My entire experience was pleasant! Christa went over and beyond to get me and all of my family on the schedule and taken care of. Christa was so great and patient with my son and he loved her. Lauren was very welcoming and had all of my stuff organized and ready at the front desk for a short and simple visit. I felt cared about and comfortable. I won’t go anywhere else!

Excellent staff, Christa and Lauren went above and beyond to help me! They were very detail in explaining the right pair of glasses for me. I broke a pair of my glasses and christa and Lauren did everything to help get them right. I have referred several friends and families.

Loved the new temporary office.. We moved here last year and have been going to see Dr.Ferrel for eye app and office visits and we are very pleased . The new manager Kristen is so nice and friendly. the receptionist is so nice along with rest of staff THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO LOVE THEM !!!!

Hi I went to My Eye Doctor EXACTLY 3 weeks and 2 days ago they said it would be 1 week until I get my glasses well here it is 3 weeks and 2 days later and I still dont have them. Im warning you this place is a NOT OKAY!!!

My EyeDr in Milledgeville was amazing . The staff was friendly and personal . The eye Dr .was informative and kind . They helped with picking out my frames . I was so pleased . They kept everythingclean and sanitized . Thank y’all !!

This is one of the best eye exam I have had!!! The tech I believe her name is christa was amazing and a fun. I loved the fact that the ladies all chipped in to pick out glasses and gave their opinion. I will continue coming to this office!

Great staff. Dr. Ferrell was amazing! He told me a lot of stuff about your eyes, glasses, prescriptions that I didnt even know! And Ive been wearing glasses since kindergarten! He was very helpful, kind, courteous. I highly recommend this place!

Do not!! I repeat, DO NOT give your business to My Eye Dr of Milledgeville!My appointment was at 330 and I was traveling from WarnerRobins so we left with plenty of time to make my appointment. In route we encountered heavy construction so I called and informed (left a voicemail because no one answered) them that I ran into construction work in Macon and will be 10-15 minutes late. When we reached Milledgeville there was construction again close to the My Eye Dr location so I was 17 minutes late instead of 15. The lady that came to the door was rude and stated I could not be seen because I was late. I explained that I called and left a voicemail and she said yeah we got it. I looked bewildered and asked then why did you not call me back and state this over the phone. She said let me get my manager. A second woman comes out I’m assuming she was the manager as neither woman introduced themselves... she states that I was over their 15 minutes grace period and I would have to reschedule. I then asked why did no one mention this 15 minutes grace period rule to me when I clearly spoke to them previously and stated I would be traveling from WarnerRobins. I also asked why there was nothing on their website about this grace period! This woman looks at me and says “Honey it’s common sense”! Oh I held my tongue but did say that it is definitely NOT common sense! She then stated I needed to reschedule or wait around for the next appointment @4 to see if they don’t show up. I said “No ma’am (because my mama taught me manners and was standing right there) I don’t NEED to give you my business and I will find somewhere better. Good Day!

Myeyedr is a very compassionate office, from the time you set an appointment til you pick up your glasses, the staff is very informative in their knowledgeable of eye care. Great service and definitely recommend.

Loved the staff so friendly and down to watch not like other places just to get a dollar they cared about my needs and wants and Kristen is awesome at helping with glasses very educated

Was able to get appointment at last min they worked me in and was great customer service they have my family and my business from now on great job

Loved how the exam was even tho it took alittle time, if i wouldnt have waited i would have not found out i was diabetic as early as dr ferrel caught it couldnt be happier with the staff and doctor i highly recommend

Here they provide a one-on-one type of customer assistance. The care the was taken to provide individualized attention, made this one of the best optometry appointments Ive had.

My appointment was at 9:00 AM the doctor still had not arrived at 9:20 AM what a waste of time. I will not be back everyone’sTime is important

The worst medical office I have ever been to. The office is outdated and ugly. The wait times are ridiculous and most of the employees look like they just rolled out of the bed and reek of cigarettes. I brought my elderly mother here it will be the last time. If I could give A zero start I would.
