Went in for an online order and upon arriving to pick up for my business account the lady was kinda rude and was like well you should of brought verification or photo ID. I Said well it doesn’t show my name I I have the email versification I’ll show. Then she rolled her eyes and gave it to me. Then I had some dust off cans and they were heavy and I was like I can I get a bag for an ONLINE ORDER( should already be bagged) she then says it’s$0.08 I said okay well I don’t have change I looked in my pockets and wallet. Look I under the charge but it’s an online order. Doesn’t say anything in line about be ready or pay for a bag. I was like could you help me out this once. She then ignored me and helped out another customer. I was shocked. It happen today this morning. I except a reply I’m the manger of the T-Mobile store across the street this needs to be taken care of right away. Thank you.

Best place to get your print jobs done.Very fine prints, paper and inexpensive. Highly recommended.Stationary and electronic products are have a lot of varieties available. You can find some really neat and niche products for your work and study here.

I brought in 15 posters to be laminated for my little cousin since her cat is missing. The worker at the printing station helped me figure out what laminate to use and allowed me to leave so my cousin could pick them up when done and I could return to work. They included 25 extra laminated posters as well as an enlarged copy laminated for her to post around her area. Super happy with the service and appreciate them being so kind as it is rare in this world today.

Got excellent service at this location on 2/20/21. Had an exchange to do and Brian helped us out to our vehicle he was very nice and helpful and the store manager gets two thumbs up as well. 🙂Will be shopping at this store from now on. I had to write off the Lynnwood location.

I typically dont take the time to leave reviews. I feel like, generally, people do their best at what they are doing. That said, I do feel that there is a minimal standard of professionalism, especially in customer service. Im taking the time to submit this review because I think its important to bring to attention issues that can and need to be addressed.During a visit to this location, I found an employee to be rude and condescending to another customer as I stood nearby. I attempted to engage in the conversation but found myself even more uncomfortable as I fully realized just how unprofessionally the situation was being handled. His demeanor towards the customer was to a degree that surpassed just having a bad day. I would suggest either the management at this location do additional customer-service training, or I would suggest choosing another location to shop at. I believe his name-tag said Reuben. (sp?) I certainly hope he isnt a reflection of the entire staff.

This was my first time going to staples and I had amazing experience! I came in to print my wedding invitations and Tyler provided a great customer service! He explained to me how to get my invitations uploaded to the website and also he did a great job with cutting them perfectly! Also his boss assisted me when I came in to pick them up! She gave me the best deal! I recommend Staples in Mill Creek to everyone! I love the friendly environment they have!

Do not go to this location, store sales man sold me broken HP 32 inch monitor ... When i was very adamant about the screen size, and how its cheaper for me to buy new monitor than to have two LG 32 inch shipped from Georgia, its missing VGA wire. I bought this monitor on 08/19/2020.

For a big chain store the staff were very friendly and made it seem like we were in small local Mom & Pop store.The store was Clean and has a decint selection. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. I really appreciate that they admit when they didnt know something.They were amazingly tolerance of little children being children and playing around.

Purchased a laptop computer and other supplies here recently. Knowledgeable and understood my needs. Ive been here several times in the past and never had any problems.

My PS2 keyboard needed a good cleaning and I was feeling nostalgic for the 90s so I went to Staples looking for a mini vacuum. Like Indiana Jones I searched through the abandoned asiles. Brushing away the cobwebs from my path and stepping over dusty parchments littering the floor I came upon an pale old man. He informend me that I was the first to make the quest successfully. He said many had tried but none had succeeded.Neat I replied. Got a mini vacuum for my keyboard?Yes but not in-store - on-line only.Annoyed I turned and walked towards the door. Sans mini vacuum.Staples, why do you exist?

Great store a alternative for Office Depot

Walked through literally aisle trying to get assistance for a basic office supply that they apparently dont stock at this location. 15 minutes of doing this, one associate approaches, says oh yeah, we just moved them, Ill be right back and immediately goes back to stocking freight. Unless youre going to the Print Center, dont waste your time with this location!To keep in mind: Ive worked in retail for 6, almost 7 years. I have worked at an office supply chain in the past

Ordered business cards on Monday. They were supposed to be ready the following day. I heard nothing. I called on Wednesday and they promised theyd be done that evening. As I was driving there to pick them up I got a call from them that they messed up and have to reprint and cut them so they wont be ready... I need them by tonight (Thursday) at the latest for an event this weekend. Have not heard from them today. Better be because theyre so busy reprinting and cutting my business cards again so theyll be ready when I show up to get them in the next hour!

Its just a office supply store. Service is passable; they wont take a return with out receipt. Not the best place for large purchased. Computers, paper products, pens and pencils, school supplies etc.

I was really pleased with the print jobs I have had done here.

I ended up leaving after the sales manager treated me and other associates very poorly. I was sad to go, but sometimes you have to stand up for yourself. I hope things will change for future associates.
