I was amazed at how helpful and accommodating they are. Did an online search for an outdoor market umbrella. Explored their products and found the color and size I wanted. Called them up and they checked their inventory. I had to wait a few days, but I was able to pick it up at my local store in Mill Valley. Their pricing is competitive and I saved shipping fees. The bonus--I met the lovely helpful employee who put the canopy on the umbrella for me and we shared a friendly exchange.

Bought 2 folding armchairs in teak and mesh. They are gorgeous, beautifully styled and constructed. They are lightweight, very comfortable. You can feel the quality construction in the smoothness while folding them. I bought them for my deck but they are so gorgeous I am keeping them inside (room next to deck) and bringing out when needed. LOVE them!

I recently bought the perfect teak table, chairs, and bench for my SF deck. I had a smooth and fun shopping experience and received my new furniture only few days later. Delivery was on time, friendly, and fast. Definitively an excellent place to go for outdoor furniture and more! Couldnt be happier!

This guys are great and their furniture is of great quality. You can also buy your furniture maintenance materials from them. I am a painting contractor who does maintenance work on this type of outdoor furniture and they always have what I need to get the job done.

I have dealt with them multiple times and always had an incredible experience. The selection is very good, and their turn around time for it to be delivered is less than a week. When I bought stuff from RH it took 8 weeks to be delivered. I will keep coming back!

This is THE place to go for all your outdoor living space needs! They have an incredible selection of teak furniture, all weather wicker and even fire pits at amazing prices! I went in to buy a teak dining table for the deck and left there with that AND a deep seating sofa & 2 lounge chairs. They had a nice selection of Sunbrella cushions too (though I opted to custom order cushion covers for which they offer 100s of choices). Besides the price, which really was unbelievable, the best thing about this place is their staff. Customer Service & Delivery A+++! I’ll definitely be back.

I am 3 deliveries in, and they still havent gotten my order right. I ordered 2 lounge chairs with cushions, a table with 2 benches, 2 chairs and 3 planters.First delivery: showed up late and made me feel guilty for calling to see if they were actually coming. Didnt call the day before as they said they would. Delivered a used table and bench (instead of the new that I bought), one new bench, chairs, wrong lounge chairs, no cushions, no planters. Never contacted me about it, I wrote them an email with no response. Called them and they basically told me I was an idiot for expecting the crew to tell them theyd delivered the wrong stuff and for emailing instead of calling.Second delivery. Swapped out the lounge chairs for the correct ones but forgot the cushions. Still no delivery of the planters. No swap of the used table and bench.Third delivery. Showed up with the planters, said they didnt know anything about the cushions or the used table.Im about 2 months into the saga of attempting to get outdoor furniture from them. The quality of the actual furniture seems high but the process is so time consuming and maddening... and its not clear that Ill ever get my order completed. Avoid if you can, there are better options who will actually deliver what you buy and not make you feel bad for calling if they dont.

Tasteful outdoor furniture and winning service.

Purchased two beach chaise lounge chairs. They have an excellent selection of patio furniture with a focus on teak. Its worth the trip from the city if youre in the market. Delivery (we didnt use it) was quoted at $65.

I thought their selection was limited in type of furniture. I was looking for small rectangular tables with umbrella holes. Larger were there in many styles.My biggest reason for the 1 star review was their lack of attention. Two salesmen were both with customers but after 20 minutes of waiting neither even acknowledged my presence, despite one practically tripping over me. I would have been a really fast sell too. Another customer who showed up was also left completely on her own while I was there. Not a good sign for after-sale support.

Walked in looking at options for outdoor lounge furniture and had to look for an employee to get even worse customer service and attitude. Dont even bother going in...
