Please be aware of the service dept. After sending my John Deere E140 in fir an engine repair they told me it would be $1500 to replace the engine for a unit that only had 30 hours of service. A new E140 is only $1800. And it would be 60 to 90 days to get a replacement. They would be glad to keep the unit with no trade in value. This is as the second time this has happen to me with them. On this latest E140 engine problem, I was able to get a replacement engine installed for $500 which included pick up and delivery. OBTW, the pick up and delivery cost me $200 just to get the unit back from 146 supply. They are a complete rip off.Please be ware!!!

Had my tractor serviced at this site. Real long wait forgot to order parts. Plus charged for work not completed.Call talked to three different people.No call back

Fools replaced a bad engine on a 2018 1025r. Tank was full when I dropped it off. Empty when it returned and brand new fuel filter was completely clogged. Also my mower deck settings where all screwed up took, e an hour to re set it. Will never waK in that place again. Oh also the service manager lied to me every time I called.

Fast and efficient service. I arrived a few minutes after closing and they were still willing to help me out. Much appreciated

Parts- reasonable. Labor? Be ready to leave an arm and a leg. Never again

While he had been cleared out of the part i needed, was able to quickly identify a substitute and get my snowblower on the road again. Huge thanks to Parts Dept!
