I have been going here for about 3 years and I am very thankful for my experience here. The ladies have been nothing but professional, attentive, and provided me with excellent service. Whitney usually does my lashes, but I have had my lashes done by Kim and Penny as well. I have never left the salon unhappy.They truly care about their clients and are always giving me friendly tips on how to upkeep my lashes. i also love that everywhere I go I get compliments on my lashes.Their lashes are not the only reason I keep coming back. They also do a numerous of other services that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Penny is amazing! I waited after my first couple fills to leave this review although I should have just left it the next day because I could tell right away that I’d found my forever lash spot! I had had a bad experience at a different brow place and Penny filled me up right! She was thorough and I could tell she actually got all of my lashes. She explained best practices while at home and they have this amazing Fresh Start wash that is specifically for your lashes and it works. They have you wash your lashes when you get there. Penny is friendly and funny and efficient! Thank you London Brows!

To start, the lovely lady that did my eyelashes was amazing. She along with the two other girls in the salon were funny and kind! But I’m giving this two stars due to the quality. I got my lashes done on the 6th. And now I have half if not less of my lashes on the 8th, the morning of the 8th as well. I noticed tons of fall out on just the first day too, and one eye was less full than the other. I’ve been getting my lashes done for roughly a year and a half now, and had to stop seeing my previous lash lady due to both of us having busy schedules! and after a few months of having them off i missed them dearly. So i decided to give london lash and brow in maltby a try and was less than impressed. I know the routine of lash cycles and all but i’ve never had this much fall out in just one to two days! I take this responsibility partially on me for not doing enough research, and from the judge of their response to poor reviews, and how snarky they were that should have been a tell tale sign. I will be taking my business else where. Thank you.

You know youre in the right place when your technician asks if you want to listen to a murder podcast. 10/10 will go again. Also, Whitney did great on the lashes!

Kim and Whitney are amazing! I had a very bad experience with my last lash fill at a different place - Whitney worked a miracle and made my lashes beautiful again! I definitely have found my new and forever place for my beauty needs! I highly recommend them!

This review comes late due to a super busy schedule, but seriously Kim is the BEST! Not only did she do an amazing job for me she is the kindest person. She really takes the time to focus on you and making sure your brows are as perfect and natural looking as possible. I am beyond happy with the results.I also tried the Lash lift service and after, couple of my friends were asking me if I had extensions. I gave them the nope, all natural answer,Thats how good the service worked. Kim said it would last up to a month, its been two and my eyelashes still look very good.I highly recommend to all.(Oh, and her studio, so elegant, and always so clean.)

I got my eyebrows micro blades here and I LOVE them, I feel so much more confident! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, just over all a great experience and I will definitely be going back! Kim was just amazing and spent a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my eyebrows!

London Brows is such a great place and I highly recommend! Just be careful, because you will become addicted to such high quality lashes. The ladies are professional and fun, keeping you entertained while you have to lay down for a bit-its never boring in the space. I usually had Whitney as a lash artist (as well as Penny) and I recommend the two of them especially.I took a little lash break because of a possible allergic reaction and they were really helpful about the situation, ensuring that I knew what to do and encouraging me to take care of my eyes first, which I appreciated. Ive never received as many compliments as I did during the time I was going regularly--just go, you wont be disappointed!

Had an eminence facial with Gabby today and it was awesome! No pressure for purchasing products (though I did buy a couple) and Gabby was sweet and detail oriented. Will be back!

Absolutely love my lashes!Penny did a fantastic job on my Classic Lash Set! Previously having lash extensions, I was concerned they would feel heavy for daily wear but that’s not the case at all. The lashes are light and are the exact length and style I was hoping for.The salon was incredibly clean and so beautiful. The staff are so fun and all are very knowledgeable, giving information to clients to help achieve great lashes.I will definitely be referring friends to them and I can’t wait to try other services in the future!

I’ve been going to see Kim and her girls for years, and still continue to drive to Mill Creek from Bellingham every two weeks for their wonderful services! I have gone to several other “lash artists” in the past, and yet have every time experienced anything but—no one holds a candle to Kim and her girls. They offer a myriad of different styles, colors, and shapes of lashes to fit every individual eye—no more of those carbon-copied, thick, twisted black lashes everybody seems to get from other places. I get the most rentention from my lashes as well, and NEVER have an extension fall out without a natural lash attached meaning it has shed organically. I simply cannot sing enough praise for this salon and the artists working there—worth every penny!

This was my first time getting false lashes. I chose London Brows & Lashes because of their good reviews and fair prices. I enjoyed the friendly banter amongst the estheticians. Whitney was fantastic. I had a great experience, am in love with my new lashes and will definitely be back.

Absolutely an incredible and relaxing atmosphere! Kim loves what she does as an Esthetician and she wears that pride with passion. This was my first visit and this is definitely not going to be my last. Being in Kims presence, you get this natural and genuine vibe about her. Shes upfront and honest and only wants the best for you. I came into her immaculate home just for lashes, and now shes going to be working with my back acne that I have been struggling with since I hit puberty and more! Some people will say, Well it was the first visit, of course shes going to offer things and be nice to get you to come back. NO! Kims not here to just take your money, shes that passionate about her business, her hard work pays her off. How I know this, because she does beauty work for woman who have cancer for free! Its definitely not about your money, its the feeling she gets when you walk out of her door feeling satisfied with who you are no matter your flaws! This place is amazing ! I always look forward to my lash appointment every 2 weeks I have been coming here for about two years now and never had a problem. I have never had to take my lashes off and they look fuller and healthier then ever before. Everyone is so nice and my lashes always look amazing. Doesnt matter who you see all girls are the best. Their work is amazing and I would never go anywhere else. I am so lucky to have found this place!

Love the team here! Kim initially was my lash extraordinaire, but have since seen Whitney, Rai and Namir - all exceptional. Love my lashes! I got the classic lash because I don’t wear makeup besides mascara and I was tired of buying it all the time, RAI IS AWESOME! Super nice and funny. Have been going for three months and I’ll never leave!

I had such a great experience and will continue to come here! I have had lash extensions in the past elsewhere and remember them feeling heavy and scratchy. I assumed it was me having a reaction to the glue (very typical for me) and hadnt considered getting them again. I decided to try again since I will be traveling a lot in the next few months and I am so glad I did. I cant even tell I have them on, they are SO comfortable. I couldnt be more happy with them!!

I originally booked an appointment for eyebrow extensions, however when I went in Kim told me she tries to keep the brows as natural as possible and hates to make people pay for something so temporary. So instead we did a wax and tint, and my eyebrows turned out lovely! I am even thinking about going in for eyelash extensions just because they have so many pictures of their cocktail lash extensions on Instagram and they are just too beautiful to pass up and I know they will do an amazing job!

Love Love Love this salon. I have been going here since I was 15 (Im 20 now). Kim is like a mother to me and cares so much about her clients. I have had my lashes done by Kim, Penny, Rai, Namir, and Whitney and have always been so happy with the outcome. I am constantly stopped and asked where I get my lashes done. Kim runs an amazing salon and her employees are trained incredibly well and do amazing work. Not only do I love the lashes, but her fresh start lash cleanser and lash serum is better than anything else out there. No other place I would ever let my friends go than London Brows & Lashes.

I’ve been wanting to take a scalp micropigmentation class for four years and then I found my opportunity right here in London Brows with Kim. Both Kim and Alec are fantastic instructors. I haven’t taken a class this good in a long time.Most classes don’t care and don’t have content, they only want your money and they teach you nothing. Alec and Kim, they are true, they really care and you don’t walk away feeling foolish.I had a really good time and I am so happyUpdate: I love my ecuri machine, it runs like a dream. I have been meaning to write this review for some time now.I am a six-month, diehard client of London Brows. Owner, Kim Filion is my guardian angel for brow tattoo removal and lash extensions. The vibe at London Brows is calm, professional, friendly, and all around really lovely. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by the technicians by name—even though I am not their direct client.I originally came to Kim for micro blading to fix multiple brow tattoo mistakes from other salons. During my appointment she and her daughter, Whitney (also a technician) carefully consulted and sketched out my new look. We ultimately came to the conclusion that I would need to remove the damage that had been done in order to start fresh and have the brows of my dreams. While I was there, I noticed one of their other technician’s lashes and just had to have them! Kim accommodated me on-the-spot and gave me the most beautiful set of custom lash extensions I have ever seen.My tattoo removal journeys still continues but in the meantime, Kim has found creative ways to keep me and my brows happy. She introduced me to a lash serum that she carries and I now I have nearly twice as many brow hairs (and lashes)! She is introducing me to henna at my next appointment and I can’t wait to see how my brows turn out. She is a true artist!Regarding lashes, I am hands down her most high-maintenance customer. I have extremely sensitive skin and an allergy to lash adhesive but alas, I am lash-obsessed and I just have to have them! Kim has taken personal care of me before, during, and after each appointment to be as gentle and safe as possible with my eyes. She goes out of her way to text me and check in on me after every appointment and constantly thinks of new ways to keep me from having a reaction to the adhesive. She customizes my lash fans and adjusts the style of my lashes to fit my ever changing Pinterest inspirational asks. No matter the look that she gives me, I always walk away with fluttery, customized lashes that line my lids in the most gorgeous way. I am also always surprised at how natural they look and feel with the perfect amount of added thickness and length.I love Kim’s fiery South African personality and the banter with her staff. I always leave my appointments feeling lifted and energized from all the stories and laughs. I will never go anywhere else for my lash and brow needs. I am a lifer!

Unfortunately I am having to give this place a one star because the lady who sold me my supplies was distasteful. Trash talking another professional to a client is extremely rude!! Especially if youre trying to sell your own eyelash class, by trash talking another professional. I wont be back for supplies in fear of being slandered myself.

I have been getting my eyelashes done by Penny. To this day, I cant imagine anyone doing a better job than her (and I have been to a few eyelash artists throughout Seattle, Bellevue, and Marysville). She has given me nothing but flawless, gorgeous eyelashes in which I receive compliments daily from strangers complimenting her work.In the past, I have decided to take a break from lash extensions and was mortified to realize that after the removal process that I would also lose my natural lashes… not with Penny at London Brows. Out of all the other lash artists I have seen, she is the only artist that was able to keep my real lashes healthy and just as good as they were before, if not better. No patches missing or anything =)Also, the lashes they use, are sooooo light and fluffy! Which give you such a pretty and wispy look whether you go for the classic or volume sets, she can customize to the look you want. In the past with other salons, for the first few days my lashes would look amazing but always felt super heavy for my eyes and would sometimes poke my eyes. Not with London Brow lashes, you can barely feel anything on your eyelashes, they literally feel like your own! :)Also, I just want to add...as a germ freak, I am very picky when it comes to sanitation. The salon is always really clean and relaxing. I have never got an infection from my eyelash extensions or felt unwelcome. Kim & Whitney are also amazing too.My experience has always been great since the beginning, the girls at London Brows are always very responsive, and genuinely fun to be around. My initial appointment was better than what I have ever experienced from other salons, which was really nice and refreshing.
