Sonia Patel is one of the rudest people I have ever meet. I dropped off an Amazon return with the older man that works there. He took the jeans and the box they were in. Gave me the tracking number. Everything was fine. Two days later the package is delivered back to my house. The label back to Amazon was never put on the box. Brought the box with the jeans back. The lady that helped me was nice, but didn’t know what to do. Sonia stepped in and took the jeans out of the box all mad. Like it was my fault. I wasn’t even mad. I just wanted to jeans to go back to Amazon. Then she gives me box back to me. I said I don’t want that. She says we don’t keep boxes here. We package it ourselves. I said well the mad that helped me kept it. She said well we don’t keep them. I said everyone needs to be on the same page that work here. She was just like yeah whatever. I said well can I have some proof that I dropped these off with you today? She said no. Keep in mind my jeans are just sitting on the counter. No label attached to them or anything. I said I need some proof that shows I brought them back. She said the tracking number on your receipt where you brought them in before. I said but the jeans haven’t been checked back in to the store. The tracking number says they are at my house. She shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. So I wrote down her name, the time, the date, and where the jeans were on the counter before I left. Well worth the drive to another town. She has no people skills, even with the customer is being friendly. Never go to this store.

As an Amazon drop off, the people at the counter do not explain why they cant take packages back. If everything is perfect they take the package but if there is some small thing wrong, they do not explain what is needed. Over and over this is happening. Seems as a small business in a small town that service would be better. Maybe if the owner or UPS read this they can work to train their people to be helpful.

The older man who is there most days is so rude every single time I’ve been in there. I rushed home after work and back to the UPS to make it before they closed and he wouldn’t take my stuff because he couldn’t scan my QR code on the third try. I tried to turn up my brightness, make it bigger, but he wouldn’t even try to scan. I will be going back because I don’t want to drive all the way to Macon to ship something, but if there were any other options a bit closer I would not be coming back.

The owner, Patel is the last name, I believe, is a friendly enough woman. However, on the three occasions I have had to drop-off packages and she has been the contact person, she has absolutely manhandled my packages. She doesnt simply drop them on the floor from counter height, but puts some effort behind it, forcing them onto the floor, if you will. Today, I dropped off 12 packages that cost me around $300 in shipping charges and had a combined value of around $2,000, and watched in horror as she all but threw package after package onto the floor as I handed them across the counter to her. At around package #8, I said You know, those are kind of fragile. She replied oh, OK. and continued as if I hadnt said a word. I realize that that my packages suffer God-knows-what kind of handling once they are out of my sight, but is terribly disconcerting seeing them being poorly handled before my very eyes. I will also add that in general, the store is understaffed, painfully slow, and rudeness isnt out of the ordinary. I just was made aware that the CVS on South Wayne, and on North Columbia both are drop-off points, so I will be choosing one of those options in the future. You should, too...unless youre the kind of person who likes slow, poor service served with a side of indifference. I will not be back.

Woo! This was the first Monday, mid-morning trip here. And, whoa! Was I surprised to see the crowd!There were 8 people ahead of me. And, only 1 clerk. So, it took awhile before I was able to drop-off my prepayed package to return to Amazon.For sure, never again, will I go here late on a Monday morning.Also, whats disappointing, not only is this the only UPS store in Millegeville, they relocated from a more central location, to a near North edge of town (further to drive for most Mville residents)

The people that own this store are crooked They overcharge for a book of stamps,I was charged $14.99 and they are suppose to be $11.60!They also charge you for a piece of shipping tape,so bring your own, you can buy a whole roll for what they charge you.I will be going out of my way to another Ups store because I don’t want to deal with people that rip you off like that

Horrible customer service. The man who is in their most days is rude to everyone. He charges for things like taping up a box, but won’t tell you the fee until after taking the packages and checking you out. The customer should be informed that there is a charge for taping up boxes prior to check out. I have never been to a UPS where they charge for that. He also will yell at you for not wearing a mask and refuses to serve you otherwise, and is even more rude if you came in without one. Won’t be going back.

Purchased a notary and my document required two signatures from notary and was charged for three and three more for a witness from a fellow employee. I knew I was overcharged, but I was in a rush so I just paid. I was reluctant to go back to store, but I went back and had to return an item to amazon. Amazon stated that I had to pay for the return and it would cost $26. I had to pay $65 for the return. I did not argue with them. I just decided that I would not use this store anymore. They set their own prices after the price is set. Beware. I was overcharged twice. I will never be overcharged by them again. I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option.

Horrible customer service, if you walk in without a mask, they yell at you. They don’t offer masks to their customers(hence they’re not very concerned). Employee was in the middle of a customer transaction and answers personal cell phone.

The guy is very rude. I forgot my mask but covered my face with my shirt i had already been in line for 15 mins. Went in today with a mask no line but didnt have my strings on my ears but yet my i was co eted by mask and my hand and he wouldnt do my package cause i guess it takes two hands to place a package down. He has been very rude every time i went in i will not go back. If i to drive an hr out my way i will just so i do no have to go in that store again. If i could rate it no stars i would.

Man screams at me for opening door without a mask on.Have a label from an insurance company to send package, same man shows me it will cost an additional $3.00 for him to scan and print a label. I asked are you kidding UPS just lost a customer and will not be back in this store USPS has its faults but this store for UPS is definitely the worst I have ever had to deal with even at old location in Milledgeville

Been to this store only twice, both times waited on by same old black man. He’s extremely rude and unfriendly. Reading the comments, I’m not alone in this experience. Why would you keep these people on staff?? Lost my business.

The main guy who works there is so incredibly slow and doesn’t seem to know how to do much. It’s the only option aside from USPS in this town really so it’s a necessary evil to deal with it but overall I avoid it as much as I can

Because I am older citizen I expect good service, polite attitude, and competency most of which are missing in many establishments today therefore, I hesitated going to this UPS store to do an Amazon return after reading the bad reviews.NO PROBLEM at this UPS! I was immediately served by a curteous, polite young lady named Brooke who was also efficient and knowledgeable. Need I add that she is competent? She should be the manager! Excellent experience.

Worst service I’ve ever had in my life in Milledgeville Ga. The man at the front desk was very rude and wouldn’t let me deliver my package. It was from my grandmother’s doctor and had everything it needed to deliver it. He said it had to be her to take it in there. My grandmother is not able to go out in public because she is sick.

I had to get a fingerprint for my job. I went to the UPS store in Milledgeville Georgia and there was one customer ahead of me. I am handicapped and walk with a cane. I waited until the customer ahead of me was finished and proceeded to the counter. Before I could say anything Ms. Patel looked at my document in my hand and said you have to wait just a moment. She said it takes a while for fingerprints. She helped the customer and as I stood there, I asked her did she have a chair. She pointed up to the front of the store where there was a stool in front of the computer. I waited until she finished with the customer. In the meantime another customer walks in. As she was finishing up with the previous customer, I went to the counter for her to assist me. Once again she looked past me an asked another customer could she help them. I asked her are you going to take another customer in front of me? She said fingerprinting takes longer and I would have to wait. The young lady proceeded to tell her that she was new in town and just wanted to drop off a resume. She took the resume and proceed to turn around to assist me. She then tells me to follow her to the front of the store where the fingerprint machine is. Like a robot she proceeds to tell me the process. I am very upset by now and I asked her if ten customers came in here before you waited on me, would I have to wait? She said yes that was the policy. Packages and mail came before fingerprint. I was so upset that the fingerprinting would not properly work. I asked her was this the policy of the store or UPS. She stated that was the UPS policy. I told her that I would really need to take that up with the UPS corporate. She proceeded to tell me that I could take my business to Macon or Atlanta if I was not satisfied. Why would I want to go to Macon or Atlanta when there is a UPS store right here in my city? She was very rude and mechanical and had no regard for my well-being. Although this is the only UPS store in Milledgeville, it gives them no right to treat people the way they do.

Be aware that they have moved to across Columbia Ave from the Kroger. UPS is in between Childre and the Toyota dealer. Still good service, just new location. Google still has old address.

Wanted to pick up some USPS free supplies and was told it would be $1 per piece. I needed 6 forms that the postal service provides to them free of charge. I was not asking them to provide me any type of service, for which I would gladly pay, just needed 6 blank forms. Went to the post office down town and picked them up for free. This speaks of the integrity of some business owners in our great country! Making a 100% profit off free supplies from the USPS.

Do not use this UPS store location. The UPS store is a franchised chain, and this store is not owned by people with integrity or a working understanding of proper customer service. They attempted to charge the employee picking up a print order for an order that was already paid for online at the time of ordering. They refused to produce the documents, until the employee provided our online receipt. The order was not completed properly, and once they had corrected the error, they attempted to charge me again! I am not surprised at all that they tried to charge for free forms, as cited by another reviewer here. I have never been treated this way by another UPS Store. Dont waste your time and money here.

This place is a RIP-OFF. Never use this place again. My dad passed away on 12/23/18. My nephew and his wife stayed at my house during this time because they live in WV. They left their 2 pillows and 2 blankets at my house when they headed back home. when I realized it, I immediately went to The UPS Store and had it shipped to them. The girl, Brooke, told me it would be $30.00 plus and then when I told her it was going to a P O Box she said that it was going to be a little more. It was supposed to be sent as Priority Mail and she said it would arrive on Dec. 31, 2018. It is January 4th, 2019 and the package is STILL IN TRANSIT!!!! I called The UPS Store on 1/3/19 and the guy said that I would need to talk to the Post Office about the cost of shipping and it still not reaching its destination. I called the Post office and explained everything. He said he would look into it. He then, comes to my work today 01/04/19 and tells me that the post office was only paid $21.30 for this package. THE UPS STORE RIPPED ME OFF FOR $27.26 THE UPS STORE CHARGED ME A TOTAL OF $48.56 THE DAY I WENT IN TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO MY NEPHEW. WHAT A RIPOFF

I had to download a pdf at 11am on october 21st 2019. Went to the milledgeville store.I dealt with Sonja Patel she was fantastic as always. Greeted me with a smile, asked in the most pleasant voice how could she help. She took excellence care of my situation. I will continue to go to this ups store! Thank you for all your help. Frank..... UPDATE!!!!! Needed to make multiple copies. Again Sonia patel, greeted me upon arrival. She had 2 other customers ahead of me. Gave them her undivided attention. What a joke of customer service. I grew up here but no longer live in the state. I went on Black Friday to mail a painting back to my new home. I checked the Black Friday hours prior to going. Black Friday hours are open until 7 pm. I showed up at 4:55 pm and was told they couldn’t help me because they had decided to already close the register. I explained how I’m only in town once a year and needed to mail this. They told me sorry and I could try going to Macon. I’ll be sure my family will no longer service this business. Arriving 2 hours and 5 mins prior to closing and won’t help. What a joke!

So I had a package mailed down from New York before I came home for the holidays and I was told it would be here by December 28th. On the 28th only one of the packages arrived and the other did not come. I checked the tracking number and it said an attempt was made but thats a lie because someone has been here for the past week and no one attempted to deliver the package. And here we are, the next business day and no one has come with the package
