I have come to this location many times even if it’s for a simple question. I always receive the best service. I bought my phone from Marlena about a year ago and I still come in to see her frequently and she always helps me out so much. She is so patient and always makes the time for me. I locked myself out of my phone once and she even took me to apple to reset the phone. Marlena always goes above and beyond for me. Today I came in needing help to reset a password and once again she took care of it. I don’t know what I would do without her.

After many years of abysmal service from VERIZON Bridgepoint, I checked out Palo Alto & Millbraes reviews and last week purchased a SAMSUNG S21 Ultra from Marlena Sackleh. Im not easily impressed but I can tell you that this is possibly the best customer service Ive had in many a year. First, she listens, then methodically makes sure you get what you’re asking for, explaining every step along the way. No hype, no heavy sales pitch, just superior customer service and great attention to every detail. Ultra-patient problem-solving seems to be her specialty! While Marlena was focused on the customer in front of her (me), she simultaneously was not distracted by her team members’ frequent requests for momentary direction - all while acknowledging the appearance of a new customer coming through the door with a prompt “Welcome.” A seasoned multi-tasker! Marlena has restored my faith in VERIZON – and that didn’t come easily.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I remember when this location first opened. Hadn’t been in the store for a while, but I recently went in to get a new phone because mine broke. It was nice to see a familiar face when I went in. I was greeted by Marlena who I have been helped by a few times before. She was training a new hire at the time. Her and the trainee made the experience great. Marlena was patient and thorough and made sure that everything was handled accordingly. Definitely recommend this place. It is one of the nicest locations I have ever been to.

I discovered this Verizon location tonight while looking for one that was actually open and you didn’t need an appointment. I live in San Francisco, but I really needed help with my phone so I made the drive. I was greeted by Marlena who asked me what was happening with the phone and what she could to do to help. My phone was super old and not working anymore so I asked what were some options for me. She took the time to go over some promotions and to show me some phones on display. She also pulled out some phones from the back and let me check them out. Marlena really helped me decide by asking questions about what I like. She made the decision really easy because I don’t know a lot. I was so happy she got all my stuff to transfer and she spent the time to teach me everything and set up things how I liked. I came across this location when looking for a Verizon that would actually let us in without needing an appointment. My dad really needed a new phone. Really nice and clean very large location. They also follow covid guidelines which was nice to see because my dad is elderly. We were helped by Marlena who was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind and patient. My dad had an iPhone 6 that was hanging on by a thread. He never really saved any of his information and forget his passwords for everything. He was also worried he would lose his stuff on the phone. Marlena assured him that she would do everything she could to get all of his information over to a new phone and help reset his passwords. She really took the time and tried multiple ways to get everything over which was not an easy task. The phone kept glitching, but she did not give up. Marlena was able to transfer everything and also helped my dad sign in to everything and reset all his passwords. She also took the time to show my dad how to use the new iPhone which I knew nothing about because I’m an android user. We were both very pleased with the service we received by Marlena. This was the best customer service we have ever received!

Stopped by this location a couple days ago to ask some questions regarding my bill. I visited a different location a week prior because my husband recently upgraded and there was a lot of confusion with the bill and questions left unanswered. I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Marlena. I wanted to upgrade myself, but I was hesitant because of the experience my husband had. Marlena took the time to go over everything the rep at the other location did and broke down the details of the bill and promotion my husband got. She even noticed that we were on an older plan and saved us $30 just by switching the plan and setting up auto pay. I went ahead and did my upgrade with Marlena and she handled everything so professionally and thoroughly. I was extremely happy with the service I received. Today I received a call from her to follow up about my new phone. That was the cherry on top!

Johnny C. was cool. He walked me through my options and decided what was best on what I was looking for and needed. Transferring info from one phone to another took awhile and he kept the conversation flowing and made sure I understood what needed to be registered once I got home. Would buy another phone from him.

I went in because i had some questions about my verizon bill. I spoke to Nick and he was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and patient while i learned more about the plans. He was able to find a plan that fit all my needs, AND ON TOP OF THAT, be took the time to help me set up an iPad which I desperately needed since my laptop died and put it on my account with Service. He was patient with all of my questions and very professional and over all helpful with everything i needed. 10/10 need to schedule an appointment with Nick so he can give you the same personalized attention like he gave me.

This is definitely one of the best Verizon stores I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly. I usually go in to pay my bill and I have been helped by Arthur who is always really nice. My recent experience was working with the manager Marlena. My husband and I have had flip phones for the longest time. (yes I know lol) We finally decided to get with the program and get some new iPhones. I was so overwhelmed with learning how to use a new phone. Marlena was so patient with us and went over everything step by step until we felt comfortable. She left nothing undone. We originally tried ordering phones on line and that was a disaster and Marlena also helped us resolve that issue. My son came with us that day and he always sticks around when we are making big purchases because people tend to take advantage of old folks like us. I live and work in the neighborhood and I have been into this Verizon store a couple times now. Let me just say that if you’re going to go in make sure you ask for Marlena the manager. I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing my experience was with her. Usually when you go in to a cell store you expect to spend a couple hours there. I told Marlena I needed to be at work in an hour and she had me in and out in 40 minutes. She took the time to go over some options for me because I couldn’t decide what phone I wanted. I’ve always been an iPhone user and have been wanting to switch to android for a while, but I’ve been hesitant. She made the transition into an LG so easy. She even gave me a demonstration on some how to’s for the phone. I was able to get all my information transferred over as well because in the past I’ve lost pictures and contacts transferring from one phone to the next. I’m on a family plan as well and she even saved us $40 on the bill just by taking the time to look at it! Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable! Thanks Marlena!

Super big store where Hallmark used to be. Reps are not that fresh though... quite not up to date with existent promotions and giving you the vibe that theyre not working for your best interest somehow. Other than that, nice location in Millbrae alongside popular Broadway stores.
