I paid over 7000. For a king size bed. Also paid for the extra warranty. After about six months I called the warranty department and they told me what to do in taking the pictures and send them in. I did exactly what they told me and sent in the pictures. After about 3 months I heard nothing so I called and a lady told me I did it wrong and nothing became of it. After about nine months of getting the bed one side of bed stopped working. Again called warranty department and they said they would send someone to look at the mattress and the bed. They postponed it every month for 3 months. Now the bed still doesnt work after three months. Please dont waste your money at mattress firm!

Jeanie was great when we purchased the almost $7000. in the split king bed mattresses.In about eight months there was a rip on a side seam. After sitting with Jeanie for about an hour( while being interrupted several times) she gave me an email for a person at the main office. I was told to take pictures and use measuring tape and email pictures, I did everything I was ask to do. After about six weeks I was told the rip did not qualify under there warranty.A business is only as good as their warranty. They will find any excuse not to honor their warranty. Buyers beware!!!Tell me how to send you the pictures and I will. I did this already, but if it will fix the problem I am willing to send pictures to whom ever I need to. Please let me know how and who I need to send pictures to.

This is a general size store for a smaller area. They have about two dozen different mattresses to touch and feel in the store. These of course are generally geared towards the higher end of the offerings. There are some lower priced items however this is not a discount mattress store. They offer top name brands at top tear pricing. The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. I would recommend this location if you are interested in purchasing a new mattress from this type of retailer.

Went looking and to buy a mattress at the furniture store. And was going to go to sleep number, but stopped by Mattress Firm. Christopher (sales) is very knowledgeable and a great listener. He listened to my likes and dislikes. Christopher took the time to get to know the person and in the end found the best mattress for us. Stopping here was the best decision we did. When I first purchased two adjustable frames & mattresses, they were set up. A couple of years later, I was able to purchase a bedroom suite. It was delivered and when they went to pick up the adjustable frame, the legs fell off. It looked like the gentlemen just set the frame on the legs, without screwing them on, and just placed the mattress on it. Hoping it would never be moved. Jeannie at the store took care of it. The gentlemen who delivered the new frame, were perfect. They worked together and made sure not to mark the walls up and made sure the legs were screwed into the frame properly. Hats off to them. Thank you.Hopefully, the 2nd frame is set up properly and not a safety hazard.

Delivery was not on time. Store reps were unable to meet delivery time due to logistical issues in company. Purchased a soft mattress for wife and med soft for me. Due to shipping delays, I settled for two soft mattresses. Although once home, wife liked bed, it could have been a much more pleasant experience.

I ordered headboard with my set of mattresses. First, wrong parts were sent to connect headboard to frame. 2nd, Chris went and bought rails to fix issue (did not work). To this day issue has not been resolved

I ordered a mattress in the box online and needed a box spring for it so I went into the Mattress Firm in Milledgeville, GA. As soon as I walked through the door I was pleasantly greeted by a guy named Chris. I told him my reasons for stopping in and asked if they had the one I ordered in the store to try out. We all know how things go by ordering online. Needless to say, I was not happy with what I had ordered online. After Chris took me around showing me different options, I ended up returning the mattress in the box and opted for the Intellibed Midnight. Jeanie also went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a great deal and even more importantly the bed that I deserve! I gave it most of the trial days to see how my body adjusted to it and if it was the bed for me. Unfortunately, it was not. I am guessing by speaking with the salesmen that it was probably a little too firm for my liking. I went back in with the Sealy Silver Chill Hybrid on my mind. After switching back and forth between the Tempur-pedic and the silver chill in the store, I ended up purchasing the Tempur-pedic Medium Pro-adapt. I chose this mattress based on the fact that I felt with the Silver Chill I would end up getting too hot at night, which would make for an unpleasant night. I finally got the Tempur-pedic delivered and set up (which was super easy and the delivery guys were also awesome! ) and within 10 minutes of bed time, with the massagers on, I was OUT!! From walking in the door, the refund of my online order, the showroom experience I encountered with Chris, to my delivery and set up, I am beyond impressed! The amount of customer service and knowledge of their products Chris and Jeanie both possess is unreal!! I would recommend anyone who is thinking about purchasing a new mattress to go see them first!

The mattress buying was fine but not the delivery they brought the wrong base to our bed so we contacted Chris and he said he will get the right one to us. Well two weeks later they said it would be delivered the delivery person called me from a 855 number . I missed the call because I was at work I tried to call that number back and it won’t go through . We called Chris and he didn’t know where it was. Well Chris called back and the delivery people couldn’t find our house. Chis had them bring it back to mattress firm and said he would get it to us Saturday but my husband had to help him pick it up !! Which is certainly not my husband job to do that . When he brought it to the house he said the delivery man put our mattress on the wrong way. So that whole experience was terrible

I came in wanting something specific, but with Sams (I think) help and expertise, I was able to find something that was befitting for my problems. He was also able to help be pick a nice set for my daughter who has very mild scoliosis. assured me that this was the product for me, and its 2 weeks later, and I couldnt be more satisfied. I have since felt an increase in the number of hours I sleep, and not only that, I sleep with far more ease than when I did with my previous bet set.
