The past 2 visits Ive gotten my favorites, bubble gum and chocolate chip cookie dough, but rarely find more than 3 or four pieces of bubblegum and only 3-4 chunks of cookie dough in my paper cup. Recipe hasnt changed, still delicious, but where are the multiple pieces of bubblegum and cookie dough? Are they cutting costs? Feel cheated!

My service was great… but the outside of the building really needs to be cleaned up badly. There are long weeds all over the outside of the store makes the store look like complete trash.

I got the Snickers milkshake and it was really good. The service was pretty good.

Went here for shakes but it was basically all milk. Thanks for the sugar milk but Id prefer some ice cream in it. Watch where you drive its pot hole city in the parking lot.

So i went there to buy a pralines milk shake and the lady said we dont have anymore pralines icecream. And then I pointed out to her that there was a NEW container in the freezer. Then she said, that they could not give me that icecream because they had to take out the icecream and let it sit for a while. I dont know why they would ley it sit if its icecream it has milk!. In the end, i got no icecream. Dont lie to customers in their face!!

Employees fast friendly n always great

It would get more but the Employees want to rush people and are very very rude.went in at 6 today.they put pressure on the cone to where it wants to break.

Im all my years going there Ive never been shorted what I buy there. But this evening I wanted 2 scoops and 1 pint only to basically get 2 scoops in a paper cup and 2 scoops in a plastic cup IM VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!

Had a Strawberry milkshake. It was ok. Their flavor choices were heavy on the side of things that I didnt even want to try a sample of. This was my first time at this branch so it may be popular flavors for this area.

This place is a joke! They charged me twice for the same order. I brought my receipt along with my bank statement that clearly shows the double charge and they are giving me the run around on getting my money back. Between this experience and the last one in which we found blond hair in our ice cream we will never visit this establishment again.

Love this place

No doubt, the best all around ice cream place near Atoka TN. Great prices, delicious flavors, healthy yogurt options, and some of the kindest staff you’ll ever meet. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner on my trip, and she was one of the kindest employees I’ve ever met at any establishment. I would choose ice cream from this Baskin Robins over Dairy Queen, McDonald’s, and Sonic any day.

Our favorite place to get birthday cakes

Normally I would give this Baskin-Robbins a 5 star rating except for the last time my family went there. There were a couple of teenage girls working and they were extremely rude to us but some younger girls (maybe friends of theirs) and they were laughing and talking to them and served them before us. Maybe they need some customer service classes.
