Disgusting. Just a filthy place. So nasty. Please clean. It is dirty from top to bottom. Not impressed with products. Appeared that no organic was available either. Some funky plastic bottles on a table passing for customer disinfecting. Nothing came out of them and the tops were for pushing on and filthy too. I got out of there as fast as possible. It was my first and last time that I will go to that awful place. I bathed and washed my clothes as soon as I got home and disinfected the souls of my shoes. Yes, it IS that nasty.

As many staff members they had their it should have been fully stocked and cleaner. The cashier was very friendly. I work in retail and maybe I shouldnt expect what can be done. I just know what needed to be done. I understand that they may not get the same product but they didnt have anything that was shown on line. My grandson did find things for him. So this wasnt the one Ill go to if needed something unless I know they have it.

Pleasant employees and had the shelves stocked so they had everything I needed

I actually work here and management is horrible they like to yell at employees in front of customers and when they get the employees alone they like to discriminate a person who had a learning disability they also like to come outside and cuss customers outside in a parking lot im sorry but if you want a job please dont come here

Absolutely the BEST Dollar Tree we’ve ever been to. We liked our visit there so much (March 5, 2021), that we drove 14 miles/24 minutes to go back the next week. (Yes, we passed the Dollar Tree a mile from our house, and another one 5 miles from our house to shop at the Millington store.) We have been to quite a few in the Memphis area, and across the state of Tennessee, and this one is great. The shelves were fully stocked, the whole store was neat and orderly, and all the clerks were fast and helpful. When the line got more than three people, the manager came over and opened a new line; imagine that!! Usually there is one looooooong line and you wait for quite a while to get checked out (at most Dollar Trees.) We don’t know what the manager is doing, but keep up the fantastic job! While we don’t live near Millington, this will be our go-to place to shop whenever we need a Dollar Tree item. Thanks for being a FANTASTIC place to shop!

The manager is the rudest person... I don’t care what’s going in your store, you treat your customers with respect. Going to your store is a choice that I will not be making again!! just because something broke on the other side of the store, somebody left a whole buggy full buggy in the middle of the store, and your employees called doesn’t give you the right to take out on customers.. as a matter of fact as a customer I shouldn’t even know what going on with your employees!! GROW UP AND BECOME A ADULT AND ACT LIKE A MANAGER INSTEAD OF A CHILD!!!

Just left there my daughter ask them do they have some tissue ans the lady told herit will be 30 minutes before they finish unloading the truckit wasnt 5 minutes and when seen a white man come out with tissue. So i told her to go back in store and all the white people had all the tissue. Please share we all in need. Put a limit on the tissue please everywhere.

Well stocked! Friendly staff in & out quickly

Came in to a long line with the poor girl asking for help at the register and all the other employees ignoring her. Lady dropped a jar and pickle juice and glass shattered everywhere. Again the employee at the register asking for assistance as everyone else working continued to ignore her. So all of us customers did the best we could to help her. I also notified an employee on standby about the glass and spill and she gave me a dirty look and proceeded to ignore the situation. Obviously moral at the place is at a low. I as a previously working in customer service and as a human being would never had allowed the elderly to clean up the mess and let my co workers and team down when needing assistance.

Hey all my single fathers out there . Hands down the best spot for your kids to get great goodies and toys.. Thats all for just a ($ 1.00) dollar. Trust me, My 3 year old daughter and I stop by on a daily just for the toys and Arts and stickers and many many more great things they have to offer for just a( $1.00) Dollar, and the Half Off Sales!!( oh boy). It gives her something to work up to saving her Pennys just to go. And a way of teaching your kids the volume of a penny. 😁😀 So everybody . A hundred Pennys is what? Say it loud. Dollar 🌲.

Associates not very friendly today. Two lines open with over 5 customers in each line. Ill give them a pass on that because it seemed everyone was pre-Valentines shipping for balloons & stuff. They do have plenty of balloons & other Valentines Day stuff. Staff has to be more friendly during the tough times & there is no point having 5 or 6 registers when only 1 or 2 will be open during a rush.

Was charged multiple times for 1 item, the cashier wasnt paying any attention.

This is probably my favorite Dollar Tree, it has spacious aisles, clean and so much to to look at. Cashiers are always friendly too.

Store looks a whole lot better than what Ive seen it in the past a lot more stock out on the shelves the manager is working real hard to clean it up and fill it up you can tell theyre making a difference by the look of the store I remember when it looked completely empty and I thought it was being closed because nobody cared the manager and all the employees there deserve a well done a raise or something

Clean. Good service. Large product stock. Many name brand leaders. Sometimes shelves empty, yet is stocked back fairly quickly.

Staff always greet you at the door! Very helpful!!! What they dont have they will see if they can order it for you! The store is always clean and good atmosphere!

We went here from out of town actually out of state and I couldnt believe how friendly the people were every worker in their spoke to me actually carried on a conversation with me and was extremely polite.

Great customer service

Its always a mess of boxes throughout the aisles any time of day with no employees in the immediate area, which is a hazard to both employees and customers. So many shelves are consistently completely empty, Im not sure why but its strange.

Was looking for Holoween decorations, found everything for a great price. Walmart didnt have simple decks like spider web and tombstones Got my Dollar Tree fright on at a fraction of the cost of other places.
