In June of 2018, we purchased a Sun Tracker pontoon from Sinclair Marine. As new lake home owners, we enjoyed discovering all the parts of Lake Sinclair and taking our friends and family on boat rides. Just as our three-year warranty ran out in June, we began to have trouble cranking our boat. This happened days before our long awaited family reunion with forty people expected from five states. Come to find out, the part that was the problem was being recalled and replaced by Mercury. There was no time to order the part and have it installed in time for the reunion. The service department picked up our boat at our dock and towed it to the marina. The guys in the service department heard our dilemma and the came through for us. They had our boat running just in time for our reunion and we couldn’t have been happier! Kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed riding on the boat and getting pulled on the. tube throughout the weekend!My husband just so happened to be looking for a fishing boat. After the kind of service he received at Sinclair Marina, he decided to buy his Bass Tracker fishing boat from Sinclair Marine! If you’re looking to buy a boat from a company who stands behind their product, we recommend Sinclair Marine!

I rented a monterey for 4 hrs for my husbands bday. We had a great time and the Price wqs great in comparison to some other boat rentals we considered at Lake Oconee. The customer service we received from Blake and the rest of the team was great and the boat met our needs and expectations. The online rental process was fairly easy and they also offer military discounts off season but call ahead before booking online for the discount. We will definitely rent from them again. Thanks again for the great customer service.

What could have been a disaster was averted by the cool, calm and professionalism of Ian Carroll. He provided an exceptional customer experience from what could have been a serious misunderstanding. It was such a beautiful place to be. I enjoyed being out in the lake. There are many hidden gems and mini beaches. Plenty of space for water toys. A family place it is. Definitely have to go again.

Went and visited today walked around looked around didnt see what I was looking for so I got some food had the catfish slaw and hushpuppys the food was excellent so I didnt want to leave so I asked a guy he said he worked there think his name was Matt super nice guy he told me what was going on he was trueful withe me I already know what I wanted was easy transition got me a tracker tournament edition withe the 75 max big mercury the wolf among sheep ha ha if you looking for one get it now before they go up had to order mine buts thats fine Im getting me a tournament ready boat dont need AL that big he you got to know how you catch them thanks Sinclair marina

Delivering new boat..... guys were great and fast!

Came in on 07/18/2020 to look around and make a purchase. I did not have an appointment my girlfriend and I were just gonna browse around and see what there is. Once we arrived the door was locked due to COVID. Tim let us in and said it was not busy so we could come in and talk to him. To my surprise the show room was pretty much empty. Tim explained this was due to a lot of people purchasing this season. He still took us in the back of the store and showed us boats that were sold. Tim was so friendly and non pressuring that we decided to place an order for a brand new 2021 party barge 20’. We are still waiting for the boat to get here and can’t be any more excited. Should be here by mid September. Hopefully everything goes well on the pickup day and we get to enjoy our new boat by end of the month!

Worst service ever at this place. Stay away from this place. No phone calls are returned and no one there has a clue about what they are doing and dont care either. I have bought vehicles, motor cycles, atvs, and never had service this useless. should be a no star rating.

Being a first time boat owner i was appreciative for all their help. They told me everything I needed and took great care of me and were very fair with the cost.

Stay away from this place. Horrible service. A bunch of kids work here and no one knows what they are doing. the work if they do any is sloppy and very poor and they do not return phone calls at all.

After storing my boat here for over 3 years I was asked to remove it because I rent my boat out to people that rent my lake house. I didnt ask for anything extra just take the boat and put the boat in real simple. I highly recommend Sunset marina. Save yourself the trouble and find some where else.

Straight up disrespectful. I pull up to the serve department walk up to a locked door and the instruct me to call..... I go grab my phone out the truck and proceeded to call for 5 min while getting rained on while they looked at us through the glass. Got a manager out big goofy looking one and was told that since I wasnt coming to purchase anything I was free to leave..... I would gladly get my boat or jet ski serviced elsewhere because this places human decency is way below average.

We purchased a boat from Sinclair Marina after driving 10 hours to visit them. Sinclair worked with us to gain our business and had great prices. After we made the purchase in Georgia we scheduled delivery to Clemson Marina in South Carolina, a partner marina, for a later date. Once the boat arrived at Clemson we worked with Casey who further delivered the boat to a launch ramp near our home. Casey took us out on the lake, reviewed the boat with us and provided a boat operation and safety lesson mid-winter.We had to wait for a mild day to use the boat and noticed an issue. We notified Casey who responded via email even during the holidays. Although it took time for us to get the boat back to the Marina Casey and Clemson took care of the boat promptly.Clemson and Sinclair Marinas stated they wouldnt sell us a boat and leave us on our own. They kept their word.We are very pleased with the service of both the Marina partners and highly recommend both if you are looking for a boat in the South Carolina or Georgia area.

I own a 97 tracker. So I called my LOCAL tracker dealer here in Milledgeville... where I live... asked could they replace my aireator for livewell. Lady answering the phone took my number and Craig called me back. Said he could sell me the part but could not install bc they don’t work on boats older than a 98... uhh, it’s an aireator.. really???? I could understand if your policy was nothing older than a 98....... on non dealer boats. But you ARE a tracker dealer.. year shouldn’t matter.I decided to give them a try bc Sinclair marina is local to me and I’ve always used JUSTICE MARINE on lake Oconee, but was trying to not have to go that far... No problem Craig, I’ll carry my tracker to justice marine on lake Oconee for a $50 livewell pump. You guys must have plenty of work to turn down such an easy job. I’ll be sure to launch at little river park as well.✌️
