This was my first time coming to this amazing Dinner. The service was great. We had a party of eight and they seated us immediately. We got everything we asked for without any mistakes. The food was amazing. I recommend everyone to come and dine here. Our waitress Polly is the best. I love Millburn Dinner!

Terrible food, we were sick from their food.Had Matzza ball soup and a sandwich.We had bad stomach ache and we throw up 🤮We were sick for a whole day. Not recommend unless you want to feel sick
We waited 20 mins to put in our order, 40+ mins to get our food. During our 40+ min wait for our food I was not given a refill of my coffee, we were not checked on and I never got the water I asked for when I ordered my coffee. People who were seated after us got their food before us. They also sat a loud obnoxious man right next to us. They were way more attentive to obnoxious table. They had their coffee refilled many times as I sat with an empty cup. They didnt even acknowledge our table. The food was ok. I mostly go to this place for the fries. They have the good crispy ones. Um, but that is the only good thing I can say. The lamp above our table was caked in dust and out ketchup was empty. When we tried to get our check, our server felt like that was an appropriate time to finally be attentive. After being at this place for over an hour we wanted to leave! I didnt even order the dessert I was planning on getting when we walked in. We were like can we get the check? He walked away came back 5 mins later and and asked if we wanted a box with the check and more coffee and water? Um we really just wanted to leave at that point. If you cant get to the tables and provide decent service dont seat as many people or hire more people. If you dont know how to do your job you should be fired. Our table was neglected by our server and the man who did the seating. They both helped the obnoxious table, but never turned around to help us. My boyfriened ordered the monte cristo sandwitch and he was not given syrup or jam, he had to eat his sandwitch dry. I had the sloppy joe, due to our lack of service I was not given the chance to ask for extra russan. We both ate dry sandwitches. That blows my mind considering it took 40+ mins to get our food.

Haven’t had a negative experience here so far. I find the prices to be reasonable and the service to be timely. The restrooms are always clean and the staff has been great. So far this last visit I had an Olympian wrap ( comes with home fries), my favorite so far. I also had the apple cinnamon French toast and it was great. The toast was not greasy or too soft. Everything was great. Parking is also usually not a problem.
I’ve been going a lot lately. I went one Tuesday morning and the manager that day was very pleasant and nice. The server was very nice. Last time I went was Saturday night. The young lady I had was very professional and kind.

The food was pretty good but the waitress was very rude . She did not want to be there but that is not the way to treat the customers . I will never come back here . I did not feel welcomed at all and that is because the waitress was unprofessional. The guy on the register was very nice tho ! My family and I were really upset about it but we still left tip despite the service being horrible

Yum. Everything was tasty. I went rogue and ordered off menu made my own meal. They accomodated and cooked my tender romancing steak to perfection. Hot cocoa was great eggs fluffy. They also sanitize thoroughly. I will return!!!

Great place with current seats for our door dining. Not sure if any indoor was available. But the food was plentiful and very good. A few mix ups on the bill but they were quick to correct it. Next time Im in the area will definitely stop by again.
This is an old and well known diner that I used to go to often for many years a long time ago. Went this Sat, its been at least 15 years. It looks the same, but its just not. Everyone complained their food was completely tasteless. Mine was pretty awful. Matzo ball soup was completely unsalted and tasted like water. How do you put Mac& Cheese on a menu and then serve the one out of the blue box? Even kids know that one. Lost its old memory charm for me. Probably wont go back.

First of all with any burger dish or any entrays, it not proper to charge if customers want to substitute a vegetable instead of potato.Also, my boyfriend and I ordered avocados and the waitress brought us only 1 small plate of. Great NJ diner!We went with a pretty large group and got seated immediately. The waiter was so nice and patient. He made some great suggestions and got every order just right :)The food was great, we mostly got apps so we could do a family style meal. Really enjoyed everything and the portions were perfect.Great spot to stop after a long hike on the nearby fairy trail :)

It was really tasty food, comfort food. The place was clean and festive with nice holiday decorations. It is a good balance between classic diner and modern restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the food is prepared quickly. They accommodated our group of 6 in a few minutes even during the Sunday lunch rush. My food was delicious and I think everyone at the table was satisfied with their meals. They have all the must-have diner dishes, but they also have creative options and healthy options too. The waitress was kind and happy to answer questions. She didnt make us feel rushed even though it was busy. She forgot to bring us our bill for a bit, but we didnt mind. You pay up front at the register where you can be tempted with really good-looking cakes and desserts.

The desserts are the greatest here other than the daily dinner specials that are always updated. The breakfast menu offers a large variety of food for all occasions. The hungry man special is a very good one to order for a fulfilling breakfast, with a cup of their endless coffee!

Variety on the menu is good but most diners I have been too have a section for custom build your own omlettes and this place didnt. Other then that staff was attentive and good. One of the gentlemen there went above and beyond for a man sitting at the table next to us. The man ordered food to go as well. The man (bus boy) took the food out to his car while the man ate.
I had a terrific burger and excellent coffee. This was my first burger due to dental issues. Its also very convenient to the Paper Mill Playhouse where we went afterwards.
I brought a group of 40 people there for dinner, and they couldnt have been more accommodating, attentive and courteous. They constantly checked in with me to make sure everything was alright. The service was fast and efficient. They made everything happen smoothly and we really enjoyed ourselves. Fantastic owners/managers!
Decent food. Omelettes are good and avg price. Coffee is decent and service is as well. There could be more parking but there isnt much you can do about that .
Service was excellent, Ralph was sweet. Husbands enjoyed his salmon burger. But my beef burger had a awful burnt taste. Had no time to send it back,on a tight schedule. Id give them a second chance.

This is a solid diner. Its not fancy, or a modern upscale take on an American diner, its just a nice diner with friendly staff and good breakfast foods available at any hour of the day. Its dependable and good.
If you like your breakfast cooked to order then dont go to this diner. Everything on the plate was room temperature halfway cold. Dissappointing. Who the heck wants to pay for cold eggs?? I dont.
I went here for breakfast. It was mostly empty so I was a little startled when the waitress led me to an awkwardly placed table right in the middle of a group of tables without asking where I might like to sit. I didnt want to sit in the middle of the place. So I asked if I could sit at an adjacent table and was told that was one they seat children at when they come in. Another table, another excuse. I refused a booth. So I sat and had breakfast. The service was a little slow but not bad. The food was delicious. I would have preferred a different table.

Just pancakes, eggs, etc. Two people.We waited an hour. The waitress came by 40 mins in and said she checked on our food and it is coming up. Twenty minutes later she stopped by to apologize - the order was never entered. Ten minutes later she brought out our orders.The food was ice cold. The pancakes were stiff. The eggs were gross. My companions omelet and potatoes seemed to have sat for a long time. The sausages that came with my order were missing. The waitress said she would find them. It took another 10 minutes. I ate a few bites and was done. Asked for the check.The managers looked more scrambled than my eggs. They looked overwhelmed, as if it were their first day. I might have complained but to what end? A discount? No, Id rather pay and get out.So thats it. Bad experience all around. Would recommend to look elsewhere.

Solid diner with good food. I came with my sister and her family (husband and 2 kids 6 and 11 y/os). Nice front staff and was able to accommodate us pretty quickly. Waitress started off attentive and took our orders quickly but then it was difficult to track her down for other quick requests, such as refills. Our food took a long time to come out (about 30 min) -- most of the orders were breakfast items (pancakes, eggs). I ordered a chicken gyro that came with a soup but they brought the soup out only a few minutes before my sandwich was ready; this should have been sent to me earlier. Overall, food was good and tasty but service was not great.
A local favorite, been coming here since high school. Everything is good, try the spinach pie.Update: I gave this five stars a year ago and now I must reduce it to two stars due to a really horrible dinner recently. The staff got everything wrong. Three dinners came out and the fourth never came out. When the dinners came out, they were cold and they forgot the side orders. The waitress went back-and-forth about five times and finally disappeared. The manager realized we were having a bad experience, so he offered desserts on the house. When I went over to look at the desserts he said pick out any two... except there were four of us! He started negotiating with me, and finally allowed three desserts, but only if they were ice cream. What a cheapskate! It will be a long time before I return here.
I really dont give bad reviews if its not really bad experience,,I go there most of the times in the morning the food lately it takes forever to come out and you can hear the chef yelling from the kitchen, means you are not welcomed! You never see a diner that have new staff every month, these Albanian girl very sweet that knew my order not there anymore! A new manager every time, maybe you guys on purpose try to ruin the business! Not going back definitely I mean you get used to certain food and servers, and you dont have it anymore
Ive gone here when I have to late for years... its a diner, reliable food, quick in and out.. Recently though, they close early, apparently new ownership does not want to do late night business. Looks like I will have to go to Rt 10 or Rt 22 for late meals....Owner should post hours, and then adhere to them, so customers can either come or not based on the time of evening.
