I dont know who was working but he was amazing. My son has been trying to buy an XBOX Series X and they person who was working was so helpful and if we had listened to advice right away we would have got one! Unfortunately Im a lame mom and said not right now and we missed it by 2 minutes 😬.

Very nice store located in the Millbury shopping plaza. Clean, well organized, very friendly and helpful staff, and great prices on items. They even have a great selection of pre-owned items for affordable prices if you need to replace something (like I did, for a Wii remote).

This location has a great selection of used and new games and also very nice and attentive employees.

Stock is very limited, but staff is always friendly

The guy Tony was so rude!! Stay away. My son who is 9 and went in to buy a Xbox controller. He ended up selling him a used Xbox controller for $53 when he could of sold him a brand new one for $49. Messed up taking advantage of a 9 year old.

Every single person that works in this store is a huge nerd. Everyone that cam into this store while I was here was a huge nerd. With that being said, they were all super cool and very nice. Knowledgeable and helpful about the games and super friendly sales people.

Very helpful, knowledgeable people work here. Great deals and always have what you need. They take trade ins and sell used items at a fraction of the cost as well. If they dont have it at their store, then they help you locate it. Always a easy experience!

This GameStop is a pretty standard version of the genre. A slightly better normal selection than your average but a slightly worse used / clearance selection. The staff was polite and helpful but not pushy. Its location in the Shoppes at Blackstone Valley make it an excellent place to kill some time if you arent looking for anything specific.

They have a decent selection of Funko-Pops there. I picked up 3 today.

I arrived at this location 10 minutes before closing, the closing associates greeted us with “you have 5 minutes.” We then decided to browse through the store while holding at least two games in our hands to purchase which would have been over $100 sale. The associate then decided they were closed at 5:59pm as he started to pull down the closing gate while we were still in the store. We were not offered assistance nor felt comfortable due to employees leaning on the counter and sitting on the floor. We felt extremely rushed to make a decision so we did not buy anything however, I will never return to this location. Management here should be reviewed!

Doesnt deserve the one star Im forced to give it to leave an honest review. I can also see Gamestop employees up here giving 4 start reviews after a customer post an honest review, so watch out. This is BY FAR THE WORST gamestop I have ever been to in my life. One associate Anetta for 10 people and she had the worst attitude Ive ever seen in my life. The store was packed and an associate who was hiding in the back room came out, didnt acknowledge anyone, and turned around and went right back in the room and shut the door. I received no assistance at all and when I went to pay for my games Anetta still never acknowledged me except to make a very rude comment to me in front of several customers. This is the short version. Try to contact someone at gamestop corporate about it, what a joke. The best youll get is filling out a NONSENSE survey when you get home with your receipt that they could care less about. Believe me when I tell, this is not the type of store you want to patronize unless you want to leave having a really bad day.

My name is Matt and earlier today (10/1/17) I purchased a few used games. When I played one of the games (Alpha Sapphire) every time I would play the first battle of the game it would keep having an error message pop up and make me turn of my 3DS. So I went back to this Gamestop and unfortunately they were closed seeing it was already 6:40 PM and they closed at 6. Luckily there were still two employees (unfortunately I didnt get their names) who were still there; so I knocked on the door and the polite lady came over unlocked the door and asked what the matter was. So I explained it she said give me one second and she took my receipt and the game walked over to the counter and told the gentleman behind the counter the situation and they gave me another Alpha Sapphire which works. I greatly appreciate employees like that because I am also in retail as an ASM at an Autozone and wish I could have more employees that go the extra mile like this Gamestop did today. Thank you very much and I will always bring my business here!
