Nathan is by far the best around. I have used several other companies in MILLEDGEVILLE over the years. Nathan and his crew are very punctual and courteous. They show up when they say they are and back up their work. He doesnt try and sell you unnecessary equipment and services. I highly recommend them for new installs and service!!!!

Excellent company to use for A/C repairs! They took my call at 7:20 am and by 10:30 am they were working on my unit! The gentleman that came was Nathan Baugh. He was very nice, professional, explained everything that needed to be done, had everything he needed for repairs and was through within the hour. (Also gave me a discount; you can’t best that!) You won’t regret calling them for your a/c or Hvac system repairs.

Exceptional customer service. Nathan himself come out a few times to make sure what was told needed to be done is what needed to be done. When things didnt match up, plans were changed and measured and reset quickly. All calls and concerns were answered quickly. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

Nathan came to my home to give an estimate. We spoke about a date and I told him to put me down for the next available slot. He advised that would be the second week in July. The week before work was due to start, I called his office to find out times etc so that I could arrange my schedule. The lady in the office tells me that she doesnt see my name or address on the board. She would have to call me back. Nathan never called. He emailed me that it was a miscommunication. He tried to convince ME that I was mistaken. Bad business. I know what was said. Fact was according to his office I wasnt scheduled. I guess they forgot. I had waited 3 weeks at that point and he wanted to push me out another 3 weeks. UPDATE: Within 5 minutes of this post Nathan called me directly cussing at me saying this review will come off. He was screaming so loudly and cussing at much that I hung up on him. Crazy!

Nathan was more than willing to work with me. He was able to get my AC working in a timely manner and I am so happy!!! I will use him from now on. The guys who work for him are respectful and just as knowledgeable. Dont go anywhere else!!

I highly recommend this company. We are remodeling our cabin on the lake so I called three companies to come out and give me a price. One company never called back, one company gave me two different appointment times but never showed up. Nick Baugh schedule an appointment with me on a Saturday and they came out right on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed all new duct work, returns and a new system. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

The Nathan Baugh Crew was EXCELLENT!!! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very fair pricing and maximum attention to detail. Let me tell you how we know this: We live in an older home and converted our old unit to a brand-new unit, but the unit stayed on all the time and our electric bill was enormous. The bedroom was so hot that it was hard to sleep. We could not understand why a large new unit was not preforming until we finally decided to look under the house and saw what the other guys had done. It was HORRIBLE. Debris from the old duct-work was everywhere and there were open holes that were sending the air under the house instead of inside. It was only cold under the house!!! We knew we had to have help right away. We called other companies but once they came out to look at what needed to be done to correct the mess, they would not call us back. We knew we were in trouble. Then we called Nathan Baugh Heating & Cooling. Greg came to see us that same day. He was so kind and professional and knew exactly what needed to be done and we made the appointment. Davey and Jarret came out and worked nonstop all day. They installed the correct duct-work, made all the repairs needed, removed all the old debris and installed the proper returns in our home. Now the unit only comes on a few times a day and the house is finally cool!!! We cannot express how HAPPY we are with the job they did and the price we paid!!! No more high power bills for us!!! Nathan and Greg both spoke with me and listened that I wanted their best recommendations for my home. They listened to changes I wanted in the location of the unit and gave me their opinion on the best unit for my home and placement I want could be done. They helped with financing and were able to get it done quickly and started installing the unit. The quality of work they did with changes made for the new unit to install showed that they were professionals. They were responsive to any questions and concerns. The worked late installing the unit and had to build boxes for my 2 returns and did a greater job than expected showing the quality of their work. Greg was constantly checking on the work being done and made sure it was done above and beyond his and Nathans expectations. My unit was put in over the summer and has worked better than I expected heating and cooling my home. I had an issue recently and called Nathan and it was fixed 4 hours of my call and they did a check on my system and no issue found. They even gave me 2 filters which I was fixing to put new ones in. I cant say enough for the quality of work they did. Their response to returning any call I made and honest answers given and value of work done. I made the right decision after speaking with Nathan and Greg and let them put my new heating and air unit in and working with them. They did a great job better than expected and will recommend them.

My AC quit early on a Saturday morning. Not only did I get an immediate answer, they made a early evening visit to fit me in, mindful that I have an elderly person in my household. My whole system was damaged beyond simple repair, and they made sure we were comfortable with loaner window units until they could arrange to replace my system. Our old A/C system lived a good, long life, but we knew that we could only patch it so many times before it died. When the inside of the house reached 85 and all my chocolate started melting, I knew it was time to call Nathan Baugh Heating and Cooling. Greg came out and had a look and walked us through our options. Although I admit that there was a bit of sticker shock when he gave us a quote, it was definitely a competitive and reasonable rate. The crew came in and worked on removing our old system and duct work (which was a big mess!) quickly and efficiently. They took care to make sure that the new system and duct work were not only installed properly but also looked nice and clean. The before and after pictures of my crawl space are amazing, and Im glad that they were able to capture it on video before they got started! Although the transformation under the house was incredible, the difference in the house is amazing as well. Although it didnt change much visually, the feeling of a well-regulated system keeping the house at just the right temperature seems almost miraculous. In the 5 years that weve been in this house, it was never really cool until now! I am so thankful that we chose to make an investment in a good system and a great company. Family is great but they are not as reliable, professional or do the quality work that Nathan and his crews do.The first 2 techs that came out on a busy holiday weekend were professional courteous and above all knowledgeable. They were diligent in finding the issues and providing a range of choices for going about getting it resolved. there were no hire pressure sales tactics used.I could not be happier with their service. I would highly recommend them if you are in the Lake Country

We had a previous company come out and add refrigerant and the unit kept tripping the breaker. Three visits later and a new fan motor it still had issues. The guy wouldnt come out. So we called Nathans. Apparently the first company overloaded our unit with too much refrigerant which the tech recognized immediately. Greg was very knowledgeable and helpful. He instantly found the issue and fixed it. He cleaned the coils on the condenser. He added sealant to fix our leaks. He explained how to maintain my unit. I am super satisfied with him! I will definitely call him for any future services and highly recommend him!!! Extremely professional and polite!! Im ecstatic with the service!!

They installed a new outside unit (including digging out and replacing the concrete platform) and the inside unit, with a lot of duct connections, including a new return upstairs. I wanted to share with yall my experience. I was having issues with my AC unit. I called Nathan Baugh Heating and Cooling and Greg Harper answered the phone. He came out to my house that very day and looked at my AC. Greg did everything he could to fix my issue and he told me he could put a new motor in, but suggested I put that money towards a newer unit. Greg was not there to force me into buying anything. He simply suggested it and I trusted his opinion. NB H&C hauled off my old busted AC, and the old nasty ducts. They designed my new ducts for maximum performance and I could not be more happy with the way it turned out. Ive lived in this house for 15 years and it has never been as comfortable as it is now. I wish I could remember the two young mens names that worked on the ducts. They were professional in every sense of the word, patient and kind. After everything was finished Greg got in touch just to make sure I was happy with everything. These guys go above and beyond. Youll not be disappointed.

Had a 1.5 Ton upstairs unit that went out when I had a renter. Within one day, he had it replaced in my attic, outside unit, and thermostat. We have an old heat pump unit that has been giving us problems over the years, and no one has been able to fix it permanently. It would be fixed for a time, then the same thing would break. Nathan and his crew fixed it, and it broke again. Nathan went to the trouble of contacting the manufacturer and found out that the part was very specialized and only the specific part from the company would work. He ordered the part and fixed our unit the second time free of charge. He also fixed our thermostat that had been improperly installed. Nathan and his boys are Incredible. I was pregnant last summer and came home from work that day to find out unit completely out in a house we had just bought. We called Nathan and he had guys at my house addressing the issue within the hour. The crew was supposed to be getting off work when I called, but stayed over (and with a great attitude I might add) to ensure they addressed my issue and was able to be comfortable. The problem was not able to be fixed right away due to having to order parts, but Nathan went out of his way to make sure I had a temporary unit so we would be comfortable until the part arrived. I have always been impressed with the professionalism that the boys of Nathan Baugh Heating & Air possess.
