I love supporting local businesses! the professionalism and attention to detail this shop provides is second to none. Had a double din Pioneer deck installed and windows tinted on a 2007 and 2020 Altima and soon a 2018 Colorado and 2012 Kia Sorento. Will only come to this place for all my car audio/tint needs in Memphis.

Love my new stereo. After installation I check the stereo, at first I was so confused and dont know how to operate it and I was going to take it back to uninstall the new stereo to replace the original factory radio back in and Lisa and Victor that works in store told me to read the instructions and I did read it and I follow every directions how to use my new stereo AND I love it. Thank you Lisa and Victor for your advice.

OMG!!! I normally dont write reviews but this business and job was OUTSTANDING! Very trust worthy, knowledgeable, and great customer service. All of them treated us like family and even worked overtime 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday to get us all hooked up. I cant say enough for this great business. I will recommend them to anyone. To bad every business is not like inside out. They were AWESOME!!!! Nice work.

What can I say about Inside Out, Vic and his staff? They are AWESOME. I brought my Kia Forte into the shop to have some car audio stuff taken care of. I made an appointment and the car was taken to the install bay asap. I had a feeling it would be a little difficult because of the car it is, but Vic was able to knock the sound system out of the ballpark. He didnt stop working until it was finished. The secretary that works the front desk called me and kept me up to date as well as Vic. The customer service is top notch, probably the best Ive ever experienced. Not only was the service great and the install, but the prices were cheaper than most places, but the quality of work was awesome. This will be the only car audio place I go to if I ever decide to get something else done. Vic and his crew are very knowledgeable and not one door panel or interior piece was scratched up. they take care of the vehicle and stand by their amazing work. Thank you guys! 5+ stars in my book. You guys rock!

Ive only been here once but they have good prices. It was early 2000s. Ive always loved sounds waves cause its close to my house but I think Im gonna give these gentlemen another try Im sure Ill be treated like Ive been coming in for years and for that reason theyll have a life time customer. Will update later with my experience.

I have been to Insideout three times this year and I am a big fan. I originally went looking for a hands free stereo for my teenage sons truck. That was one of the best investments Ive ever made. Very nice place to visit if your looking to get some good audio service done. Fast and friendly people with good costumer service. I bypass at least 5 to 7 other audio places to come here everytime cause I know it will be done right.

Absolutely the best car audio and customization shop around! I live about an hour away and I will gladly make that trip every time I have an issue with my system or if Im looking for upgrades! Its a great mom and pop shop that makes you feel valued and is willing to work with you on anything you have, they was even so nice as to come in on their off day and solve my issue free of charge! Granted it was just a simple wiring issue, but still he took the time out of his day to make sure I was taken care of. They care about their customers and was even trying to help me out through Facebook when I couldnt get it to work. I will forever respect them and see them when Im in town just to check on whats new and see what I can do for my truck. Plus theyre cheaper than most of these big time audio shops!

Let me be honest. Sometimes I dont think right. After installing a nice system in my new truck, it wasnt quite what I hoped for. I went back to Vick and Lisa and said I wasnt happy. Vick told me that he would do everything in his power to make me happy. You know what.. he did it. Inside Out went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. A company that does that deserves a 5 star rating. Ill be using them again.

Vic at Inside Out the the best!!! And Ms Lisa is super also, great group of people, I wont go anywhere else for any of my stereo needs. They also do window tint,detail and led lights on Bikes cars and whatever you want. The best!!
