No high pressure selling, friendly people who want to help you find the home of your dreams.

We recently got approved for a loan to have our dream home. Everyone we have dealt with from Dick Moore Homes have been absolutely wonderful. We had no idea about buying a home. But they were so helpful and super nice. Ms Michelle walked us through everything. We honestly felt like family. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a home to get your home from Dick Moore Homes!!

Very straight-forward. I have always loved the floor plans used in prefabricated homes. Very little wastefulness in the layout. Every corner counts and is accessible. But the price difference between prefab and stick-built has almost dwindled to nothing. So I was disappointed with that.

When it comes to paying your bill and working out deals with them, I cant fault them for anything because theyre always willing to work with you. But theyre not exactly the friendliest Bunch either. You buy a trailer from them in 2 weeks later, theyve already forgotten your name and they dont even know who you are. Thats not how you treat a customer. Especially a customer to put $40,000 down on a $60,000 trailer and finance the remaining value of it for the next 15 years of their life. And when you walk in to say hello, the very people that you spent time with and sign the contracts with and got to know, dont even remember who you are and cant even call you by name. After I get done paying for this trailer, I will never do business with these people again. Only one person in that place, knows me by name and his name is RC. I respect the heck out of that man cuz he does whatever he possibly can to make sure, despite my situation, is always willing to work with me then went over to make sure I get my payments made. RC goes out of his way to help me. Nobody else does there. All they can do is write a threatening letter talking about theyre going to repossess my house. I dont mind the occasional reminder letter, to make sure that I stay on track period but a threatening letter. Is not the way to do business with a customer and to get return business. I know you got to make your money but thats not the way you treat a customer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!We have had nothing but lies and empty promises. They left us homeless because they didnt meet their deadline. Our home was over a month late before it was even delivered and then it sat on the property for over a week before their crews decided to finish It. It was missing items when it finally did arrive. Crews never showed up when we was told they would. I had to babysit the office manager just to make sure they didnt forget about us.Our possessions was left in the weather to ruin because they couldnt complete a job on time. This whole process was a nightmare from beginning to end. The sales manager just told us what we wanted to hear just so we wouldnt take our business elsewhere. Now I wish I wouldve went anywhere but here.

I went in today an off top I was not greeted nor did I feel welcome. Then it was like I was being looked down on like an laughed at, as if I cant afford it. Made me feel really small.. I left not because I cannot afford it, but how I was treated and how the company was ran.. i will never do business with a place like that..

They act like they could care less if you are there or not. Not very friendly or personable.

After being lied to and waiting for over a month my pregnant wife and 3 kids are still homeless. Do not use this company. They will tell you what it is you want to hear just to get your signature on the contract.
