We had a recall issue that a Macon dealership claimed to have fixed twice, played ignorant the third time, and tried to sell us a new car. It’s a recall issue!!!Determined to never use them again, we reached out to Volume Hyundai. Sheldon (the service manager) was honest and helpful over the phone. We had our car towed to Volume. They had our car ready in 2 days. Sheldon had throughly studied the recall, and ran all the proper test and made the appropriate changes and replacements. He was educated and explained everything in detail to us. It’s rare to find honest employees and businesses that have integrity, Hyundai should be very proud of this dealerships service department. We are very grateful!

This experience was fun, safe and enjoyable. From the time I pulled up the services was very great and they were very honest and patient. I didnt have to do much but trust them and they made choices based on what I need it and not what I wanted it which help me financially. The receptionist and Shop manager was very nice to solve the problem. But the fella that change my oil wasnt considerate on putting things back where he got them out of plus there are leaves and acorns in my floor board.From changing cabin filter.He needs to take care of customers cars if it was hes own.The shop manager needs to look inside car to say its ok to return it to the customer.

Be careful of what you buy from them. Called them out on double charging for a few things and markups that they cant explain and instead of saying, Oh, Im sorry. Their response was, Well we have to make a profit. No sir, that is ripping customers off and being deceitful. Will never do business here.

Would never do business there you will be lied to over and over they just tell you what you want to here to set the hook in you and then hit you with hidden fees and when you ask why you never were told they just say they did know after they run credit without letting you know and after several days of negotiations. Save yourself a huge headache please take my advice please go elsewhere.

I thought it was good but I got car March 2020 during the covid I got rushed in to a car I didnt ask for so I went back to get a truck I wanted June 2021 not been late not once but told I owed too much on the car I got from them so could take as a trade in car runs good but never checked out before I got it was a trade in but never serviced until April 2020 when I had oil changed there good costumer serviced center but yall need to make sure nobody paying 14000 for 2013 car after it finance thur other company

Well you cant seem to get an oil change anymore without making an appointment and the lady they having working in the service department now needs some training. I feel like I am dealing with the large deerships in Atlanta not the small town dealership that cares she is so rude. She needs to go work for the county or state her attitude is better suited for that type of position. I HAVE Been trying for 3 months to get my oil changed I mean come on how hard is it If I wasnt working so many hours I would just do it myself.

I called the dealership before going to the dealership and I spoke with Josh one of the salesman and I had explained to him I needed to purchase a vehicle and if he could run my credit over the phone to see if I qualified to get a vehicle he checked a few things told me to come on in and he would take care of me and for me to ask for him when I arrived. I would have liked to have posted a 5 star review as the staff of the Milledgeville Hyundai were totally experienced and took care of my car at the time I had reserved for my service. However, when I left the dealership, the parking lot area leading to the exit I wanted to use to avoid heavy traffic had a very large pot hole filled with water from a recent storm. I had to turn my car around and attempt a left hand turn from a very busy intersection. I hope they repair this asap.

I just needed air in my tires. I was there 40 minutes. When I came to get my car, no air was put in the tires. The service writer was sitting in my car, with the motor running while listening to the music playing & nothing was done. I wont go back, this is poor customer service.
