The service at the Millbury Sleep Number store was fantastic! Theresa was our sales associate and she was super knowledgeable and thorough. She had us try out several beds to ensure we were selecting the right model for us. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress. We cannot wait until our new mattress arrives!

We went in knowing we wanted to buy a new bed. Nick was awesome and really showed us the differences of each type. We had to leave due to a prior commitment but told Nick would be back. During that time he emailed us quotes of two different sizes and when we returned we were good to go to purchase the bed we picked.

Very helpful person at Millbury Sleep Number store. Love the product anyway but we had a long chat as I looked for accessories.Many people dont realize what a great product Sleep # beds are if used correctly! Well...at least I think so! :)

Delivery service is absolutely absurd. They installed the bed backwards never mind the fact of not fully hooking up the air pumps. Cant fix stupid.

Weve been trying to buy a sleep number bed for a while now, when we placed our order the delivery time was 2 to 3 weeks. Its now approximately four weeks later and theyre telling us that it might be up to eight weeks until we get the bed. Quite confusing.
