I went to the Mill Valley ATT store with a mobile account that had been butchered by 1-800 customer service. Max was an absolute all-star and patiently tackled each of the numerous problems with my account. He and his colleagues were pleasant, conversational, and willing to wade through a mess of an account to right the ship. A great job deserves an all-star review.

Max gave us great service. We felt we were in very capable hands. We would come back for sure!

AT&T customer service is absolutely terrible.The people at my local AT&T store (Luis Rodriguez) are very helpful, but good luck if you need help with something that is beyond their reach. Online help is useless, chats are worthless, it takes way too much time to get ANYONE on the phone, and most of the time you would be transferred multiple times (with long times listening to the awful tune while waiting for someone to pick up). Long story short: I spent at least 5 very frustrating hoursso far to get the billing issue sorted out, and I am still working on it. And, by the way, the issue itself was a result of AT&T screw up.

Went in there yesterday b/c I destroyed my phone and needed a new one ASAP as I use it for work. Was helped by Donny, who was very knowledgeable and personable at the same time. Got a great deal on a new phone, a better plan for less money than I was currently paying and some other great perks. All went smoothly and quickly, highly recommend this store.

Even if you have to drive a ways to get to this AT&T store, it is worth it to work with someone with so much knowledge and experience.I give this establishment a 10/10 rating.

I went in with a DEAD phone (mine) and a Dying one (my husbands). It was clearly time for new phones. The manager helped me not only replace the phones but retrieve all the info/photos/etc from my completely dead phone. He was super patient with me. It was a quick and painless experience!

Just went into AT&T to get a new iphone/upgrade and Donny & Coree couldnt have been nice/more patient/kind with their help. Not only did they explain to me calmly how my rebate would work, Donny looked into my bill and saved me $$$ every month while getting me unlimited data! Amazing! They were also super kind and helped me transfer all my stuff over to my new phone.Couldnt have gone any smoother. I will be coming here before I go back to Apple for help, no matter what. Hopefully these guys are still here.

Ive been a customer of AT&T for many years. I go to this store because the service I get here is exceptional! Dont confuse the staff or customer service here with the service/staff you get on the 800 number.These guys are patient, knowledgeable and tell you what you need to know. And, will do their best to help you with whatever you need. They always know about AT&T specials and will explain them to you. I choose to go here instead of the store in San Rafael because of the great staff here.

Ten stars or more for Donny at ATT in Strawberry. He quickly figured out that RoboKiller was the reason my iPhone 11 stopped taking messages. Donny helped delete Robokiller, and made other helpful changes to my phone and ATT account. He was kind, polite, smart and went beyond the call with suggestions and advice. And the store is nice, small, and well staffed - no line, no waiting; I was out in ten minutes with a fixed phone. Very pleased!

My husband and I were trying to purchase new phones on the ATT app from home but the app kept acting up so we decided to go to our nearest ATT store instead. Thank goodness we did. Service was prompt and friendly by Corey. He even gave us some major discounts for purchasing a few accessories for our new phones. The store was practicing Covid Safety and we felt super safe.
