Very poor customer service and communication. My initial spa purchase was simple but the company uses a third party delivery service which did not contact or communicate with me at all as to my delivery time, fortunately I was home when they showed up. Then I ordered replacement filters from them because they are an unusual size. I ordered on 5/26, payment processed on 6/11, items still not received by 6/25. After no response to email requests for updates on my order, I finally got through to customer service by phone and was told that the filters are on an indefinite back order. If you are thinking of purchasing a spa or spa accessories, I would not use this company.

This place did not exist at this location. The number on the website and the number listed are different. It goes to an 1800 customer service number . No one seems to have a good number for this store I was given the number to the Chattanooga store. This was disappointing seeing that we drove to another city for it not to exist.
