I went to have my hearing tested. I did not have to wait long before I was called in. The audiologist was courteous and efficient. She explained the results of my test and set my appointment for next year. I was in and out in less than an hour. Good experience!

AHA was able to see me on the same day, for what turned out to be a very difficult ear wax removal. Not only was the audiologist careful and thorough, but only charged for a single ear as the other was quick and easy. Five stars!

Magnificent. If you purchase a hearing aid realize that you are forming an ongoing relationship with the seller. For better or worse. This will determine your success or failure. I’ve used aids for 2 decades. These folks are far and above any other experience. Others were good, they are above GREAT.

They were very respectful and understanding while tending to my 6 yr old who has ADHD, anxiety, and Chiari type 1 malformation. As a mother with a child that is so hyperactive, and so extreme with emotions and anxiety, its a great relief going into a doctors office or anywhere and feeling like your child will receive the best care and attention and respect just like the child that doesnt demand so much patience. They didnt get rude at all with my child even when he was having difficulty staying calm or sitting still. They matched his enthusiasm, and explained not only to myself but also to this child in terms where he understood what was going on and it gave him a sense of safety and trust knowing, hey they are walking me through each step of this so Im not blindsided. Simple tasks for other children can be so mentally and physically tiring for a child and their parent that has little quirks like my son, so I highly recommend this office to other parents.

Was impressed with the staff and my appointment. The explanation of my results was detailed. I was very satisfied with my visit. The time spent with me was excellent. Unfortunately I will be unable to purchase the recommended hearing aids due to budget constraints and the high price tag. Other than that would highly recommend.

I have severe hearing loss and loud ringing in my ears. It was hard for me to hear, especially when the AuD spoke to me while wearing her mask. I was there for a VA visit. The equipment used created sounds of variations for which I could not make out because of my hearing condition. I think the AuD felt somewhat irritable because my hearing was not where she felt the range ought to be. I did not like how I felt when I departed the facility. Ive since had my primary care physician refer me to a major healthcare facility to have an AuD conduct a complete hearing examination to reassure me of my next health decisions.

I have been very satisfied with the service I have received. The staff are very professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable and at ease in addressing any hearing issues I have. They have done an excellent job of addressing all my concerns. I am quite happy with my hearing aids.

Well, today I had 4 children that had appointments at Hearing Associates. Today, I had 2 14-year olds, a 17 and 18 year that were seen at this location. Mind you, we have been here many times before but it wasnt until the old doctors left that we started to have problems but today took the cake. My childrens father, paternal grandmother, brother and several other siblings have hearing loss and wear hearing aids as well and grandmother and older brother are legally deaf. Well, todays visit was basically a check up to see the doctor(every 6 months) to get a hearing test and check on hearing aids of course. Well, my 18 year-old son had his hearing test and thought that he was about done and just waiting on hearing aids to be cleaned and fixed and low and behold they are telling him to come to another room and didnt offer to tell him for what. Then Dr. Pritchett comes in and wants to do another hearing test. While giving my son verbal words to repeat, she insinuates that he can hear more than he is letting onto repeatedly which at this point really angered my son. I know that you can hear me or I know you hear what I am saying. My son came home not wanting to ever go back and didnt get his hearing aids turned up because he was so frustrated. My daughter was also tested 3 times. This is uncalled for and I would consider it cruel and unusual punishment for teenagers. Their father has what I would call deteriorating hearing loss and of course they are experiencing it as well so why do they need to lie? What child wants to wear hearing aids if they dont have to. Smh I digress.

All are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, and friendly. Audio hearing techs rock! ;)
