Usually good selection of athletic and casual shoes. Not big selection of dress shoes. Price are comparable to other chain stores

We came in looking to buy at least 3 pairs of shoes maybe a 4th pair just for the sale. My 6 year old son was begging to use their restroom one sales woman was very polite said she had to ask the other one with orange hair was unbelievable rude and said they for no reason at all will allow him to use their restroom. He is a child not a grown adult who can hold it!!! I will tell everyone I know not to go to that store. All the other rack rooms we have been to have allowed my child to use their restroom. That woman was a pathetic excuse for someone who works with the public!!!

Some cool prices on shoes for everyone. Right now but one pair 2nd pair half off. Got to go back found some walking sneakers cheaper than anywhere else so far and there pretty too. Thumbs up for The Rack Room in Millington

The shoes we went in to buy only had one shoe in the boxes. When I asked if we could try both shoes on to know if we liked the way they felt on our feet before purchase, we were told no. We could only try on the one and would be given the other at checkout.

Manager was rude about returning a pair of shoes. The shoe she checked when I returned the shoes was the one I got from display and seemed slightly dirty but wiped right off. The other shoe was very clean. I had to buy the display shoe because it was the last in my size. I didnt even put the shoes on at my house. I explained that it hurt my feelings that she accused me of wearing them when I didnt. She proceeded to be very rude and had a very hateful and condescending tone. I will not buy from there again!

Good selection and clean facilities (for now at least), but if you are a teenager of any kind, your own money or not, you will be cross-examined. I had staff members constantly asking financial questions and follow me around the store. It was a hostile feeling environment.
