, will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone!

Updated 1/27/13I have updated this review based on communications with the owner of Eco Stoneworks where the company acknowledged the issues I described in the earlier review. I want to stress that the quality of the product installed (not the installation of it) was very good for the price. If considering Eco Stoneworks for your Granite counters as a homeowner - use my original review as a guideline for what to watch for during the process and you should be able to get a quality product for an affordable price.Original Review:Good customer service is indeed a dying art. Arrived late (no phone call), sinks were not ready until the following day (again late for install with no call). Overall poor communication about what to expect before, during and after the install. Called owner after the installation to ask about issues (haphazard sink placement and faucet holes, island counter overhang placement incorrect, damage to walls during demo of old countertops). It was very clear that the company and its employees are more comfortable dealing with builders and contractors than homeowners. Cannot recommend this company unless you are ready to be a general contractor and attend to all the details yourself to make sure the job gets done right. I write this only after talking to the owner to let him know my concerns and to give him a chance to respond. Needless to say, his responses did not make me feel any better about his company.

We ordered a fireplace surround based on the sample in the store. it was never suggested or offered that we look at the slab prior to the installation. when the stone arrived at our house, it looked nothing like the sample (which we still have), and we are now being told by josh at eco stoneworks that it was because you didnt take the time to hand pick your slab... terrible customer service, and they will not refund any money.
