I really like Ulta...their prices are much cheaper compared to another big brand makeup store and all the girls I had contact with were so very nice and helpful.

I like it there, the staff is a hit or miss if theyre gonna help you or not, I find they get very distracted and dont actually help you too muchthe most help Ive received was from the managers who are lovely.dont go in there unless you look kind of put together cause they are judgy.but good products, decent prices, a little of everything in there including a salonid go in there with an idea of what youre looking for and go from there .

Yesterday I went to the salon to cut my hair ends and color. The girl painted my hair inside the sink. Without any division she told me it was her quick technique. Which seemed very unprofessional to me. I let her know that I dont like her technique and she doesnt care about it. My color is super uneven. To apply the color that way, I better do it at home. I can still see my gray hair and my hair is in 3 colors. When she dried my hair I tumbled the dryer down without any division after 1 hour my hair was frizzy and all curls. The girl is very kind but her techniques were terrible. I do not recommend this salon at all. Her technique is not worth 150 dollars.

The store store itself and the associates are awesome.I’m rating this 1 star review for the services.Booked a hair appointment at 3 pm and got scheduled online at 4 pmGot a message saying that the hair tech had another appointment at 4:15 pm so they moved mine at 4:45 pm.Arrived at the store at 4:35 pm and checked in, and of course, they took another appointment and wanted to push mine back again.How unprofessional.What’s the point of setting up appointments with you if you keep on taking whoever you want whenever you want.This is the first time it happened to me with Ulta’s hair appointments.Very disappointing! Specially, I just took off of work to get this done and had to leave my meeting earlier than I should! I love this place! It’s so bright, refreshing and welcoming there. The staff were helpful but not overbearing, and made me feel welcome. My anxiety can make me overthink and be nervous to go into such pretty places like that. At checkout, I had accidentally grabbed a display item. The girl ran to the back to look for more, but unfortunately they had ran out. Totally fine. She grabbed me something else for me to try at the same price and said it was an amazing product! I was happy to take her suggestion. Honestly amazing place. Clean, organized.

Staff will help you find exactly what youre looking for and suggest things if youre not exactly sure what you want. Everyone is helpful and kind, and the store has pretty much every makeup item you can think of

I had a service which at any ulta would cost me less than 200 I was quoted for a color correction and thought nothing of it until I realized it wasn’t 40 dollars an hour but 40 dollars a half hour but by the time I was told that I was in the seat and felt there was nothing I could do I was originally quoted for 3 hours it took 5 and I was charged upwards of 350 dollars for the same service I was charged 180 at another salon it looks nice but I don’t feel it was worth the cost and for anyone going there you should ask why you are being charged for a color correction I didn’t and it was a huge mistake will never go back and canceled my future appointments.

I am on front of store right now and is says on Google is open but when I arrived they came out saying is closed is 6.40pm and they supposed tobe closed at 7pm like whattt? I drove all the way here for nothing.

Very annoyed with the hair salon. I brought in a photo of what my goal is and made clear what I was looking for a cut. My hair was filled and then dyed. Another hairdresser took over because my original hair dresser needed to leave mid-service, which I was fine with. But what I was not told was my original estimate would go up greatly. Once my dye was rinsed out and dried..it was jet black no doubt about it. It was then fixed and turned out to be a nice color. It was cut very short, not what I was expecting but still looked good, just dramatic. The issue here is that, they charge by the 1/2 hour. So with needing to go back and fix my hair they charged me for an insane amount of time that wouldn’t originally be the case if there wasn’t miscolor. $300 later and went home to find that there was hair dye ALL OVER my blouse, regardless of their “covering” of my shirt with plastic. Extremely frustrated. Will not be returning even though the second hair dresser I had was better at achieving what I wanted.

My new go to! So happy they brought Ulta to Millbury. The staff members are SO friendly and knowledgeable and you get an incredibly welcoming feeling the second you walk in the door. Products are fully stocked and the store is immaculate.

Personally I am a guy so I dont like it here it smells like old lady to new perfumes for younger girls the sight of all the makeup overwhelmed my girlfriend and made her very indicicve on her choice Id recommend it for the girls and guys who love makeup and they dont hound you like (cough cough) Sephora which is nice if your a guy if recommend bringing something to keep you entertained while your lady shops

Had an awful experience my poor kiddo was sick and threw up everywhere.. the employees said it was fine but rolling their eyes.. I asked for napkins and no one helped- won’t ever return here..

I’ve gotten my makeup done at other beauty cosmetics and I prefer they way they do it than this ulta location. Normally, the store will charge you $60 to do your makeup and in that $60 you have to purchase supplies that add up to $60. So I normally do the lashes, lipstick/gross and wipes. Things that will make my purchase $60. I thought that’s how this other ulta site is BUT no. You are charged $60 as a flat rate for doing your makeup. Whatever else you get after is an additional charge. I did not know this. I got my lashes and a lipstick. My final charge was $77 dollars. That is very pricey for makeup. Other than that little issue, my MUA was great. She did her work

The staff went out of their way to help me even with a full store on a busy holiday season they graciously took the time to work together and solve my request. Moreover, they didnt just solve my issue they did me one better and went above my need. Ananda, Sarah and the store manager you ve earned my busines for life !you ladies rock!!!

Terrible website for ordering! I kept getting bumped out and would not take my card or my order.... I spend over an hour of doing nothing when thats all I want to do is order what I need and go pick it up, UGH! So frustrating!!!
