Small Starbucks on the corner of Millburn Ave and Main Street. Parking is the major issue here. The rest is self-explanatory. All the major Starbucks coffees and eats and everyone is quite nice.

Usually have a good experience but this Starbucks was way understaffed. 2 people working for a steady stream of around 20 customers at any given time during my 35-minte wait for 2 sandwiches from my MOBILE order. Just terrible.

I ordered a pup cup here for my dogs birthday. they staff was nice and even asked if i wanted a bigger cup for her :) also ordered a matcha tea (THE BEST) if your looking for a coffee shop go here,

Waited 10 mins just for a cup of ice. Management should not have only one person working here.

Pros: it goes without saying that Starbucks is one of the top stores in terms of getting premium coffee. Even on the holidays they are open and always have a smile. With the Millburn location the staff is even friendlier than my own mother. And let me tell you something my mom is an angel. Now in regards to my sister thats a different LOL jkCons: there are not too many negatives in regards to Starbucks directly but with the Millburn location the one big issue is finding parking. Since the store is located on the towns Main Avenue its very difficult to find parking and with Millburn Zoo construction funny parking is even more difficult.

I bought 2 cups of coffee and for both of them no sugar was added and in this cold weather I had to get out of my car to get sugar BUT I like the store . They are pretty good for the most part.

I am convinced that this Starbucks will be the next superspreader location. There are consistently more than 40 people in the store.

The bathroom here astonishingly needs to be refurbished. On top of it, the bathroom is disgustingly dirty. You can tell they haven’t really cleaned that bathroom in a while. Surprising for a Starbucks! Other than that, it’s a cute little location and updated and clean looking in the main area.

This Starbucks location is the best! The employees are super friendly! I was able to score my Starbucks color changing cups here too! 😁

I have to agree with the most recent review. Took me a few visits to come to this rating because in all fairness, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking it couldve just been a bad day but I was wrong.This is the closest Starbucks to my home and unfortunately each time the employees have been very unpleasant. There is a specific employee which looks to be the manager because shes always handing out the mobile orders and dictating the employees that always has the worst attitude. I went in to pick up my order and there was no one attending the mobile orders with a big sign saying DO NOT REACH FOR ORDERS! Which I was very tempted to do since mine was just sitting there unattended. Another sign saying Straws given ONLY by request! So when she finally comes over and asks for my name, I ask for a straw and with the worse snarky look she hands me the straws. Worse thing to have to deal with especially after spending $6 for every drink I ordered. This place has huge potential and maybe I would frequent even more if I was at least greeted with some type of appreciation for over paying for coffee. Hoping for better management.

Location is best, but the employee’s attitude is worst. I just asked them about sleeves / cup holder, but their face was really annoyed and their voice to e was higher. I dont want to fight in this situation. I also feel kind of raisicm

The new supervisor Atif in the store was very nice and looked like he has been doing this for years. I also love all the pins that he had on his apron it shows how much he loves this company. He is very knowledgeable and very understanding and very good at making his drinks.

Starbucks was great. I went to the Millburn location and the man was polite, courteous, and even redid my order because I forgot to ask for almond milk. Very good experience! 👍

Head-scratching wait today: Too long of a wait... even though the order was ready a while ago.Why not just put finished mobile orders in the mobile order area near the front main door? I did get a sorry.

Agreed with a lot of the reviews here, these baristas are some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They are courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable! Any time we have come in here they have been kind and pleasant. They keep the place clean even when it is late, and make customer service their #1 priority. Super great place to get work done, with peaceful and enjoyable music, a warm ambiance, and beautiful views of the outside!

Absolutely Awful! I ordered the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate and it was terrible. I’ve had this same drink at different Starbucks before and this Starbucks in Millburn made it the worst. Excessively sweet and cup was halfway filled. Avoid!

The coffee is well-made. The baristas are pleasant and helpful. There are plenty of seats and outlets. It has a lot of light and is a great place to get work done. The only problem is the parking. It is mostly 2 hour parking nearby so if you want to work for longer than that you would have to park really far or just pay. Other than the parking issue its a great place to get work done!

My kid and mines go to place in town to hang out. Everything good except that they run out of stuff way too often. Nice seating, nice staff and option to sit outdoors in summers. Great place overall.

Worst Starbucks ever on the weekend! During the week is fine. The weekend they always take at least 20+ minutes for mobile orders. So be prepared to wait if you plan to go on the weekends. Is the employees, and not being managed properly! This happens all the time, not just to me either.

I’ve been waiting 10 minutes for 2 Frappuccino’s, the young man obviously doesn’t know what he is doing and has spent the entire time taking to two people who came in after me. Worst Starbucks experience ever.

Cozy Starbucks, wifi works well. They have a seating bar at a window with wireless charge pads or a set of tables on a raised platform to the back. Cozy and drinks are well made at this location.

Friendly store with great baristas who are very willing to make your drink and experience right. This is one of my favorite Starbucks.

Had a very positive experience in this location today. I liked how Andrew had a personal touch with a little friendly chat for every customer, so everyone felt warm and welcomed. Including myself 😊

Nice place. We didnt spend much time there as we were in a hurry but during our stay we got a good impression.Lively and busy atmosphere. Barrista was very nice. Despite the large number of people in the restaurant the service was quick and our drinks were ready fast. Place is clean and tidy. Many spots for charging phone - anothe advantage.

I went here this afternoon and experienced really good customer service. I recently hurt my back at work... so I sat down after I ordered and asked the barista to bring me my coffee because I cant stand for too long.Not only did she bring me my drink, but she did so with a smile and a hope you fell better soon type of comment. Ive been here about four times over the past few months and even though I dont like supporting corporate businesses, the employees here make it well worth while.TL;DR: The workers seem like they genuinely care. In this type of fast paced world, these small gestures mean a lot.

Usually my experiences at this Starbucks is excellent. The recurring staff is wonderful to deal with. But unfortunately, some staff members mostly new have not made it an excellent experience. I normally would not write an bad review but this has occurred an few times where I received bad customer service. I come in once an week and normally I get one of two flavors..white chocolate mocha and sometimes vanilla bean. One time I came in asking for an white chocolate mocha frap and they gave me an vanilla bean. I came back an minute later to correct the order..no apology from any of the staff any they talked really loud in the corner about me saying “I don’t know what I’m talking about”. They corrected the order since the new person screwed up...not an word to me. Not an apology for messing up the order and the fact they talked about me across the room while correcting the order was very unprofessional! Today I walked in and there were new staff..I ordered an white chocolate mocha frapp. Either the cashier or the girl who made my drink put in the label wrong..and she tried giving me an Vanilla bean frap. I told her wrong order this is vanilla bean I asked for mocha she argued with me about the order saying this was an white mocha....she then fixed the order seeming annoyed about it when they were the ones who messed up. She gave me the drink without saying an word even thought I said thanks acting like fixing the order was an nuisance of an problem! I come here usually once an week just haven’t been to this one due to work in about an month and usually staff are pleasant and have manners! But seem like the new staff or the seasonal staff here are not trained to deal with customer service! No sorry no thank you..and if people have no necessary skills to deal with the public they should not be in this type of job.The above was my original review...but I changed it and added another star because I think I talked to the manager 2 weeks later do you my experience who is usually there and is an excellent in customer service, and he apologized and made it up to me for such bad service in the past. They also differ of some of them I have heard and the new staff and recurring staff have been wonderful!

No seats available. I walked in and walked right back out. The parking in this area also stinks. Not ideal for outsiders.

Staff is great and talks to you occasionally. I will definitely say that its annoying when your ordering and the random high schoolers or middle schoolers are yelling or extremely loud. However, having my headphones in helps with that.

The place was packed yet they made out drinks quick and correct. The cashier was extremely patient.

I love the coffee and the wonderful desserts and the great hospitality of the staff.

Went there shortly after the Millburn street fair. The place had a line out the door but the service was rather quick.

I went there and every single table had garbage. They dont even bother to pick and the hot chocolate had no taste. Very unsatisfied.
