I am forced to leave this review. The doctor who did my glass prescription was professional and courteous. Most other remaining staff including the manager act like customers are an inconvenience. They were rude and cold when I went in to get my prescription and again today when I picked up my glasses and contacts. I actually asked the manager if I was an inconvenience because he was so cold and rude. Nobody wants to engage and actually talk to you. This store has too many people who are inept or too comfortable at their job. There needs to be some type of professional development in how to be professional.

Friendliest staff & associates. Appreciated the level of protocol in place to ensure everyone’s safety during this pandemic. Nice selection of eye wear. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a location for eye exam and/or new glasses.

I went in to view some lenses and check pricing. I wasn’t aware it was appointment only and Tanya was very rude about the fact I was in there without an appointment. They should just lock the doors if that’s how they treat customers. I simply asked her if there was an appointment or when the soonest available was and she didn’t seem happy to assist me and kept giving me vague answers. Overall horrible customer service. Try to go on Tanya’s day off she’s not going to make your day better.

I had a very pleasant experience here! I was greeted immediately upon entering and the manager was extremely helpful. I bought glasses and contacts for a great price! I was treated respectfully and with great customer service by all 3 employees. I will definitely be returning.

Robin was terrific helping me! I was having a hard time picking between a small pair of rectangular shaped frames, and a larger more square shape, and she immediately had a pair of frames in mind that was the perfect shape and size in between the two. I ended up getting those ones that she showed me. She then got on the phone trying to help me with insurance and stayed on the phone until we figured it out. Huge shout-out to Robin for all of the help, thank you so much! you rock!

Great first experience! Doctor and staff were very nice and qualified, I highly recommend and am happy to have tried them out. I’m planning to stick with these guys for eye care needs.

Doctor was great and staff was super helpful. Wasnt even planning on buying that day after my exam but great deals/selection and were super helpful in the process. They had lenses on hand and I was able to go to lunch and come back that same day to an awesome pair of glasses that are comfortable/have a great look and that make night driving so much better. Would definitely recommend for great service, no obnoxious upsells and just finding what works for you.

My daughter and I had a great experience here! She needed glasses quickly and Marybeth, Robin, and Maria took excellent care to make sure that happened. Lena and Gina were polite and helpful on the phone. Its an overall fantastic staff that genuinely cares about you getting just the right glasses as quickly as possible. What more could you possibly ask for?

I called and made an appointment for an eye exam for glasses and contacts. While I was waiting for my appointment, I signed a paper saying I would cover the cost of the contacts portion of the exam because it wasnt covered by insurance. Halfway through the eye exam, the doctor told me I didnt have an appointment for contacts, and if I wanted them I would need to schedule another appointment and come back.The woman helping me rushed through the payment process and picking out lenses, and went back to whispering to a coworker before I had the chance to stand up.An hour after leaving I got a text that they scheduled another eye exam for a year from now, which was never discussed.That being said, I do like the glasses I ended up with, and the doctor was nice. I dont have contacts though, which was half of the reason I had made the appointment.

After a little confusion, nothing major, everything was worked out.Management is excellent and staff are very pleasant.Disappointed that copper tone sunglass lenses are no longer available.

Vision works in Millberry is very customer service oriented. After picking up my glasses I had issues with them and they did not even blink of an eye a month later told me to come in and fixed everything for me for free very courteous very friendly very helpful this place is the place to get glasses and or contacts and frames

Went there my frames on my glasses were cracked. My warranty was over by two months. The manager picked out similar frames and exchanged my broken ones for the new ones with no charge. Very pleased at how professional and helpful the staff was.

This place is amazing! The people are fantastic from the dr to the staff! Always pleasant, helpful and smiling. We first brought my daughter for glasses and the dr was positive the whole time and explained everything that was going on. Then my husband finally made an appointment for him self and he screwed up what insurance to use they were so helpful and fixed everything! Ordering glasses they are quick done in one day or two. Look forward to coming back when we need to or just to say hi!

I walked in, not one person acknowledged me. I shopped for glasses for about a half an hour on my own nobody approached me. I then stood up against the counter with two pairs of glasses in my hand waiting for someone to be free. A woman about 5’8” with black hair came out of the back room and went straight to an older couple that had just walked in a few minutes before and instead of asking around and assessing the situation first...began to help them. You lost me as a customer this is not customer service!

My girlfriend and I went to the store in millbury, we had a fantastic expierence here. Marybeth was the manager I worked with and I highly recommend. I felt that all of the options for my lenses were clearly stated and I love the frames she helped me pick out. Would recommend this location to anyone who is unsure.

By far one of the worst buying experiences Ive had. When the nose piece of my old glasses broke i went here for a new pair. I was told ot would be no more then 7 days for my new glasses to arrive. I call 7 days later and Im told it could be up to 10 days. Im not told why, just that it could take 10 days. Day 10 comes and now Im told that it might be 14 days. Because the glasses i ordered were on backorder. I inform the lady on the phone that nobody told me the glasses were on backorder and all she said was Well someone was supposed to. Thats it. Not even a apology. After wearing broken glasses that irritate my nose i get the text that my glasses are ready and when i go to get them still no apology. Just garbage custom service as Im told to have a seat and wait 15 minutes for someone to hand me my glasses. I will say this. The lady who sold me my glasses was very pleasant. But 0 customer service after the sale.

I am always impressed with all aspects at VisionWorks in Millbury.. From the scheduling of the appointment, to the exam, through the support of deciphering the insurance coverage adn the final fitting.. the staff are well training, experienced, helpful, and personable.. the variety of reasonably priced options (plus discounts) for glasses is exceptional... a big shout out to all the people there... great team!! So it would have been our first time, but we were 8 mins late, and they wouldnt take us.....really Vision Works? I ordered online in the parking lot, you just lost 300$

I had to wait 30 min for eye appt. I was in exam room before they sanitized it. Eye exam was rushed. I believe Dr is forced to see patients every 30 min whether he has time or not.

Weve been going to visionworks sence they were in millbury,great customer service,friendly atmosphere, great choice of glasses to pick from. I always find what I want a a good price.Thank you Visionworks!

The coupon they send in the mail for Harvard Pilgrim members offering 2 single vision pairs for $94 is a complete come on..( when you use your Harvard Pilgrim vision benefit for your eye exam..there were like 4 ugly as sin girls glasses she could have picked from..the ones on special for $69 no longer even qualify...so we spent $255 plus $25 co pays..really NOT a good deal at all for a simple childrens presecription!)

Absolutely horrendous experience every time I try to deal with this facility. The people that work here are rude’smd their policies are absurd. I will not be using them again.

They broke my new frame and refix that, and told me that’s my problem

Never on time. Twice came on for an appointment and waited 20+ minutes. In addition we are never told they are running late until I walk up to complain.Not good service.
