Ive been using Freedom for going on 8 years now and Im very happy here. Attentive to any questions or concerns I have (which typically are few). The property is well maintained and clean. Pam and Minnie are amazing and always put in the extra effort to keep me happy.

Lets be honest none of care about much when we are shopping for a storage unit...but the ladies running this place are great! Super friendly and helpful and to be honest I could overlook almost any other issue if I had one...which I had none here...ok maybe the lanes between the units are a tight squeeze but in fairness I drive a big truck so there is that.Great place go see these ladies!

The Lady, Minnie I believe was very kind and informative about the storage units . Very pleased

Was looking for temporary storage for our RV. Pam was extremely helpful in getting us in an acceptable space for ease in moving camper in and out. Called another client to switch his space with the one available, to which he agreed. Most storage places would not have put forth this extra effort. Will use this location in the future if need arises.

The staff is always so genuine & positive. They always seem to care about your concerns & always make you feel welcome.

I absolutely love the staff at Freedom Self Storage! The ladies there are incredibly courteous and helpful, and have the friendliest attitudes every time I walk in the door. That is SO rare to find in customer service these days, that when I DO find it, I want to speak up and show my appreciation. So THANK YOU ladies, for always making me feel so welcome- YOU are the reason I’ve stayed so long! ...Oh yeah, the storage facility itself is great too, lol. To the owners or managers of this company- I highly recommend that you do whatever it takes to keep these women- they really are the heart and soul of your business, and an incredible asset. Not a fan I have used them twice over the years and both times they go up on your rental. This time I been there within a year went up twice.

The only thing Freedom Storage does is raise their prices. It doesnt matter that Ive been a customer since 2007 and I used to have two units and I would pay 3-4 months in advance. You get some little snot-nosed minimum wage overseer and DAMN! After one unnecessary run-in, causing me to speak with her direct report, I cleared out one of my storage units - hello Goodwill. It was a true inconvenience to me, but I was just done with her. I now pay for one unit, and am considering clearing out that unit. And I pay month by month - no more 3 or 4 months in advance. When I first starting using Freedom Self Storage I was very pleased with the service and the people who managed this business. Ten plus years later - not so much. Things have changed and I am being kind with the 3 stars.

I was shown a storage unit it was nice and clean. The owner treated me kind and explained to me how to go about renting a unit and how to pay every month and what to do when you get ready to get out your stuff out of storage. I would recommend freedom self storage to everyone.

The people are nice but be aware that if your belongings get damaged the insurance company they have will not pay for your property no matter what you tell them or try they say its not covered and I tried contacting the CEO of the sboati insurance company and he didnt show any concern and told me to deal with it not his problem and that he was on speed boat with his daughter... everything I had in storage was ruined because of a leak they say doesnt exist even after the employee came out and saw my property was damaged.

Has some issues with the gate last night took several tries to get it to open

I had a very god experience with Freedom Self Storage. Very good security and friendly employees.

Storage unit was just that, a barebones unit . The entrance to the actual units were a muddy mess whenever it rained. If youre looking for a clean well kept facility, this is not your place.

Staff is good but the facility its self need to be updated repaired, the parking lot has pot holes you can mess up cars, and all the wrecked vehicles parked infron of units.
