I went to put money on my bus car. Orcacard. QFC and Lynnwood Park and Ride are two places where you can add money to your Orcacard! FYI!!!

Theres a guy who works here, Roy, and he is THE BEST! My husband and I couldnt find something that Roy thought they were out of. This man went and found the last of what we wanted and came and found us! We are new to the area, and will be shopping here a lot more because of Roys awesome customer service.

Part of Kroger ownership. Solid grocery store with mid range brands. Some high end foods too. Great sales. I used the carpet cleaner here and it was easy, inexpensive and worked well. Nice guy helped load/unload. Pet spray pretreat and pet shampoo worked like a champ on old carpet that had fallen victim to old dog.

How difficult is it to bag and give me everything that I paid for? Apparently it’s extremely challenging.

This review is purely to share a decent respectful interaction I witnessed and commend the store manager, Mark. I don’t shop here much. I just happened to have my car alignment done at the Firestone nearby and decided to sit with a sandwich and coffee at this QFC as I waited. A very obviously sick and needy gentleman was sitting at the outside courtyard. I have no doubt many people complained about his presence. Within 10 minutes the manager came out and checked on him. With cordial and utmost respect, he addressed the man questioning if he had help, a ride, needed an ambulance, etc. Rather than sharing what I would imagine numerous complaints, he said “there’s a lot of people concerned for you” and once he confirmed the gentleman had a place to go, he said, “ I hope you feel better.” It was refreshing to see how decently he treated someone who could have otherwise been dismissed as a nuisance. Then on top of that, he himself and an associate came out and helped clean the area where the man was ill after he left. I’m sitting here writing this as I witness this act of service, respect, and leadership. Well done, Mark (and Andrea), your act of kindness did not go unnoticed. I’m a future customer now.

Always find great stuff and can get questions answered by any one of the terrific staff members. Check out is always pretty speedy and the cashier is usually sweet and chatty.

Very convenient location, This little town center got a really nice remodel about five years ago. Parking is claustrophobic too many businesses for the small little place.

0 customer service. I ask for help on the alcohol department, and the person who helped me was rude and unprofessional. And she ignored me and left.

Disgusting store!!! First and only time there. Its dirty and the employees are very rude. Why is this place still in business. I will not go back. There are so many better options.

The store was super dirt the staff was super rude. I have a medical condition and they basicly told me tobad you dont need to shop here. They are not following ADA guild lines the are violation many laws and it was super dirty in there. Its amazing there still in business.

Last night I watched one of the checkers standing at his station with his mask down around his neck, wiping his wet snotty nose with his bare hands before pulling his mask back up and continuing on with his shift, with no attempt to wash or even sanitize. Behavior like this from checkers seems to be a constant at every QFC I go to; I had hoped this one was an exception because it seemed cleaner than other stores, but nope.

Self checkout ladies are always glaring or seem to be in awful mood. Really wanted to say Its rude to stare. This is everytime I come in. Great discounts but rather not deal with the awkward, rude eyes on me.

Every time we go we have a good experience here. We get all the items here and the staffs are always so welcoming.

I used to go to this pharmacy because the pharmacist would take his time and explain things. I do not recommend this pharmacy any longer. The pharmacist tried to not refill a prescription and treated me as if I was abusing, which is so absurd. Not the most helpful. Why go to a pharmacy if they cannot do their job and instead leave you feeling bad.

Confusing to see items in cart. The number that it says are in the cart and the number of items it shows in the cart don’t match.

I walked a couple miles to this location with my 2 year old to pick up some groceries. I thought I remembered that we could get a free cookie from the bakery from when I was a kid. I asked Anna behind the counter if QFC still offerS this and she was just so nice. We talked about what a good memory this makes for kids. A simple cookie made my shopping experience with my 2 year old enjoyable. So thank you Anna, you made our day!

Used to be a great store. Was one of the only 24 hour stores near my house and since I get off work at 130am, only place to get groceries. Suddenly it closes at one now and their is no sign and the website still says 24 hours. I stood out side the door trying to get the attention of 2 of the employees who were just were standing on their phones and flirting and ignoring me and a few other customers standing outside instead of saying something. Their was no note on the door saying the store would be closed or anything like their had been in the past. My child now has no breakfast or lunch due to the store not saying anything. I will be complaining to corporate.

Apparently the store hours are a lie.Maybe a corporation of this size should update their online posting for public open hours. Or maybe figure out a way to inform the public beyond a piece of paper posted to a door. They have a GREAT beer and wine selection. You can also easily grab someone who works there and ask for advice. They do not have a wide variety of the weirdo health food I eat as a long-time vegetarian. They also lack competitive pricing for any non-food item.

Really wanted this discount on my energy drinks but couldnt find my qfc card, the lady could see me struggle at the selfcheck out line and quickly came to the rescue with a new card for me.

I do like the cashiers here, everyone is nice. I did find some rude customers though, but thats everywhere. I think that QFC has good produce, one of the best I believe in my book. I did not like that in deli the Ricotta cheese was past pull with an August date and it was the second week of September. The lunchmeat isle had a lot of past pull as well. I dont think I will be buying meat nor seafood here then either because of that, although different departments.

Well maintained store, as a shopping center in my neighborhood I frequent this store multiple times a week over the span of many years. The employees are all well trained and the majority have stayed long enough to get to know by face if not name.Sales are always abundant, stores kept very clean, and the staff are happy to order items not on the shelf if at all possible. Parking is good and surrounded by a handful of smaller shops this makes for an ideal place to do your weekly shopping for groceries or any other supermarket related options.

Great employees. Hate the new QFC discontinuing all my favorite items and brands.. Trying to hard to compete with budget brand stores. I now have to shop at multiple stores to get what I want. Also Kroger brand of baged lettuce and other leaf items dont last long. Spoils soon after opening. Fresh brand lasts twice as long. I have shopped a long time at QFC need to find a new store.

I love this QFC! The location is convenient, the employees who work there are always sweet and kind, and even though I live RIGHT NEXT to Albertsons, I make the extra 8 min drive just to go here.I also LOVE the deals and savings I get south e very visit, and their selections are always adequate for the size of their store.

The associate in self check out was AMAZING! Not only was she patiently, politely and professionally trying to explain something to a customer on the phone but when she saw me struggling with my machine she quickly came over fixed it with a smile on her face and in her voice without missing a beat with the customer on the phone. Rockstar status!

It says its open 24hrs but everytime I go at 2 or 3 AM it has a hand made sign that says Open at 6AM

Its a good example of what quality of a grocery store you can find in the NW, but Kroger can and does do a much better job with there name brand stores (Kroger) in theyre other select markets. Wished they could upgrade our stores.

Lots of great products even though its a small store. I asked them to carry Icelandic water and now they do. They listen to their customers. Nice and helpful staff.

I cant help but feel that this location either has a problem with minorities or just really bad customer service. I visited this QFC location this morning after receiving some coupons in the mail. I usually frequent Central Market or Albertsons for groceries but thought Id give this QFC location another shot. In the past I have felt that this location has a bit of an elitist vibe (both customers and staff). I was in this QFC for about 45 minutes this morning, during which time I spent time in areas with lots of staff stocking shelves or helping other customers, often only a few feet away and at no point in my time in this store was I greeted or asked if I needed help. I only encountered white employees and on two occasions, the employees actually turned and glared at me as I said excuse me and reached for a product near them. When I got home I asked my husband and neighbors if I was poorly dressed or if something looks off about me. They said no. I was wearing brand name jeans, shoes, and a Microsoft t-shirt. At one point, I spent about 5 minutes in front of the meat counter searching for an item that they did not have. There were 4 employees behind the counter chatting and nobody else in line to receive help or service regarding meat product. At no point did any of the 4 employees ask if I needed any help. When I finally went to check-out and it was my turn, the cashier gave a generic greeting in a monotone voice without even looking at me, then when she did look at me, no smile, nothing. I asked how her day was going to try and be friendly. Nothing. When it was time to pay I showed her a coupon for bacon that I had received in the mail. I asked her politely did I grab the right bacon? do you think this will work? She replied, I dont know and kept scanning items, as if offended that I would ask. At any other store, the cashier would usually reply Im not sure, but let me check and well see. When I had trouble getting my phone number correct for the QFC club thing and later discovered that the coupon for bacon did not work, she appeared frustrated with me and inpatient, even though only one person was in line behind me who had been waiting for less than 2 minutes. Ultimately, I have decided that even with coupons, I will not be returning to this store. The caucasian customers that I encountered glared at me, stood in my way and didnt want to move, etc. and the employees did the same. I will gladly pay more at Central Market to feel like a part of a community and be treated with compassion and friendliness.

I have come to appreciate this locations deli after buying hot sandwiches from several other locations in the Kirkland, Edmonds, and Redmond areas. This location makes consistently hot and good sandwiches.Every other location I have been to either makes the sandwiches incorrectly (completely wrong ingredients) or they are still cold or barely lukewarm after they are toasted.The Starbucks at this location messed up my order once and instead of offering to remake it, I ended up purchasing it again which seemed to irritate the barista who had just been friendly to me a few minutes before when I ordered the first one but then gave me serious attitude because I ordered it the second time. Would have given 5 stars if it hadnt been for that experience.

A very nice store, lots of good products with cheaper prices. Has a Starbucks you can walk right into, a lottery machine, a bakery, a seafood shop, and even a deli. Really good store.

A smaller QFC... They do carry popular items... But they do not carry the hard to find gourmet brands they carry at their larger stores.The produce section, bulk bins, etc, carry the necessities...The parking lot may be a challenge during popular hours.

The grocery store is open 24 hours, but closes their restroom at night. There is no sign explaining this, but the employees refuse to allow customers to use it. The employee I spoke with even got lippy with me for walking out without buying anything AFTER refusing to let me use the bathroom. Why would I give you my business if meeting my needs clearly isnt important to you?? My money will go elsewhere from now on.

I enjoy shopping at this high end grocery / deli. Excellent fruits and vegetables. Many items I can only find here. Full service check-out with bager person.

QFC is a great place to get groceries. Their pricing is decent and mostly I love the selection of fresh vegetables and their meat selection is quite good too.

Avoid like the plague now, horribly understaffed and you wait forever

The food here is always excellent quality (my favorites are the pastries). The facility is in a nice location with lots of other shopping and food nearby.

Staff is very personable but along with the Albertsons across the street bathrooms are absolutely disgusting even when just been cleaned. Especially for only having one toilet. Try cleaning not just the outside but the inside rim and the sink for once....

I was just here tonight and had an incredibly awkward experience. Maeleigh came over and helped us, pretty sure it was past her shift, because no one was coming to the check out counter after several bell rings. Someone is definitely in trouble.

Been shopping at one QFC or another since 1976. This store is short of space so has limited selection but the Albertsons nearby is SO BIG, I get tired just thinking of it! Update 8/12/2019: Albertsons closed for good.The people are terrific!Its pricey.Good news/bad news. Im loyal so shop there.

Im a night visitor so business as usual. Few employees out and about. Best time to shop in my option.

Love coming here at night after 10pm, the night crew is super friendly and the store P.A. system is always playing hard rock. Walking into a QFC at 11:45pm and hearing mudvayne echoing through the store makes me super happy.

No longer open 24 hours as per website. Found this out after going there twice after midnight.

This is the smallest QFC in the state, which means they have less room to offer their customers the required items that they are used to by their standard customers as the Seattle area provides.......

I have to first say I havent been to a QFC in a long time due to their prices. I did go when I saw the ad for some sale items. It is unfortunate that I went out of my way to explore this store and their sale items to find very few items that were on sale or actually in stock. Produce was very expensive and bruised. The freezers were very Frost Lane which was interesting as to if the freezers were broken or if the products inside might not be good.

This location seems to always have some deals in the meat department. They arent afraid to mark things down to move them.

This store also, tried to exchange diapers I bought from another QFC and customer service was cold, no smile and rude. They made me feel like I did something wrong, between the 2 QFC stores I could not exchange my size 3 box for a size 4. Ridiculous, not even a solution to help, just no and bye.

Frozen veggie selection is lackluster, but they have every flavor of Halo Top available! Pro-tip: use the self-checkout to avoid human interaction.

Its great for passing through... Can be missing some particular items you would find at Fred Meyer instead

Albertsons and this QFC are right across the street from each other, so yay for options! They offer the same product, the same type of selection, and the same amenities. Coupon / ad shop for the best deals and pick your poison. Theyre both great grocery stores with convenient locations. This QFC has a less convenient parking layout, if that influences you at all.

Our first visit here. We found out of date jars of stuff on the shelf some of which were 18 months out of date. We collected them all and gave them to the cashier as we left to ensure they got dumped. Poor rotation or maybe no rotation as it was on 3 different products on the same area. Thankfully we always always check the dates on any food stuffs before purchase.
