Absolutely phenomenal service. I bought a 2016 Kia Sedona EX from Roman Auto, specifically delt with Muhammad. He has been doing this for 7 years, and it shows. The professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to satisfy their customer is beyond anything I have experienced. Not only are you going to be satisfied by this experience, you will leave knowing you supported a family business. To give you my example of their exceptional work ethic, i will give a few details of how I was treated. We showed to view the van, and it was in great condition. I was able to look at the van at the Hyundai service shop, while they inspected it. I was very satisfied of the mechanical condition. After the test drive we discussed what we didnt like about the van, specifically a couple seats worn slightly more than normal. Without hesitation they changed the seats from another van, like a team of nascar professionals. They buffed the hood again just before I left to ensure it was to spec. Also you can tell alot about the quality of work by the tools people use, and they use top brand milwaukee power tools. I suggest this experience for my family, friends and you. You just have to be clear about what you want. I wanted a pretty specific van, for a specific price. They found one no dealer/private seller could complete with hands down. Very accommodating.

Roman and his son were absolutely fantastic! They were honest, up front, and very personable. What a great experience I had with this Company! I went to a few dealerships during the week and swore I was never going back to a dealer because I felt like I was getting played.I saw a car I liked online so we made arrangements to meet that afternoon. I had just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Roman and honestly it was the best car buying experience I had ever had! I was treated so good and was not felt pressured into anything, they even took the car to the Hyundai dealership and had it inspected for me and had the oil changed they also showed me what the car looked like when they bought it and I was really nervous about buying a rebuilt title car just because this was gonna be a family car but instead they made me feel really safe and comfortable about making this purchase they were really great people and did an amazing job on the repairs for the car I had purchased. I bought a 2013 Kia Optima from Mohammad at Roman Auto Sales over 2 years ago and I recommended everyone I know to buy a car from him. He sells his vehicles for a very reasonable and AWESOME price. All the vehicles I test drove at his shop were clean and very nice it was a hard decision because I truly loved all of his vehicles he had at his dealership. 8 month after I purchased my car from him I had a small accident on the freeway and needed a new bumper but my insurance would not cover it. Mohammad gave me a very reasonable and killer deal when he replaced my bumper! His crew is speedy fast when getting work done It took about 3 days for me to have my car back. I had another accident about a year later I needed another new bumper and some front end work done from hitting something in the road and the work was going to take a few weeks until my car was finished. Mohammad found out I was going to be without a car that entire time. My daughter was 2 and a half years old and he was very concerned how I was going to get to work and get her to daycare so he offered for me to borrow one of his cars which I had for almost a month. He is a very kind and family oriented guy who truly cares about his customers and their situation. It meant a lot to me that Mohammad was thinking about my daughter and I. I bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey form Roman Auto and Loved It. I went through registration myself which was taking longer than I thought. right before my temp license plate expired the engine light turned on, so I brought it to a master muffler and they said all of the motor mounts were either destroyed or about to be. It was going to be 800-1000 to fix it. Feeling uncertain of what to I called Muhammad up and he was willing to look at it and see what they could do. After showing them the car, Muhammad said only one was broken and because I recently bought it they fixed it for me. He also told me that big companies charge way to much for things and so for now on ill be fixing everything through Muhammad.Roman Auto might be one of the most authentic car lots out their. Its a family business and I feel like theyre truly trying to sell safe and useable cars.When I need another car I will be looking at what they have for sure.

I had a great experience at this dealership!! I was interested in their Hyundai Santa Fe. I had some concerns that they were more than happy to address with me they even went the extra mile to take the car I was interested in to have a full inspection done on it and they provided me with the papers showing proof of it. There was minor things a noticed that I asked if I decided to purchase if they could fix them and with no hesitation they said yes! They were even willing to allow me to take the car to have it looked at by another mechanic. My daughter bought a 2012 Hyundai Sonata with a rebuilt title from them about a year and a half ago. They seemed like nice people and worked really hard to finish registration and get the plates to us. Fortunately, before she bought it I took it in to my mechanic and found that one of the tie rods was from the wrong model year. So they fixed it. Fine. Not to mention all the window glass they just left in the driver side door from the original owners accident. I cleaned that up myself. Fine, but I was annoyed at the shoddy work. Then shortly after a year of owning it, the engine seized - despite regular oil changes and other maintenance. My daughter paid $3,500 for a used engine to get the car on the road again. Made her really upset but she was able to pay for it. Yesterday we found out the subframe is cracked and has bent one of the struts. This is probably from damage from the original accident. That will be another $2,000 to $3,000 in repairs. Shes decided this car has drained enough of her money and shes junking it. We are both very disappointed in the work of whoever rebuilt this car. Ive driven rebuilt vehicles for years and have never had this level of trouble.

My wife and I purchased a used 2017 Kia Sorento several weeks ago. The price was thousands lower than any comparable Sorento that I looked at in the Salt Lake area. I brought it back in to fix a fog light that I discovered was not working and they fixed it right away while I waited. Their prices are the best around and their service is even better. I had a pretty mediocre experience with Roman Auto. The establishment had a very dilapidated vibe and the employees and owner seemed inexperienced. There is a reason they have an F from the BBB. I have a lot to say about my experience so Ill start with cons and do the pros later.ConsIf you come to look at their selection you can expect that no one will be there at that time that can actually show you the cars and tell you about them. I had to go the dealership next door that shared the building to call them to tell them that I was there. It was consistently 10-20 minutes for them to come on my several trips to the dealership.On top of that dont expect the car you buy from them to be clean for you or to have all the floor mats. Sometimes dealers put all the floor mats in the back of vehicles and just lay plastic on the floors until you purchase it. I assumed that all the mats were in the back in that pile that I saw. However, after driving it home I came to find that the front mats were nowhere to be found and the dealership had nothing to say about it either. The Toyota I purchased from them had some twigs in the back seat, a cigarette butt on the floor, and just some random trash like a half full pack of gum under the seat. They didnt remove any of the personal effects from the previous owner either. So there was this dangly thing from the mirror and a ton of CDs just left in the car. All of these things to me are warning signs of a unprofessional business and lack of attention to detail.When it came to the buying process there were also some frustrations. With purchasing, there were mistakes in paperwork that exacerbated the process of getting a loan for the vehicle. There were errors in the printed and hand-written copies of the paperwork for the car that made what could have been a 40 minute trip to the bank an hour and a half with more running back and forth to get the corrected paperwork to take back to the bank. With that difficulty in paperwork came a delay to get a temporary paper to put in the window until the license plates could arrive so there was a period in which we couldnt use the vehicle when we needed it.They also left out some details about the vehicle that they didnt mention to us before buying; such as the air conditioning was not functional and that the transmission fluid was due for an immediate change. The transmission fluid change cost us a little over $200. Again this is a detail that Im confident they could have taken care of had they the care to do it.ProsNow this leads me to the things I did like about working with them. When we came to find that the AC didnt work they offered us to bring it back in to the dealership and have it taken care of, which we did and they did. It worked fine for another month of driving it which was better than not ever having AC. I get the sense that they tried to put on a good face and please the customer, especially because I really was kind of mad about it. Which is decent for them for the customer service and trying to achieve customer satisfaction, particularly because we didnt buy a warranty with our vehicle. (because they didnt ever mention that as an option) They helped us out when they could have left us high and dry... at least for the first time it went out then we were notified that we were on our own because there was not a warranty purchased.The owner also dropped the price a bit for a part of the wheel well that was damaged which was reasonable too but didnt drop it any more for the other points of damage from the cars previous accident.In conclusion they seem like nice enough people but if you decide to shop with them you better have a firm sense of what youre doing because they dont seem to. They also seem to deal exclusively rebuilt titles so thats just good to know your stuff all the more so that you can spot when something isnt right that they might not mention. Again theyre nice people but thats not enough to redeem them from all the other flaws in their business. I cant say Id recommend this business.
