Best body shop in the valley. I have fleet cars. This is where I take them

I’ve had work done here twice and I’m not sure I’ll be going back. The staff is friendly and great about keeping you updated on your vehicle which I definitely appreciate. Both times my car was in their shop was for body/paint work. Both times the actual body/paint work was done very well and looked new but both times there were a number of things wrong elsewhere that seems to indicate a lack of attention to detail.The first time a plastic panel underneath the bumper that they repainted was not reinstalled properly. I went back and they were quick to bring it back into the shop to refit it however it still was not a flush fit.The second time required three body panels to be repainted and while the paint and body work was done incredibly well, the inside of my vehicle was not cleaned out properly at all after apparently being left open the entire time it was in the shop. Very dusty. I also noticed some scratches on the trim and what appears to be chemical discoloration on the b-pillar. There’s a weird residue on the driver side mirror that I can’t quite remove which is on the opposite side that work was done. Finally the window tint was torn in two places while work was being done.

I was referred to Rocky Mountain Collision, by a friend. My vehicle was in a rear-end collision, so I took it to them for an estimate. Right from the start, I could tell that Jennie knew what she was doing, as she gave me a written estimate for the repairs. I decided to have them complete the work.During the entire process, Jennie would call me with updates, she worked with the insurance company (because the repair was more extensive than the insurance companys original estimate), and she worked with the rental car agency to secure a rental car for me. I was very impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and workmanship. The repair job looked great, and when I picked up my vehicle, it was freshly washed. I would definitely use them again.

Rocky Mountain Collision did a fantastic job on my car. The work was clean, great paint job, and overall repair. They completed the work in a timely manner on time and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the work. We will definitely use them again next time we need an auto body repair. Very good business!

Came here to get my car repaired the insurance recommended them they wouldnt give me a ride to work so I went somewhere else

This place does really good work. My parents had work done here and it came out amazing. Since then, Ive take 2 vehicles in and they both look really good. Once vehicle was plain white and one was a pearl white. They matched the color perfectly and Ive heard white is the hardest paint colors to match.

This place is amazing. We were needing to pay for our repairs out of pocket so they were will willing to work with us as to what absolutely needed to be repaired and what would be okay to be left as is. They were able to take in our car pretty quickly, two weeks after we had them do an estimate, when the other places we looked at wouldnt be able to get us in for a month. They repaired our car very quickly and it looks great, and they were able to save us some money too. If we ever need collision repair again well definitely be coming here.

This has been my third interaction with Rocky Mountain Collision, and I have been nothing but impressed. They do a great job of sourcing and ordering parts ahead of time so that time in the shop is kept to a minimum. They also do a wonderful job of managing expectations and practicing efficiency.My vehicles have always come back looking better than expected. I highly recommend them for any bodywork you may need.

Jennifer had the worst attitude. Not really sure how this woman is working here. Companies are supposed to be looking for good quality customer service. Will not tolerate this type of customer service will be taking my car somewhere else.

Someone wrecked into my car and this was one of the repair shops suggested by their insurance. I did my research and reviewed all the shops suggested. This one had the best reviews with very few negative comments. So I decided it would be my best option. From the beginning they were very nice and seemed to care about my car. It was an easy process to get in and have the car looked at and schedule repairs. If you get a rental while your car is in the shop they do have an enterprise car rental extremely close that definitely made things easy. From drop off to pick up it was quicker than expected and the work came out great. Made it look like new again. This was a new car so I was worried about getting back to normal but they made it back to new. Ive had it back now for a few weeks and havent had any issues. They do guarantee their work for life so that is comforting if any issues arise in the future. They also kept it pretty clean on the inside and had it very nice on the outside even had armoral on the tires. Have to say I made the right choice in picking this shop. Hopefully this helps in your decision.

The work and service was pretty good. They are polite and did a good job with my insurance. I would give them 5 stars, but it took a little longer than expected. It was not there fault though. The shipping company took forever to get my parts delivered. Other than that it was an overall good experience.

Absolutely wonderful work. You could not tell my car had any damage after I picked it up. It looked like it did when I drove it off the dealers lot.

This was one of the best experiences Ive had with a repair shop. Someone attempted to steal my catalytic converter, so, like most, I was a bit flustered going in. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company and communicated with me every step of the way. I worked with Jennie (the General Manager) directly, and she was very knowledgable, nice, and attentive through the whole process. Their prices were very reasonable, and they worked with a partner muffler shop to get the job done quickly. I had my car back the same day, fully cleaned inside and out! Id highly recommend Rocky Mountain Collision, and, should I need to, Ill definitely be using them again.

Prices were very fair and the service was excellent. They only made suggestions they felt were important and didnt push me to do anything above what I had requested. Excellent work!

They gave us a prompt estimate of repair costs, which were reasonable. They helped us arrange for a rental car that was reasonable. They worked with our insurance company so we could understand our options. They have plaques on the walls that show they are recommended by several insurance companies. They went the extra mile to help us in several ways.. The office and rest rooms were spotlessly clean, and internet service and beverages were available.

Honestly, they exceeded my expectations by a mile. I was surprisingly impressed with the quality of work and the entire process. Starting with quotes, all of the desk folks are very friendly and attentive. I worked with Jennie and Barry and both were superb at answering my questions and giving me actual timeframes that were viable. The timeframe of the repair work was incredibly fast compared to others Ive worked with in the past and they even cleaned my interiors up for me as a courtesy. Lastly the prices were fair, Id argue to cheap just based on how impressed I was with the mechanics work on my body repairs. My Audi looks brand new, thank you kindly for the amazing experience for such a dreadful task!

Rocky Mountain Collision & Repair were awesome to work with. The repairs were so well done you cant tell where the damage was, paint was blended perfectly. They kept me informed of the progress via text msgs so I always knew what was going on. They took pride in their work & were always so professional in our dealings. Good work, but weve had to go back several times to get things fixed that should have been fixed the first time around. Things happen though and they are professional and courteous and happy to help make amends.

I was very overwhelmed with my first big car accident, and Rocky Mountain was so kind and helpful. They let me keep my car there until insurance investigated the incident and kept me in the loop throughout the process. All employees are so pleasant to work with. Very happy with my experience here.

Rocky Mountain Collision has always taken care of our collision repairs, everything from minor fender benders to severe damage. They fixed the mirror on our car in a most excellent fashion.

These guys ended up leaving us in a really bad place. They said our car was fixable but didnt correct it after putting $8,500 dollars into it. We still had to go to another mechanic and pay another $2,000 to get it corrected. Our car did not have the issue prior to the wreck and this company didnt stand by there word. They should have been honest and totaled the car.

We have used Bill & his team over the last 5 years to do collision repairs & minor body repairs . They just finished our Mercedas GL 350 with excellent results. Repairs were done at estimate cost provided before repair & was finished at time promised.

Do not take your vehicle there, their estimate was way off, not even close to the actual repairs, then they will forget to contact you, forget to get you another estimate, and forget about you period. Wasted my time having me truck there for a week with no communication..
