Long time t-mobile customer and will continue to be so in part because of the amazing experience we had today at the Mill Creek working with Briana. Great customer service as we upgraded our iPhone 8’s to 12s. Not only was she a pleasure to work with but the upgrade process is pretty flawless
We stopped by to replace my husband’s phone, and we ended up leaving with *two* new phones after our our salesperson told us about a BOGO deal we could take advantage of for only a bit more per month. Everyone there went above and beyond to help us, and we walked away happy with our purchases and the service! “Bob Ross shirt guy” and his husband are very happy customers!
Great customer service even though we had alot of questions and changed from iPhone to Android. They were very patient with is and took their time to explain everything so we could understand and make the best decision.
New management at this location. They walked me through new phone setup, which was an easy process with their assistance. This is one of the few Tmobile locations I like to visit.
I called about a phone problem. I arrived at store there were three employees working. I explained about my phone problems. So two people that were serving stated that my phone was broken, the other said that my phone was outdated and they both said that I needed to purchase a new phone!! Neither person didnt even handled nor touched my phone, they just said that I needed a new phone!! I said that I am used to having technical support and getting my phone adjusted....they said that they dont fix phones or adjust them anymore. SO, THE MANAGER had gotten free from being busy and assisted me with my phone. And in 10 seconds made the adjustment on my phone.....too bad she is leaving in two weeks because service will only happen if you need a new phone....I wont stop there again!!!
Only if I could give a 0 star! They opened an account without my consent and they forgot to cancel it. Went to the store couple times, called the customer care number maybe 10 times to cancel out the account later on when I received the bill for it. After all these today I received a phone call from debt collector that there’s a balance of $395!! Absolutely horrible experience. I still don’t know how long this drama will go on with t-mobile and debt collector. Right now I am with the call with t-mobile for the last one and half hour and so far none of them know what to do.
If there was 0 rating I would have given that … Worst store to go for opening/joining t-mobile network. Had a bad customer experience with the store manager( thats what the person said). I was rushed into buying their magenta max plan and I was given all misleading information . Had to pay huge activation fee which was not disclosed till the end (if it was disclosed before I would have never opened account there go with online instead) and I was forced to pay the hefty fee there and was not given a chance or other options . Later the person claimed that they have disclosed about activation fee and tried to convince me that I dint listen to cover the drama .. It is not smartness to sell a product in forced manner .. the smartness is defined by the way you sell a product. Very rude to customers. Very unprofessional service by the manager of a store you can imagine the level of service here .. later I had to clean up the mess that this store made by calling customer service and changing the plans ..
I bought 3 phones here 2 years ago and everything was good until today when I came back. I had had a bad customer service on Bothell store, so I went to this store instead and see if there would be a difference. The girl who helped me was unprofessional. She rushed me to buy phones, did not ask me if I wanted insurance, and asked me why I asked questions. I am a customer and I believe I can ask you questions about products, as much as I need to know. She ignored me and tried to finish things to move to the next customer. Very unprofessional and mean.
When I needed to upgrade Antonio was very helpful. Not only did he know the product but he also helped me find the right phone for my needs. His customer service was spectacular and he knows the product! Thanks Antonio! T-mobile really has a dimond in the rough.
The people working over there have no knowledge about the store and they treat the customers so badly I asked 2 questions about my bill and the guy said everything is on the paper but I said can u explain how the bill is showing higher then the month before and they said common bro you should check yourself. I talked with them so calmly and respectfully but anyway.Crazy and unprofessional services they provide and have ego problem too.
A little disappointed how I wasnt able to get my phone due to no manager to push the exchange. There should always be a manager on site. Now Im still without a real phone to use and scared if my faulty phone would act up when I get my stuff transfered to new phone tomorrow when Im asked to return when manager is on site. This is very inconvenient to me. I should have chosen a different store to handle this exchange.
They were so helpful very joyful and our problem have been solved! ;)
It happens... sometimes you just get a bad phone. I went into the store and was greeted by Fernando. Super great young man, very helpful, and really wanted to ensure my issues were resolved. Giovanna, the Store Manager, was involved too; she was also super eager to ensure that my situation was resolved with as little inconvenience as possible. This was a bit of a fluke as this particular phone had some issues from the manufacturer.I had my new phone (replacement) in 1 day! Wow right! 1 day! Awesome. Hey, they did great with a bad situation. Great customer service and replaced my faulty phone in 1 day. Great experience considering the situation.Special thanks to Fernando, Giovanna, and Abby!!
Breana was very helpful.
Awesome T-Mobile! Giovanna the Manager is so helpful and cool. I recently switched to the iPhone 11 and it was so easy and pretty quick for switching all my info and pics. Miranda and John were a awesome help as well! Defiantly recommend this place with all your T-Mobile needs. Will be coming back here for sure. Thanks guys!!
Helpful, attentive, and courteous. Very patient with us!
Went in today after a very frustrating encounter with a cell competitor of T-Mobile. At T-Mobile, Elliot and the manager (nice lady, forgot her name) were awesome! Super helpful and saved me money. Thanks again.
Fantastic service and so helpful! Giovanna went out of her way to help with my issue transferring whatsapp phone contacts to a new phone and was very informative on other sim card topics I had.
Looks like not interested to explain offers or options to new customers. Feels me like lazy person.
The manager G and John were extremely patient and helpful as I purchased the new Samsung S20 5G. I always go to this location because they are attentive, professional, and welcoming. Integrity in business means everything, and they have it!
John at Mill Creek T-Mobile was very kind, knowledgeable, & helpful. I would recommend Mill Creek T-Mobile to anyone looking for any of T- Mobiles products. I am so thankful I came in today & received the service I did.
Great guys! See Danny and Giovanna whenever you need help, you will never be dissapointed!
My fiancé and I went in the other day to get me a new phone and I cannot express how great the customer service was! The staff was friendly and made the process simple and fast. They suggested accessories for our devices and we both are very satisfied. This store has us as life long customers!
I put zero stars if possible. They signed me up for the cheapest plan but neglected to say it was a tourist plan good for 21 days then dead! Not possible to refill and keep number without waiting 3 day to find out if I can keep the number. Just gave everyone the new number. Now I gotta get a phone though a different carrier. So stupid. Why would the a stupid plan like that anyway. Everyone has a phone when they travel. Makes no sense
I only gave it a 2 cause usually when ppl walk in they are treated to a hello but iduno why Giovanna must had a hard weekend I was looking for a new iPhone she wasnt really looking to sell one Ii guess today i asked her for the specials she wasnt very knowledgeable I left thinking where is the nearest apple store.
I want to recognize a few outstanding experts at this location : Manager: Giovanna, Miranda, John, Fernando, Danny!!
Best service ever!!! Danny was a major big help!!, I will definitely come back here!!!👌
Very happy with our experience with Antonia our sales representative. She was so friendly and got us all set with our new phones and service. Weve been back several times with questions, etc. and shes been great each time. The whole staff seemed very friendly.
Go see Maurice he was a great help to me very patient, honestly everyone in there was great. I definitely will be going back....
First, let me say that T-Mobile is fantastic. This store? Not so much. The rep was very friendly, but played too many sales sleight of hands:Phone cases are included in the price you pay. What if I dont want that, can I get anything back?Yes. $2/mo.Dude thats $96 over the next two years! Ill pass. Not only that, but when adding a line the rep erroneously added $10/mo. to the new line for HD video that he knew wasnt going to be used, then didnt put in the $10 per line kickbacks that we discussed. Thats $40/mo., or almost $500/year! Really?Thankfully Hunter in their T-Mobiles Bellingham customer support center hooked me up and took care of it all. While Ill be sticking with T-Mobile like I have for the past 10+ years, I wont be heading back to this store...
I dont know if its Tmobile in general, or just this store, but the service I received here was terrible. Been coming to this store for about 3 years, and have never experienced such terrible service until recently. My brother had a phone that had been on the fritz and he switched it 4 times over the course of a year, and when we brought it in, the representative (some young guy with overly-gelled hair) told us that if we switched to Jump! On Demand that we would only be charged with the new device price, and that the previous lease would be terminated. 3 months later, I discovered that we were still being charged for the previous device. Called the store, and a rep (I think his name was Dimitri) completely dismissed me and told me to call Customer Care. Long story short, these reps dont seem to know what the lease contract actually states, and tells customers what they want to hear, then add a million hidden fees.
I originally went in to join my boyfriends plan about 7 months ago. The reps are fantastic, very helpful and cheerful. When I asked if t-mobile would pay off my Verizon phone to switch they said thats true, and all I had to do was send t-mobile a copy of my Verizon phone bill. I accepted this, and happily bought a NEW Note 5 and several other accessories. A month later I submitted my Verizon bill (a little over $600 I paid off out of my own pocket) and t-mobile finally sent me a giftcard that was supposed to equate to the amount I paid off... but it was only for $150. T-Mobile ripped me off, and the representatives lied to my face, sold me a phone and put me out of $500. I was infuriated and sobbed over the loss, but came to accept that life happens and maybe I should have paid more attention. Then TODAY, I was reviewing my bill to see i was paying for JUMP. No problem, Im just going to do some research on what that is. I find out that as soon as 50% of my phone was paid off, t-mobile would cover the last 50% so I could upgrade early. I really liked the idea, and would have planned to upgrade my phone in the next 2 weeks. I looked online at upgrades, just to see my phone is listed as a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED? Not only was I lied to about my phone bill, but they sold me a USED phone at retail price, ballpark $700. If I wanted a used phone I would have bought one on Amazon for $150. T-Mobile had let me down, and made no effort to right their wrongs.
I ordered a hot spot for traveling. I was told it would be there Friday it got there the following Tuesday I was out of town by then. That was 3 weeks ago still no credit yet. Dont deal with a third party vendor..
Great service and decent phone selection. The staff are knowledgeable. They seem to more concerned with making your phone sale and service enjoyable than they are with making the sale which is really nice.
This store is filled with great employees that have helped me out a ton when I needed some fixing!
Brooklyn helped me today do a trade in for my phone. She was very kind. I felt a little frustrated though because it was busy in the sense everyone had a customer to handle and maybe one person was waiting, so long story short she whines me through the process and we are waiting to transfer everything to my new phone but the whole time she helped me she’d run off and do other things or help with other employees customers. When everything was finished she sent me in my way. One problem, she did transfer the sim to my new phone so I left with a useless phone. Could not text or call and it will not recognize my gmail account. Now I’ve had to call customer service for the easy fix but that’s through my gmail email that I cannot access and seems to be deleted. I’ve tried to read it and google will not recognize me. What a headache!
High quality service, very friendly and professional staff with careful attention to your questions and problems. I appreciate this T-mobile office and give them five stars!
Great staff! One of the best store we have been to. Look for Jerry! Hes the best.
Everytime i go to this store theirs an issue!!!! It drives me crazy bunch of morons, maybe i just work with the idiots when i got there....hope it gets better. If they can sell you something best service ever...all about the sells with there guys
Great staff
Staff is very well educated in the wireless industry great experiences here.
My husband went through a frustrating situation recently where his phone continuously would restart all the time...like, when he was on the phone or emailing or anything. It was very frustrating. Over the course of a month or so Tmobile replaced his phone 3 or 4 times, each time with the same problem happening. The last time my husband took his phone to the new Tmobile store at Seattle Hill Road and 132nd in Mill Creek, WA because its so much closer to our house, not knowing that this newly opened store (it had been open about one week or so) was a 3rd party affiliates store. Ive since learned that these affiliate stores are not corporate stores and have a history of screwing people over. The person helping him took the phone and said it would be shipped back for us. They did not provide a tracking number and my husband assumed it would be taken care of . Well, the phone never got shipped, theres no record of the transaction and we got a notice saying we are being charged for the phone since it was never returned. My husband has gone to the store, spoken with the manager, spoken with corporate, and everything else we could think of. The last conversation he had was with someone from corporate and, after he repeated the situation for the nth time, she told him the charges would be removed. The conversation was recorded and Im positive can be retrieved and listened to. However, I received a message a day or so later saying the situation was looked into and since theres no record of the phone being returned we will have to pay the almost $800.I am frustrated, upset, feel betrayed, and feel like Ive been robbed. Not only are we being charged for a phone we dont have, the store that took the phone and said they would return it appears to have at least one person who is most likely a liar and a crook. I dont mean to use such harsh words but its truly how I feel. This has been very stressful for us and I just want some resolution as we are honest people and have been loyal Tmobile customers. After this experience we are likely to switch companies because this has just been aggregious and insulting.
Good service. Didnt have to wait long to get helped!
The sales people at this location were extremely helpful when I was setting up my account.
Mill Creek store has been TERRIBLE everytime Ive been there. Any other store has been very helpful and knowlegable. Where do they find these people!!!!! ERRRR
I have been there twice: once, to replace a lost sim card. they did this immediately and without a charge. today I had Miguel move my Google Project Fi number to an existing T-Mobile family plan. He did that in 10 mins, waived any extra sim card charges and... cleaned my phone for me! That guy is the best!
Shout out to the 3 great guys at the TMobile store on 164th in Mill Creek, Jerry, Matt and Michio.Small store but huge service. Made my switch from another carrier to TMobile today and these guys were super helpful. Went out of their way to take care of things, very friendly and great customer service.
I needed a new sim card for an old phone my mom no longer used. Went I went in, there was an employee, Leadro or Leandro. There was another customer waiting in line, so Leadro helped him first, no problem. This guy he was helping needed the exact same thing as I did, a new sim card. I felt bad for Leadro at first, because he was getting chewed out by the guy when he told him the kit was $15. When it was my turn, and I told Leadro what I needed, he angrily said ITS GOING TO BE $15... I suppose I could understand Leadros reaction; he was treated unfairly for pricing that was not under his control and was victim to an angry customer. I had no problem paying $15 for the kit. I knew it was $15 going into the store. At first, I was understanding and felt bad for Leadro. However, throughout our entire transaction, his angry demeanor did not fade. When he was handing me change, he just tossed the dollar bills on the counter, and as I took the bills to put in my wallet, he held out his hands waiting for me to take the coin change, with an annoyed look on his face that he had to hold out his hand for so long (like 5 seconds). It definitely seemed he would be taking his anger out on everybody else that day.Leadro, Im sorry how you were treated by the customer before me. However, you should be mature enough to let things go quickly, especially in the workplace. Dont hold on to and give into anger like that, because it doesnt just affect you. It also affects the people you come into contact with.
Great store and great customer service. The sales reps here will help you with any problem you have no matter what your level of technologie is.
Friendly and helpful
Nice folks. Answered all of my questions.
Easy to find location and good customer service.
Went to Mill Creek store today, and couldnt get help with sim card. I went to canyon park store and they helped me out in 10 minutes.
