I couldnt have asked for a better experience.Beginning with the first hearing test Ive had in decades, to setting up the hearing aid and answering all my questions she is patient and full of helpful hints. She even downloaded an app on my phone to control my devices. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, kind understanding audiologist, youve come to the right place.

Maria and her staff are the BEST! So thorough, kind and understanding when you cant hear well. There hearing aids are top notch and the service that goes with them impeccable!

I cant say enough great things about Maria. She is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Getting a hearing aid is not an easy decision but Maria makes the process extremely rewarding.

Maria Vivas is great. She has a lot of knowledge about hearing disorders and is genuinely concerned about finding the best solution for her patients. She is also very pleasant and does not subject you to high pressure sales that other places will do.The office staff is always nice and appointments are easy to make. Theres no waiting; they always seem to be running on time. They also sell replacement batteries and believe it or not, they beat CVS for price!I have to say one bad thing about them - they are down the street from Dairy Queen so the more I visit Maria at Milford Audiology, the more I also visit DQ. Not always a healthy choice :0(

Worst place ever. Had a hearing test and was informed they have to have a doctor verify the results. Waited a week and called back to see if there was an update. No record of me on file and can not locate the file. Even at office visit, no discussion of hearing aids or any information just a test then send you out the door. Would not recommend this office to anyone.
