I absolutely love coming here to get books, games, and gifts. It is always amazingly clean and I can get lost wandering the aisles looking at the books and gift items. The childrens section and games/Legos section are also amazing. I plan to do a large portion of my Christmas shopping here this year!

Wow, just wow. We have 5 Barnes and Noble stores we frequent all about 1/2 hour drive or more from our home. This particular store blows my mind. The staff all and I mean ALL go above and beyond what I would expect from them as a customer. I am not knocking the other stores I am just highlighting this store and its employees.

Dave was a godsend in helping me to attain the book I was looking for. My daughter and I traveled for an hour to make it there before it closed and, there was Dave, waiting. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at the registers were also very nice. If it wasnt 50 miles from my house, Id be a regular customer. Kudos to THIS Barnes and Noble and Dave!!

The selection of books here is amazing. Cute little kids area for reading/lounging. Annnd Starbucks cafe. Great trip on a cold day.

Great bookstore in the area. A bit pricey, but has more options which help make up for it. Its a very nice atmosphere to browse and relax. If hungry / thirsty, there is a Starbucks alcove by the entrance of the store.

The employee in the childrens section was very knowledgeable and she was able to tell us exactly where to find all the books we were looking for! She was busy stocking shelves and still acted happy to help us!! Love this store!

Always nice and clean and full of meat things not just books. Also a well staffed Starbucks. Its chill no one bugs you asking if you need help but there is help if you need it.

My granddaughter really likes coming here to pick out books. The childrens section is nicely laid out and she can browse through lots of titles. There is something for everyone here. Great selection of books and toys, even some games. And the staff here is super friendly and helpful.

Staff is always well informed on literature. I have been going here for over a decade here and employees are always so nice.

I love Barnes & Noble...there is a huge variety of anything you could think of to read. I particularly love books as opposed to kindles and the like.

I just entered here to buy a coffee and a snack at Starbucks. It was disappointing. You cant use the Starbucks app and the coffee was cold. Everything is so expensive these days. It was almost $7 for a small coffee and a container of hummus and pretzels. Thats ridiculous. I dont mind paying for the coffee but the snacks are overpriced. Im not sure the price was marked because I dont think I would have bought it had I noticed.

Been awhile since Ive been into the store. People were helpful on finding what I needed and gave good suggestions.

They moved things around so it took time to find what I wanted to read. Very clean as usual. Enjoyed my time there.

The best place to go in for fifteen minutes and come out 3 hours later. :) Clean, spacious, and friendly. I love spending a Saturday afternoon browsing and coming up with some new books! :)

While you may want to support brick and mortar stores, B&N continues to be significantly overpriced compared to Amazon. This extends beyond books and covers hes and novelties as well.

Such a huge, available selection of books to choose from!! If you cant find what you need exactly, you can order and have it delivered to your home or to the store so that you could return and pick it up!Every CSR that I came across in this store was knowledgeable and helpful!My go to establishment for all literature!

A readers paradise, they had 3 or 4 tables of buy one get one 50 per cent off, there is a Starbucks cafe on site. We asked for help with a book and the girl was excellent.

Clean and organized. Staff are always knowledgeable. If you need to find a particular book, which I always did when I was in school, they can look it up in store and walk you right over to where it can be found. Every employee I’ve talked to since I was a kid has always been very nice. I imagine they must be a good employer because their staff seem friendly and generally happy.

I come here to get books and the food at the cafe and the foods always good and they have a great selection of books.

Went to pick up a book that I’ve been waiting for for years. Today was the launch date, checked the website to make sure hours haven’t changed, says it opens at 9am today. drove to the store, hours on the door say 9am today but lights are off and doors are locked. Sat there for 45min and still nothing. Quite a few people were waiting for this book today and they all checked the door, sat for a while and drove off. Tried calling the store for update and nothing. Eventually called the Leominster store, they are open and happy to take anyone who’s been counting down the days to this book launch.

Its Barnes and Noble. Smells like books and coffee. What else would you want?

Visited cafe here recently love books reading and therefore bookstores. Their indoor Starbucks cafe is one of the cheapest quickest eats at the Millbury Blackstone Valley Shoppes Plaza! The other two best places for a fast munch satisfaction are Best Buy, Target grocer, or Panera. Every other food place is an expensive restaurant mostly. Only allowed 30 minutes to a cafe table inside due to pandemic and capacity limits, but great place to buy books and some art supplies too! Love it!

Great for browsing, coffee, etc. Large selection of journals. The best place in the area for quality, mind-stimulating childrens toys now that Toys R Us is closed.

Sometimes you still need to go to an actual store and get a real book, or just browse. There are less shelves and less copies of books, but a wider variety of items: toys, games, puzzles, collectibles, etc.

It was the experience Ive come to expect from all Barnes & Nobles.

Found what I was looking for because of the awesome staff this place has. I person directed me to the star wars books. By the way they do have an excellent selection on site. The other person gave me an opinion on a certain author whose I found very informative. These people I found very people friendly and when I am up in this area I like to visit. The info is very useful please keep up the good work thank you

The store is always neat and tidy. If you bed help, someone is always willing and available. I mean its a book store, probably one of the quietest shopping on earth. Always love to browse the board games to see what is out there.

Always love B&N. Need to make a better effort to experience the pure joy of browsing. The culture remains despite the online challenges. FriendlyWarm. Comforting. I am glad the focus is no longer trying to compete with o line tablets.
